Okay, we all know that Top Echelon Network Preferred Member recruiter Al Daum is a rockstar.  (After all, his Trading Partners told us so.)

Recent PlacementsHowever, as this week’s split placements clearly show, Daum is also “da bomb” in the Network—not in the literal sense, of course, but in the figurative sense.  That’s the sense where he does everything you’re supposed to do as a Preferred Member, and that’s why he’s made a bunch of placements.

How many placements?  Four so far in 2012, 23 in the past five years, and 49 since he joined Top Echelon Network.  Daum consistently flies below the radar year in and year out, chugging along and churning out split placement after split placement after split placement.

But we’re on to you, Daum!  No more escaping the spotlight and shunning notoriety.  Your cover has been blown.  You’re a model Preferred Member recruiter, and there’s no denying it!  So . . . there.

And why is it the “Michael Stuck and Sean Napoles Show” in The Pinnacle Newsletter Blog this week?  Well, let me count the ways (or, more accurately, the placements):

1. They have three completed placements in this week’s issue alone.

2. They’ve made five split placements so far in 2012, which officially puts them in the “kicking recruiter butt” category as Trading Partners within the Network.

3. They also made two split placements in 2011.

4. Of the 10 placements that Stuck has made as a Preferred Member recruiter, seven of them have been with Napoles.

Recent Placements
This once again proves that when you find another recruiter with whom you work well, there is no limit to the number of split placements you can make with that recruiter.

Remember, there are recruiters in the Network who have made 40 split placements together during their tenure as Preferred Members.  Is the sky the limit?  Darn tootin’ it is.  (And if I went to the length of using “darn tootin’, you know I’m dad-gum serious.)

Let the “Michael Stuck and Sean Napoles Show” begin!

Okay, okay . . . summer doesn’t officially end until September 22, which is exactly one month from today.

But what’s the matter with having an “End-of-Summer Split Placement Extravaganza” for the next four weeks?

Recent PlacementsAnswer: there’s nothing wrong with it, that’s what.

This week in The Pinnacle Newsletter Blog, we have more split placements with larger percentages and bigger fees—and those are three things upon which all recruiters can agree.

Preferred Member recruiters in the Network are still making more split placements than they were a year ago, and we expect that trend to continue throughout the rest of 2012.  In the meantime, there are still four more weeks left in our “Split Placement Extravaganza.”

So what are you waiting for?  Celebrate by making some splits!

Recent PlacementsEach week, a theme emerges for the split placements that we publish in The Pinnacle Newsletter Blog, and this week’s theme is not an unfamiliar one.  That’s perhaps because it’s the one that’s most directly tied to Preferred Member recruiters’ success making split placements in the Network.

There are a lot of ways to make a split placement in Top Echelon Network, and we publish those ways each week in The Pinnacle Newsletter Blog!

Of course, the most common (and most popular) one is “Regular Communication with another Top Echelon Network Preferred Member recruiter.”  But that’s by no means the only one.

In fact, this week we have not one, but two different ones.  One relates to Hiring Hook websites for recruiters and is indicative of a recent trend when it comes to split placements in the Network, and the other is “Searching the Top Echelon Network recruiter database.”

If you’ve made the Network part of your regular recruiting ritual (and you should, if you want to maximize your Membership and make more placements), then searching the split databases should be part of that ritual.  Simply put: recruiters who search the databases on a regular basis make more splits—and make them more quickly—than those who don’t.

Oh, and while you’re at it, get a Hiring Hook website, too.  Those are making recruiters a lot of money, as you can see below.

That theme is one of the Four Pillars of Top Echelon Network: Communication.

It may sound like a broken record by now, but it’s a broken record that can pay you a commission fee every time you listen to it.  (Now isn’t THAT sweet music to your ears?)

Yeah, we’re all busy.  There’s no denying that.

However, the recruiters listed below adhere to certain actions in regards to their Network Membership and their Trading Partner relationships:

  1. They communicate regularly.
  2. They treat their Trading Partners like they treat their clients (and incidentally, the way they would like to be treated).
  3. They continually provide each other with detailed information about the job order, the candidate, and where everybody and everything stands in the process.

That’s why they make split placement after split placement after split placement, and why we’ll probably be seeing their smiling faces in The Pinnacle Newsletter Blog in the future.  We want YOUR picture in this newsletter, too!  So get cracking . . . and start communicating more.  Only good things can happen.

YWho are we highlighting in this week’s installment of split placements?  Well, Jim Strickland of BioSource International, if you hadn’t figured that out already!

But we’re featuring much more than Jim.  (Sorry, Jim.) We’re also highlighting our Hiring Hook Websites, namely because they account for over half of the split placements listed below.

Recent PlacementsWhen filling out the split placement form, the job order recruiter always fills in the section titled, “Action causing split placement.”  In five of the eight split placements below, they chose, “The job seeker or client was found through my Hiring Hook Website.”

Then they cashed a placement check from their client and probably celebrated in some way.

The fact of the matter is that more and more recruiters are reaping the benefits of having a Hiring Hook Website for their firm.  More placements are more placements.  The proof is in the pudding.  It will all come out in the wash.  How many more clichés can I use?

Click here to learn more about Hiring Hook.  Oh, and make more split placements.  They’re fun!

If you read The Pinnacle Newsletter Blog with any regularity, you know how much we (me, specifically) enjoy weaving pop culture throughout the publication—especially when it comes to split placements.

Well, we’re (I’m) at it again this week, with a blatant reference to the movie The Usual Suspects.  Not that there’s going to be some sort of “Keyser Soze snap ending” to this blog post or anything.

However, when it comes to this week’s split placements, the “usual suspects” in the Network are definitely represented.

Recent PlacementsYou’ve got Trey Cameron of the Cameron Craig Group . . .

Sean Napoles of Career Brokers . . .

Dan Simmons of Continental Search & Outplacement . . .

And many more!  (Sorry, I had to throw that in there.)  These recruiters have taken advantage of the opportunities that Top Echelon Network offers, and as a result, they continue to make split placements week after week, month after month, and year after year—and you can, too!

It’s not even August yet, but this might go down as the hottest summer ever . . . in the history of ever.  (And if it doesn’t, I’m sure it will be near the top of the charts.)

Recent PlacementsOver half of the country might be experiencing a drought right now, but Top Echelon Network Preferred Members aren’t experiencing a drought as far as split placements are concerned.  In fact, our forecast calls for clear skies, intense heat, and a 100% chance of split placements!

Our forecast is much more fun than the one your meteorologist delivers on a daily basis.

However, rather than predict exactly who is going to make splits in the next week or even month, we have the weekly list of who’s already made split placements, and that list is detailed below.  So, rather than a weather forecast, this is more like . . . a crop report.

Okay, enough with the weather and farming metaphors.  These people made splits and collected fees they probably would not have collected otherwise.  Kudos all around . . .

At Top Echelon Network, we love to recognize Preferred Member recruiters for the split placements they make in the Network . . . which means we love recognizing them for two split placements in the same week twice as much!

That’s the case this week with Preferred Member Brenda Wylie-Biggs of KB Search Team, LLC.

Recent PlacementsWylie-Biggs made a pair of split placements this past week, pushing her total this year to seven splits at just past the midway point in 2012.  She’s proven to be a very consistent producer in Top Echelon Network, making a total of 77 placements since becoming a Preferred Member recruiter.

Would we love to recognize YOU for making two split placements in the same week?  Of course we would!  So get to work . . . we mean it . . . make two split placements.

What are you waiting for?

With the exception of the Cameron Craig Group, no Preferred Member recruiting firm in Top Echelon Network is churning out split placements as quickly as MJ Recruiters, LLC.

Recent PlacementsMaria Hemminger and Joanna Spaun are the twin engines that keep MJ Recruiters firing on all cylinders, and their hard work is once again represented in this week’s split placements in The Pinnacle Newsletter Blog.

Since January of 2012, MJ Recruiters has accounted for 11 split placements.  Projected over the course of the year, that total will be well over 20 splits.

So this week, we’d like to congratulate MJ Recruiters for their hard work and success as Preferred Member recruiters . . . by presenting “The Maria and Jo Split Placement Show.”  It’s a show that should continue running for quite a while . . .

THIS WEEK’S COMPLETED SPLIT PLACEMENTS!
