THE SPLIT CANDIDATES:

Everybody wants great candidates.  Companies want them. Recruiters want them.

And recruiters who are part of Top Echelon Network are finding them.  HOW are they finding them?  By investing in their Membership and using their Trading Partners for help.

Like, for example, the Network recruiters in this week’s installment of’ “‘Comments’ and Compliments.”  Every single one of the job recruiters listed below are ecstatic about the quality of the candidates they received from their Trading Partners.

Below are some of the phrases that were used:

  • “great attention to what is really wanted”
  • “needle in a haystack”
  • “hit the nail on the head”
  • “great candidate for a hard-to-fill position”

These kinds of placements happen in Top Echelon Network every week.  To learn more about how YOU can start making more placements in the Network, contact Director of Network Operations Drea Codispoti, CERS at 330.455.1433, x156 or via email at drea@topechelon.com.

Congratulations to everybody who made split placements this week!

THE SPLIT PLACEMENTS:

Companies—and by extension—recruiters are ceaselessly looking for superstar candidates, those with rare skills and hard-to-find expertise.

And you can find those types of candidates in Top Echelon Network!

The proof can be found in this week’s installment of “‘Comments’ and Compliments,” where a split placement was made and one Network recruiter lauded another for providing a “needle in a haystack” candidate.

In addition, another Network recruiter praised their Trading Partner for their fourth split placement.  This once again proves that when two recruiters make one split together, it increases the chances that they’ll make more.

And that they’ll fill their clients’ open positions with “needle in a haystack” candidates!

Congratulations to everybody who made split placements this week!

THE SPLIT PLACEMENTS:

Wait a minute . . . we thought Al Daum was “da bomb!”

Well, we apparently have a challenger in the form of longtime Preferred Member recruiter Joe Cotter of JD. Cotter Search, Inc.

Cotter started recruiting in 1970, and J.D. Cotter Search, Inc. joined Top Echelon Network in March of 2001. Since that time, Cotter has made 42 Network placements.

Daum, on the other hand, started recruiting in 1976. His firm, Alan N. Daum & Associates, joined Top Echelon Network in May of 1999. (Happy anniversary, Al!) In terms of production, Daum has made 61 Network placements during his Top Echelon career.

How about the state in which they live? They both live in Ohio? Darn, we can’t break the tie that way.

You know what? Joe Cotter and Al Daum are BOTH “the bomb” (or “da bomb”)! After all, who could possibly argue that they’re not?

Congratulations to everybody who made split placements this week!
