Mark DemareeThere are many advantages to being a Preferred Member firm, and we at Top Echelon Network are continually seeking ways to add to those advantages.

We believe we’ve done so with our new agreement with one of the premier recruiter training organizations in the industry, Next Level Exchange (www.nextlevelexchange.com).  They offer a variety of high-quality, on-target training programs for recruiters.  The Exchange itself contains over 60 streaming training videos, a 20+ hour Foundation Training Program, and an ever-expanding NLE Library with scripts, recorded calls, video clips, articles, and more.

Under the terms of this agreement, the more Network firms that use Next Level Exchange, the deeper the discount will be for those firms.

For example, once there are 10 Network Member firms using Next Level, the monthly subscription rate will be reduced by 10%.  Once there are 15 firms signed up, the discount will be 15%, and when there are 20 firms, the discount will increase to 20%, and so on in that fashion. The maximum discount available under this agreement is 50% (if 50 Preferred Member firms sign up for Next Level’s monthly service).  Below are some other details of the agreement:

  • There is no deadline; you can sign up at any time.
  • For each additional five Member firms that sign up, your Next Level Exchange invoice will be automatically reduced by 5%.
  • There’s nothing else you need to do to receive this discounted rate—besides encouraging other Members to take advantage of the program!

Below is a complete breakdown of this agreement:

Total Number of Top Echelon Subscribers % Discount Monthly Premium Membership Monthly Standard Membership
10 10 $116.10 $80.10
15 15 $109.65 $75.65
20 20 $103.20 $71.20
25 25 $96.75 $66.75
30 30 $90.30 $62.30
35 35 $83.85 $57.85
40 40 $77.40 $53.40
45 45 $70.95 $48.95
50 50 $64.50

“I am a strong believer in continuous process improvement and the need to remain sharp in our skills (even as experienced recruiters) is essential in this competitive recruiting marketplace.  Perhaps I should say, especially as experienced recruiters since those of us in the business for 5 or more years tend to get set in our ways.  Getting into a rut or a slump becomes easier with each passing year in the business without continuous training.

The foundation training modules with accompanying materials are top-shelf; it is the best training I have seen and I have tried others.  I use the NLE two ways: first as continued training for myself and my experienced recruiters and second, as material for our morning sales meetings.  I intend on using it for new recruiter training later this summer when we hire our third recruiter.  It is a no-brainer and anyone who takes a look at the training will quickly see the value.  The only way you can’t get a return on your investment is if you don’t use it.”

At the end of June, we presented the “Maria and Jo Split Placement Show!” in The Pinnacle Newsletter Blog.

Well, now we’re back with another “4-Pack of MJ Recruiters Placement Goodness!” (which, as you’ll see below, sometimes includes chocolate).

And why is that?  Because Maria Hemminger, Joanna Spaun, and everybody else at MJ Recruiters, LLC keep making split placements, that’s why.

'Comments' and Compliments ExtraNot only that, but they keep making split placements in niches they don’t normally make placements, and they keep making split placements in geographical regions in which they normally don’t make them, either.

In short, they’re leveraging the resources of Top Echelon Network exactly the way a recruiting firm should, and as a result, they’re making placements they normally would not have made.  That means more revenue for them, for their firm, and for the future.

And what we’d all like more of in the future is “placement goodness.”  Come, on . . . admit it.

So once again, congratulations to Maria, Jo, everybody else at MJ Recruiters, and all of the recruiters who have made splits with their firm.  There are sure to be many more to come.

Has Top Echelon Network Preferred Member recruiter Trey Cameron of the Cameron Craig Group made it a goal to make a split placement with every single recruiter in Top Echelon Network?

Top-Producing RecruitersAt this rate, he might just do it.  Once again, Cameron is the Network’s “Recruiter of the Month” for the month, this time for July.  Of course, he also garnered “Recruiter of the Quarter” honors for his performance during the second quarter, when he made a total of nine split placements.

Cameron became a Preferred Member in January of 2003—almost 10 years ago—and so far, he’s made 133 Network placements and is rapidly approaching $1 million cash-in.  (In fact, it’s almost a foregone conclusion that he’ll reach that plateau by the end of this year.)

We recognize recruiters for both monthly and quarterly performance in three categories—“Recruiter of the Month,” “Recruiter of the Quarter,” and “Highest Split Placement Fee of the Month.”

For more information about the placements and cash-in totals associated with these awards, please login to the Members’ Area and view the profiles and placement details of the recruiters involved.

Cameron was the only Preferred Member recruiter in the Network to make four split placements during the month of February.

In second place was Brenda Wylie-Biggs of KB Search Team, LLC with three split placements.  In third place was Stephanie McGinty of Ives & Associates, Inc. with two splits.  (Although other Members also had two splits, McGinty was third based on her total cash-in for those two splits.)

Denise Milano Sprung of JA Pharma, Inc. and Stephanie McGinty of Ives & Associates, Inc.

The position for this placement was a Director of Medical Communications, Early Oncology.  Milano Sprung was the job order recruiter, and McGinty was the candidate recruiter.  The action that stimulated this split placement was listed as “Regular phone communication with a Top Echelon Network Preferred Member recruiter in my specialty area.”

Our criteria for these awards:

Top Echelon Network is a split placement network.  As such, we place an emphasis on split placements, and that emphasis constitutes a large part of our criteria for these awards.  We determine the monthly and quarterly award winners based upon two things, which are listed below in order of importance:

1.) The number of split placements made
2.) The amount of cash-in dollars earned as a result of those split placements

YWho are we highlighting in this week’s installment of split placements?  Well, Jim Strickland of BioSource International, if you hadn’t figured that out already!

But we’re featuring much more than Jim.  (Sorry, Jim.) We’re also highlighting our Hiring Hook Websites, namely because they account for over half of the split placements listed below.

Recent PlacementsWhen filling out the split placement form, the job order recruiter always fills in the section titled, “Action causing split placement.”  In five of the eight split placements below, they chose, “The job seeker or client was found through my Hiring Hook Website.”

Then they cashed a placement check from their client and probably celebrated in some way.

The fact of the matter is that more and more recruiters are reaping the benefits of having a Hiring Hook Website for their firm.  More placements are more placements.  The proof is in the pudding.  It will all come out in the wash.  How many more clichés can I use?

Click here to learn more about Hiring Hook.  Oh, and make more split placements.  They’re fun!
