RECRUITER OF THE MONTH:

Trey Cameron of the Cameron Craig Group

Trey Cameron of the Cameron Craig Group

Trey Cameron

Yeah, Your Friendly Neighborhood Trey Cameron cleaned up again, making eight split placements last month.  (That was after he made eight Network split placements during the month of May.)  As you might imagine, that total was more than enough to claim the top spot for the 30 days that June contained.

Tied for second place with three split placements apiece were two recruiters: Ann Boland of The Boland Group and Nick Stoia of ASAP Search & Recruiters.  Making two split placements each were John Peterson of Sun Recruiting, Inc. and Steve Kohn of Affinity Executive Search.

LARGEST SPLIT FEE OF THE MONTH:

Joan R. Walters, CPC of JR Walters Resources and Ann Boland of The Boland Group

The position for this split placement was a Director of Sales & Marketing.  Walters was the job order recruiter, and Boland was the candidate recruiter.  The action that stimulated this split placement was listed as, “Regular communication with another Top Echelon Network recruiter.”

OUR CRITERIA FOR THESE RECRUITER AWARDS:

Top Echelon Network determines the monthly and quarterly award winners based upon two criteria, which are listed below in order of importance:

1.) The number of split placements made
2.) The amount of “cash-in” dollars earned as a result of those split placements

This explains why, when multiple recruiters are tied with the same number of split placements during a given month or quarter, the recruiter with the largest “cash-in” total for their placements is deemed the winner.

RECRUITER OF THE MONTH:

Trey Cameron of the Cameron Craig Group

Trey Cameron

Trey Cameron of the Cameron Craig Group

The last few months, the race for Recruiter of the Month honors in Top Echelon Network has been close.  That was NOT the case for the month of May.

That’s because Trey Cameron made eight split placements in the Network during the month.  The next closest recruiter (and there were many of them) made two split placements in May.  Those recruiters included Joe Cotter of J.D. Cotter Search, Inc.; Jane H. Ko, CPC of DHG Search Advisors, LLC; Veronica Snyder of Career Professionals, Inc.; and Steve Kohn of Affinity Executive Search.

THE RECRUITERS:

Lloyd E. Shoemaker of TriVista Professional Placement Services was our very first Recruiter of the Week.

And now he’s the Recruiter of the Month!

Top ProducersThat’s right, Shoemaker dethroned Trey Cameron of the Cameron Craig Group for the award, although it was a close race.  In fact, there were quite a few Top Echelon Network recruiters involved in that race.

Speaking of awards, with the end of the year rapidly approaching, we’ll soon be announcing our awards for 2013, including Recruiter of the Year, Top-Producing Firm of the Year, and our various regional winners.

So keep an eye out for those announcements in The Pinnacle after the first of the year.  Before then?  Keep an eye out for Early Bird Registration for the 2014 National Convention!

RECRUITER OF THE MONTH:

Network Recruiter Lloyd ShoemakerLloyd E. Shoemaker of TriVista Professional Placement Services

Shoemaker was one of a number of Network recruiters who made two split placements in Top Echelon during the month of November.  However, his “cash-in” total for those two was more than anybody else, so he’s this month’s winner.

Among the other Network recruiters who made two splits in November were Greg Downs of Downs Associates, Matt Scheihing of J. Miles Personnel Services, Cameron, and Paul Johnson of Paul Johnson & Associates.

THE RECRUITERS:

Okay, let’s just face facts.  With less than two months left in 2013, nobody is going to catch Trey Cameron of the Cameron Craig Group.

Top ProducersNot only has he won just about every Recruiter of the Month award in Top Echelon Network during 2013, but he’s also well on his way to winning the Recruiter of the Year award for the third straight year.  As of the writing of this article, he held a substantial lead on the second-place recruiter, Sean Napoles, CPC of Career Brokers, Inc.  (It should be pointed out that Napoles, one of the most consistent producers in the history of Top Echelon Network, is enjoying yet another banner year.)

However, attention should also be drawn to Mary Anne Buckley, CPC of Interstate Recruiters Corp and Stephanie McGinty of Ives & Associates, Inc., who shared the award for the Largest Split Fee of the Month in October.  Buckley and McGinty have made four Network splits with each other, all involving very substantial fees.  In fact, two of those splits occurred this year, and the fees for BOTH were over $30,000.

One, of course, stood out above the other.  (Check their respective recruiter profiles to find out by exactly how much.)

RECRUITER OF THE MONTH:

Trey CameronTrey Cameron of the Cameron Craig Group

Cameron has been consistently raising the bar as far as what it takes to earn Recruiter of the Month honors in the Network.  That bar is now between five and seven split placements per month.  The latter is what he produced during the month of October, as he captured yet another award.

Steve Kohn of Affinity Executive Search was next with five placements, while Michael Stuck of Gables Search Group finished third with four placements.  Those figures both represent excellent production . . . but not enough to win the Recruiter of the Month Award.

THE RECRUITERS:

Winning the Recruiter of the Month award just about every month in Top Echelon Network is apparently not enough for Top Producer Trey Cameron of the Cameron Craig Group.

Recruitment AwardsThat’s because he’s now winning Network awards two at a time!

At least, that was the case last month.  Not only was Cameron the Recruiter of the Month for September, but he was also one of two recruiters who shared the Largest Split Fee of the Month award.

And is Cameron still on track for a third straight Recruiter of the Year Award?  Yes, yes he is . . . by over $100,000.

RECRUITER OF THE MONTH:

Network Recruiter Trey CameronTrey Cameron of the Cameron Craig Group

Two months ago, Cameron won a close race.  Last month, he ran away with it.  In September, it was close again . . . but Cameron won again.

Both Cameron and Michael Stuck of Gables Search Group, Inc. made five split placements during the month of September.  However, Cameron’s “cash-in” total for those five splits was more than Stuck’s, due in large part to the split he made with Joan R. Walters, CPC of JR Walters Resources (which just so happened to be the Largest Split Fee of the Month).

THE RECRUITERS:

Making seven split placements in a single month is quite an accomplishment.  But seven split placements in two consecutive months?

Recruitment AwardsWell, now you’re just showing off.

Seriously, though, Trey Cameron of the Cameron Craig Group is in the midst of a stretch of unparalleled productivity in Top Echelon Network.  The fact that he’s made 14 placements in two months is just one indication of that.  (And yes, as you might have guessed, Cameron is once again the Recruiter of the Month.)

The only question at this point is whether or not he can make seven (or more) placements for a third straight month.  Stay tuned!

Recruiting AwardsTo have one Top Echelon recruiter make seven Network split placements in a single month is unique . . . having two recruiters make seven Network split placements in a single month is even more unique.

But those recruiters making their seven split placements during the SAME month?  That might be unprecedented in the annals of Top Echelon Network lore, but it happened last month.  The recruiters in question?  Trey Cameron and Steve Kohn.

As always, the recruiter with the greater “cash-in total” for their split placements is deemed the Recruiter of the Month, and that recruiter is Cameron.  Don’t cry for Kohn, though.  His runner-up prize is a whole lot of placement cash.  Congratulations to both recruiters, and we hope you make seven Network split placements this month, too!

Sean Napoles, CPC of Career Brokers, Inc. and Robert Briones, CPC of R.A. Briones & Company made four split placements apiece in July, while Veronica Snyder of Career Professionals, Inc. made three splits.

Best Recruiting AgenciesAl Daum is a veteran of Top Echelon Network, having joined in 1999.  He’s made a total of 57 Network placements since that time, making him one of the most consistent Network recruiters in Top Echelon.  Regardless of the state of the economy, year in and year out, Al Daum makes split placements!

Kirby Butler, CPC is also a veteran of Top Echelon Network, and although he hasn’t made as many Network placements as Daum, his persistence and willingness to work the system has paid off for him—literally, in the form of the one of the largest split placement fees in the Network so far this year with new recruiter John Moskonas, who joined in 2012.  Congratulations to everybody!

In the 25-year history of Top Echelon Network, not many recruiters have enjoyed a three-year stretch like the one that Trey Cameron of the Cameron Craig Group is currently enjoying.

The Recruiter of the Year for 2011 and 2012, Cameron is once again leading the pack in 2013 . . . and of course, he’s snagging Recruiter of the Month awards along the way.  He’s at it again this month, or more specifically, for the month of May.

Best RecruitersLet’s run the numbers again, shall we?

  • 19 Network placements so far this year
  • 160 placements since becoming a Network member
  • Nearly $250,000 “cash-in” in the Network during the past 12 months
  • Nearly $1.2 million “cash-in” during his Network tenure

Cameron has turned his recruiting desk into a Network placement machine, and that machine doesn’t appear to be winding down anytime soon.

At the Top Echelon recruiting network, we recognize recruiters for both monthly and quarterly performance in four categories—Recruiter of the Month, Recruiter of the Quarter, Largest Split Fee of the Month, and Largest Split Fee of the Quarter.
