THE SPLIT PLACEMENTS:

Okay, it’s not hockey season, where the term “hat trick” originated.  (It’s a term used to describe a player’s feat of scoring three goals in a single game.)

However, it IS split placement making season!  Which, thankfully for us, is year-round.

And we have another “recruiter hat trick” of split placement awesomeness in this issue of The Pinnacle Newsletter Blog.  We have recruiters who have made their first Network split placement together, as well as a pair of recruiters who have already made five splits together.

In fact, those same recruiters already have two other candidates in play, so they could make “a hat trick on top of a hat trick.”

Can they do that?  Is that even possible?  Of course it is!  We can do anything we want!  Do not attempt to adjust the picture.  We are controlling transmission . . .

Congratulations to everybody who made split placements this week!

THE SPLIT PLACEMENTS:

We have “website placements galore” in this issue of The Pinnacle Newsletter Blog.

Let’s start with the first pair of recruiters listed below.  They’ve made three split placements together during the past six months as a direct result of a Hiring Hook recruiter website.

The second set of recruiters below?  They’ve made eight split placements together during their time in Top Echelon Network, and all eight have been the direct result of a Hiring Hook recruiter website.

Some Top Echelon Network recruiters rely almost entirely upon their website to help them make split placements, while other recruiters use a combination of their website plus traditional networking efforts.

Could your firm’s website help YOU make more splits?  Call us today to find out more.

Congratulations to everybody who made split placements this week!

THE SPLIT PLACEMENTS:

There is NO doubt that finding qualified candidates is one of the most pressing problems on a recruiter’s desk these days.

There is also NO doubt that Top Echelon recruiters are finding the qualified candidates they need for their clients’ job orders from their Trading Partners in the Network.

And we have yet more proof in this week’s issue of The Pinnacle Newsletter Blog!

These types of placements happen every week in Top Echelon.  Recruiters who can’t find the candidates they need anywhere else (LinkedIn included) use the resources available to them in the Network to fill their open orders.

So if you need help filling your job orders with the right candidate and you can’t find those candidates anywhere, then invest in your Network Membership and join the ranks of the recruiters below.

Congratulations to everybody who made split placements this week!

THE SPLIT CANDIDATES:

Everybody wants great candidates.  Companies want them. Recruiters want them.

And recruiters who are part of Top Echelon Network are finding them.  HOW are they finding them?  By investing in their Membership and using their Trading Partners for help.

Like, for example, the Network recruiters in this week’s installment of’ “‘Comments’ and Compliments.”  Every single one of the job recruiters listed below are ecstatic about the quality of the candidates they received from their Trading Partners.

Below are some of the phrases that were used:

  • “great attention to what is really wanted”
  • “needle in a haystack”
  • “hit the nail on the head”
  • “great candidate for a hard-to-fill position”

These kinds of placements happen in Top Echelon Network every week.  To learn more about how YOU can start making more placements in the Network, contact Director of Network Operations Drea Codispoti, CERS at 330.455.1433, x156 or via email at drea@topechelon.com.

THE SPLIT PLACEMENTS:

This week’s installment of “‘Comments’ and Compliments” includes split recruiting partners in Top Echelon Network who have made multiple split placements with each other.

In fact, in one instance, they’ve been making them so quickly that they’ve been “kicking some serious 2014 hiney!”  And when you get right down to it, that’s exactly what we want: Top Echelon Network Preferred Member recruiters who are hiney kickers (for lack of a better and less family-friendly word).

And it’s only June!  There’s plenty of hiney left to kick!

Congratulations to everybody who made split placements this week!

THE SPLIT PLACEMENTS:

We have a number of “success milestones” in this installment of “‘Comments’ and Compliments”:

  • Recruiter CommentsSharon B. McCone’s first Top Echelon Network placement
  • Eddie Grado’s first Network placement
  • Diane Rothong’s second Network placement
  • Trey Cameron’s 180th Network placement

Yes, it’s a long way from placement #1 to placement #180, but that’s exactly where Trey Cameron started on June 18, 2002, when he placed a Construction Administrator with Bob Brown (who, incidentally, is still a Member of the Network).

Now, over 11 years later, Cameron is the number-one recruiter in Top Echelon Network.  So congratulations to all of the recruiters listed below, but especially to McCone and Grado.  Hopefully, these will be the first of many Network split placements!

THE SPLIT PLACEMENTS:

Recruiter CommentsAt Top Echelon, we love it when a plan comes together!  (Thank you, A-Team.)

First, the Thanksgiving Day holiday is this week.  That’s just one reason you should give thanks for your split fee recruiting Trading Partners.

Should you give thanks for your family, too?  Of course, but there’s a chance that some of you might like your split Trading Partners more than certain members of your family.  Just a chance, mind you . . . we’re spit-ballin’ here.

Second, the first two Recruiter of the Week award winners are represented in this installment of “‘Comments’ and Compliments,” namely

Lloyd Shoemaker of TriVista Professional Placement Services and Mark Udulutch of Markent Personnel.

Third, all of the placements listed below are the first split placement that the recruiters involved have made with one another.  It’s been proven time and again that where there’s one split placement . . . there could be multiple split placements!

Taking into account the history of the recruiters involved in our recruiting network, these should be the first of MANY.

— — —

Network Recruiter Lloyd ShoemakerGary Elias“The candidate came to us from Gary Elias.  This is our first placement with Gary, even though we’ve looked at many of his candidates over time.  It’s good to know we have recruiters in Top Echelon like Gary who put quality candidates in the system.  When we’ve communicated with Gary during this process, he was right back at us with his comments or whatever information we needed.”

Submitted by Lloyd Shoemaker of TriVista Professional Placement Services regarding his Network split placement with Gary Elias of Elias Associates, Inc.

Position Title—FOUNDRY CORE SUPERVISOR

Fee Percentage—25%

(Editor’s note: This is the first Network split placement that Udulutch and Copeland have made together in Top Echelon.)

THE SPLIT PLACEMENTS:

The percentage of placements made in Top Echelon Network as a result of Hiring Hook websites has been growing steadily over the past five years.  However, how much has that percentage been growing?

Recruiter CommentsTop Echelon analyzed its third quarter statistics recently, and we found that Hiring Hook recruiting websites have accounted for 23.8% of all split placements made in the Network through the first nine months of 2013.  That’s more than a 10% increase over last year!

(So it’s not surprising that all of the splits in this installment of “‘Comments’ and Compliments” were the result of a Hiring Hook website—namely Steve Kohn’s.)

Will the percentage of Network placements made through Hiring Hook websites increase again next year?  We can’t say for sure, but all indications point to that being the case.

For more information about how you can make more Network placements with your website, call 330.455.1433.

Position Title—SCIENTIST

Fee Percentage—25%

(Editor’s note: This is the first Network split placement that Shoemaker and Kohn have made together in Top Echelon.)

THE SPLIT PLACEMENTS:

Back in the day, there was a chewing gum commercial.  The catch phrase for that commercial was “double your pleasure, double your fun.”  (For a bonus question, can you guess the name of the chewing gum?  Send us an email with the answer.)

Comments and ComplimentsAnyway, chewing gum is great and all, but it doesn’t compare to placements.  After all, you can buy a TON of chewing gum with the money from a placement check, not to mention other things . . . like doughnuts and never-ending lattes.

The recruiters below have made not one, but TWO split placements with one another during the past year.  These were the first splits that they’ve made with each other, and based on the great experience they had making them, they should make more splits in the future.

So they’re doubling their placements and doubling their fun . . . and their chewing gum, doughnuts, lattes, etc., etc.

Justin BidwellNetwork Recruiter Juli Smith“Thanks, Justin!  This is our second split together in 10 months!”

Submitted by Juli Smith of The Smith Consulting Group, LLC regarding her Network split placement with Justin Bidwell of Bidwell & Associates, LLC

Position Title—OSP Engineer

Fee Percentage—25%

(Editor’s note: This is the second Network split placement that Smith and Bidwell have made together in Top Echelon.)

THE SPLIT PLACEMENTS:

Top Echelon Network recruiters are always looking to make split placements with a new Trading Partner.  That’s because where one split placement is . . . many split placements could be.

Comments and ComplimentsOne of the quickest and easiest ways to make split placements with new Trading Partners in the Network is through a Hiring Hook recruiting website.

With Hiring Hook, other Network recruiters’ jobs can be posted to your website.  Then, when qualified candidates apply for those jobs—and are eventually hired—you split the placement fees with the job order recruiter.

How well has this worked?  Well enough that the percentage of split placements made in Top Echelon Network due to Hiring Hook websites has increased every year for the past six years.

If you don’t have a Hiring Hook website, call us today at 330.455.1433 to get started.
