THE SPLIT PLACEMENTS:
Okay, it’s not hockey season, where the term “hat trick” originated. (It’s a term used to describe a player’s feat of scoring three goals in a single game.)
However, it IS split placement making season! Which, thankfully for us, is year-round.
And we have another “recruiter hat trick” of split placement awesomeness in this issue of The Pinnacle Newsletter Blog. We have recruiters who have made their first Network split placement together, as well as a pair of recruiters who have already made five splits together.
In fact, those same recruiters already have two other candidates in play, so they could make “a hat trick on top of a hat trick.”
Can they do that? Is that even possible? Of course it is! We can do anything we want! Do not attempt to adjust the picture. We are controlling transmission . . .
Congratulations to everybody who made split placements this week!

“This was a very fast placement.  Within a week of receiving the candidate from Trey, we had an offer accepted.  Trey found us a true ‘ringer’ for this job search.  Besides the candidate’s great skill sets, he lived in Atlanta, so we had no [relocation] issues.  We have met Trey at three of the last four [Top Echelon] Network meetings, but this is our first placement together.”

“The candidate came to us from Gary Elias.  This is our first placement with Gary, even though we’ve looked at many of his candidates over time.  It’s good to know we have recruiters in Top Echelon like Gary who put quality candidates in the system.  When we’ve communicated with Gary during this process, he was right back at us with his comments or whatever information we needed.”
