Okay, not everybody can be Recruiter of the Month . . . or Recruiter of the Quarter . . . OR have one of the largest split placement fees in Top Echelon Network over the course of a calendar year.

However, that doesn’t mean there are plenty of hard-working, split-minded recruiters in Top Echelon who are committed to making placements with their Trading Partners and leveraging the resources of the Network to generate more revenue for their firms.

And we want to recognize them, too!

That’s why we’re unveiling the Recruiter of the Week feature.  In this feature, we’ll highlight one Network recruiter for their contributions as a Preferred Member of Top Echelon Network.  And when we say “contributions,” we mean what they’ve done to grow not only their own recruiting business in the Network, but also grow the business of other Network recruiters.

With that in mind, we’re pleased to identify the first-ever Recruiter of the Week!

Network Recruiter Lloyd ShoemakerRecruiter of the Week:

Lloyd E. Shoemaker TriVista Professional Placement Services in Troy, Ohio

Joined the Network:

July 21, 1994

Accomplishments:

With the two placements he has in The Pinnacle this week, as well as the six he’s made so far in 2013, Lloyd has now made a total of 37 Network placements since joining Top Echelon.  He’s been a model of consistency as a Preferred Member recruiter, making at least one placement in the Network every year since 2003.  In addition, Lloyd is a staunch believer in the value that Top Echelon Network conferences and conventions offers.  That’s why he makes it a priority to attend as many of them as he possibly can . . . which is just one of the reasons why he’s been successful as a Preferred Member of the Network.

Congratulations to Lloyd from everybody at Top Echelon!

If you’d like to nominate somebody as the Recruiter of the Week, please send their name and firm name to marketing@topechelon.com.  You can even recommend yourself, if you’d like.  (Don’t worry, we won’t tell anybody.)

SPLIT PLACEMENTS THIS WEEK:

We’ve already established that Hiring Hook recruitment website design accounts for nearly 24% of all placements made in Top Echelon Network through the first nine months of this year.

However, Hiring Hook websites still aren’t the way most placements are made in the Network.  That distinction goes to “Regular communication with another Top Echelon Network recruiter.”

To what degree?  According to our third quarter statistics, 59.6% of Network placements through the first three quarters of 2013 were due to “Regular communication.”  That percentage has remained rather consistent during the past five years, as opposed to Hiring Hook websites, which have increased every year since 2008.

As you might imagine, the split placements in The Pinnacle Newsletter Blog this week are a mix of website placements and placements resulting from “Regular communication.”  So while website placements in the Network will probably increase again next year, you can’t go wrong with communication in Top Echelon—no matter what year it is.

THE SPLIT PLACEMENTS:

The percentage of placements made in Top Echelon Network as a result of Hiring Hook websites has been growing steadily over the past five years.  However, how much has that percentage been growing?

Recruiter CommentsTop Echelon analyzed its third quarter statistics recently, and we found that Hiring Hook recruiting websites have accounted for 23.8% of all split placements made in the Network through the first nine months of 2013.  That’s more than a 10% increase over last year!

(So it’s not surprising that all of the splits in this installment of “‘Comments’ and Compliments” were the result of a Hiring Hook website—namely Steve Kohn’s.)

Will the percentage of Network placements made through Hiring Hook websites increase again next year?  We can’t say for sure, but all indications point to that being the case.

For more information about how you can make more Network placements with your website, call 330.455.1433.
