From Network Placement #1 . . . to Network Placement #180!
THE SPLIT PLACEMENTS:
We have a number of “success milestones” in this installment of “‘Comments’ and Compliments”:
- Sharon B. McCone’s first Top Echelon Network placement
- Eddie Grado’s first Network placement
- Diane Rothong’s second Network placement
- Trey Cameron’s 180th Network placement
Yes, it’s a long way from placement #1 to placement #180, but that’s exactly where Trey Cameron started on June 18, 2002, when he placed a Construction Administrator with Bob Brown (who, incidentally, is still a Member of the Network).
Now, over 11 years later, Cameron is the number-one recruiter in Top Echelon Network. So congratulations to all of the recruiters listed below, but especially to McCone and Grado. Hopefully, these will be the first of many Network split placements!

“Yeah! This is our first TE placement. Sharon and I worked extremely well together! This is the first of many placements to come!”

“Eddie Grado did a fantastic job. He found four qualified candidates for me in a week after starting this search. I would highly recommend you speak with Eddie if you have any positions open in Latin America.”
Position Title—VP OF SALES
(Editor’s note: This is the first Network split placement that Brandvold and Grado have made together in Top Echelon.)

“This was a very fast placement. Within a week of receiving the candidate from Trey, we had an offer accepted. Trey found us a true ‘ringer’ for this job search. Besides the candidate’s great skill sets, he lived in Atlanta, so we had no [relocation] issues. We have met Trey at three of the last four [Top Echelon] Network meetings, but this is our first placement together.”
Position Title—ADVANCED MANUFACTURING ENGINEER
(Editor’s note: This is the first Network split placement that Petitpren and Cameron have made together in Top Echelon.)
