SPLIT PLACEMENTS THIS WEEK:

Today is Top Echelon Network recruiter Al Daum’s birthday . . . and what better way to celebrate a birthday than with a placement!

Not only that, but it’s a Network split placement with Trading Partner Bruce Widnes, who happens to have two placements in this week’s issue of The Pinnacle Newsletter Blog.

Daum, a diehard Ohio State University football fan, has to be happy with the Buckeyes’ 3-0 start to the 2013 season, and he also has to be happy with the fact that he’s made five Network placements this year and was the Recruiter of the Month in Top Echelon for June.

O-H . . . I-O!

D-A . . . U-M!

College football and split placements: it’s tough to beat a combination like that.  (Except maybe with a National Championship.  And maybe some MORE split placements.  Just sayin’.)  Happy birthday, Al!

SPLIT PLACEMENTS THIS WEEK:

Everybody wants to know where the money’s at, and Top Echelon Network is no exception.  The good news is that we publish where the money’s at in The Pinnacle Newsletter Blog.

Every week in Top Echelon Network, recruiters close deals and make split placements, many of them placements they would not have made otherwise, if not for their Trading Partners and the opportunities they consistently present.

However, the positions filled also indicate the positions that companies want to hire with the most urgency.  They’re not just rolling out a job order and seeing what happens, hemming and hawing their way to nowhere while enlisting the services of multiple recruiters to embark upon numerous wild good chases.

No, these job orders were closely tied to urgency, and the companies that issued them were more than happy to pay a recruiter to help fill them.  If just so happens that in these cases, they paid TWO recruiters.

SPLIT PLACEMENTS THIS WEEK:

Last week, it was Trey Cameron of the Cameron Craig Group who made four split placements.  Now it’s Steve Kohn of Affinity Executive Search!

Like Cameron, Kohn was aided greatly by his Hiring Hook recruitment website design.  Is that a coincidence?  Absolutely not.  A Hiring Hook website can help you leverage your resources, increasing the chances that you can make multiple split placements in a short amount of time (just like Cameron and Kohn).

SPLIT PLACEMENTS THIS WEEK:

Last week, we presented a few recruiters who were “on fire” in the Network, so to speak, but none of them are able to “hold a candle” (how many pyrotechnic references am I going to make?) to Network recruiter Trey Cameron of the Cameron Craig Group.

That’s because he has four split placements in this week’s issue of The Pinnacle Newsletter Blog!  Is that surprising?  Not really.  Cameron has been Top Echelon recruiting solutions Network Recruiter of the Year for the past two years, with a three-peat directly in his sights.  The only question is this one: will there be a week when he makes five split placements?

In this week’s issue of The Pinnacle Newsletter Blog, we have irrefutable proof that you can enjoy tremendous success with a Top Echelon Network Trading Partner in a short amount of time.

Split RecruitingWe’ve highlighted the recruiters in this blog post before.  Those recruiters are Michael Stuck of Gables Search Group, Inc. and Mario Linale of Atlas Consulting Group, LLC.

They made three straight split placements earlier this year.  While one of those placements fell off, they responded by making two more!  (And that’s why we’re featuring them once again.)

That means they’ve made four split placements in less than five months.  Wouldn’t you like to enjoy that kind of production with ALL of your Trading Partners?

And Stuck and Linale are by no means finished.  There are still almost seven months remaining in 2013.  There’s a chance they could make 10 split placements total this year.

If you’d like to benefit from this type of Trading Partner relationship, call Top Echelon Network Membership Development Coordinator Drea Codispoti, CPC/CERS at (330) 455-1433, Ext. 156.

— — —

Michael StuckMario Linale“Mario and I hit another one together.  This is our third completed placement.  We have one more pending and one fell off, so that’s five all together since Mario contacted me only a few months ago to work together.  He is definitely a great Trading Partner.  Thanks for all your help, Mario.  Let’s keep this going!”

Submitted by Michael Stuck of Gables Search Group, Inc. regarding his split placement with Mario Linale of Atlas Consulting Group, LLC

Position Title—SQA ENGINEER
Fee Percentage—15%

(Editor’s note: This is the THIRD split placement that Stuck and Linale have made together in Top Echelon Network.)

— — —

Michael StuckMario Linale“This is the fourth official split Mario and I have made together in the last four months, and it would have been number five if it weren’t for a fall-off.  I can’t say enough about what a great Trading Partner Mario is.  He is spectacular to work with.  Thanks again, Mario, for such outstanding candidates.”

Submitted by Michael Stuck of Gables Search Group, Inc. regarding his split placement with Mario Linale of Atlas Consulting Group, LLC

Position Title—Software Engineer – Progress
