Best Recruiting AgenciesAl Daum is a veteran of Top Echelon Network, having joined in 1999.  He’s made a total of 57 Network placements since that time, making him one of the most consistent Network recruiters in Top Echelon.  Regardless of the state of the economy, year in and year out, Al Daum makes split placements!

Kirby Butler, CPC is also a veteran of Top Echelon Network, and although he hasn’t made as many Network placements as Daum, his persistence and willingness to work the system has paid off for him—literally, in the form of the one of the largest split placement fees in the Network so far this year with new recruiter John Moskonas, who joined in 2012.  Congratulations to everybody!

At Top Echelon Network, we recognize recruiters for both monthly and quarterly performance in four categories—Recruiter of the Month, Recruiter of the Quarter, Largest Split Fee of the Month, and Largest Split Fee of the Quarter.

Network Recruiter Alan DaumAlan Daum of Alan N. Daum & Associates, Inc.

Daum made two split placements during the month of June, tying him with fellow Network recruiter Maria Hemminger of MJ Recruiters, LLC.

However, Daum’s cash-in total for his two split placements was larger than the cash-in total generated by Hemminger’s two splits.  As a result, Daum won the tiebreaker and the Recruiter of the Month Award for June.

Top Echelon Network determines the monthly and quarterly award winners based upon two things, which are listed below in order of importance:

1.) The number of split placements made
2.) The amount of cash-in dollars earned as a result of those split placements

This explains why, when multiple recruiters are tied with the same number of split placements during a given month or quarter, the recruiter with the largest ‘cash-in’ total for their placements is deemed the winner.  That was the case this month with Alan Daum and Maria Hemminger.
