SPLIT PLACEMENTS THIS WEEK:

Two weeks ago, Network recruiter Trey Cameron of the Cameron Craig Group made four split placements.  This week, Cameron made three split placements . . . and he’s made 31 so far this year!

This might seem like an old story by now, but Cameron’s success is directly attributable to his Hiring Hook recruiting website.  And he’s certainly not the only one.  Another placement listed below was due to a Hiring Hook site, making half of the placements in this week’s Pinnacle Newsletter Blog the result of Hiring Hook.

Give us a call today at 330.455.1433 for more information about Hiring Hook websites!

SPLIT PLACEMENTS THIS WEEK:

Last week, it was Trey Cameron of the Cameron Craig Group who made four split placements.  Now it’s Steve Kohn of Affinity Executive Search!

Like Cameron, Kohn was aided greatly by his Hiring Hook recruitment website design.  Is that a coincidence?  Absolutely not.  A Hiring Hook website can help you leverage your resources, increasing the chances that you can make multiple split placements in a short amount of time (just like Cameron and Kohn).

Give us a call today at 330.455.1433 for more information about Hiring Hook websites!

SPLIT PLACEMENTS THIS WEEK:

Last week, we presented a few recruiters who were “on fire” in the Network, so to speak, but none of them are able to “hold a candle” (how many pyrotechnic references am I going to make?) to Network recruiter Trey Cameron of the Cameron Craig Group.

That’s because he has four split placements in this week’s issue of The Pinnacle Newsletter Blog!  Is that surprising?  Not really.  Cameron has been Top Echelon recruiting solutions Network Recruiter of the Year for the past two years, with a three-peat directly in his sights.  The only question is this one: will there be a week when he makes five split placements?

THE SPLIT PLACEMENTS:

There is NO substitute for networking.  It can not only lead to the first Network split placement between recruiters, but in the case of Briones and Gallin, it can also lead to the first and second Network splits—at the same time!  It’s not like the other two recruiters featured this week are chopped liver, either.  They recently made their ninth Network split together, and for one of the recruiters (Napoles), it was his 183rd Network split as a Preferred Member recruiter.  In the world of recruiting, networking is the gift that keeps on giving.

CAUSING SPLIT PLACEMENTS THIS WEEK:

Yes, Hiring Hook recruiting websites help Top Echelon Network recruiters make split placements . . . but communication (one of the Four Pillars of Top Echelon) helps more Network recruiters make even more placements!  Each and every year, ‘Regular Communication with Trading Partner’ accounts for more than half of the placements that occur in the Network.

If you want to make split placements in Top Echelon Network, then communicating with other recruiters on a consistent basis, in a variety of ways, and in a high-quality fashion will help put you on the fast track to success.

Oh, and get a Hiring Hook website, too.  Can’t forget about THAT.
