These Top Echelon Network recruiting partners obviously enjoy working together, considering the glowing terms they use to describe each other, terms such as “awesome,” “fun,” and “great.”  These are genuine sentiments expressed by happy recruiters who made placements they probably would NOT have made otherwise.  Once again, this exemplifies one of the value proposition statements of Top Echelon Network: “Half a loaf is better than no loaf at all.”  Pass the butter.

THE SPLIT PLACEMENTS:

There is NO substitute for networking.  It can not only lead to the first Network split placement between recruiters, but in the case of Briones and Gallin, it can also lead to the first and second Network splits—at the same time!  It’s not like the other two recruiters featured this week are chopped liver, either.  They recently made their ninth Network split together, and for one of the recruiters (Napoles), it was his 183rd Network split as a Preferred Member recruiter.  In the world of recruiting, networking is the gift that keeps on giving.

We can’t overstate the role that the Top Echelon Pillar of communication plays in the Network placement process.

This week in The Pinnacle Newsletter Blog, we’re highlighting two recruiters who have made 17 Network splits together.  Not only that, but they’ve made that many split placements over less than four years.

Recruiter RecommendationOne of main reasons they’ve made that many Network splits: communication, communication, communication!  (That’s still just one reason, not three.)

We’re also highlighting two other recruiters who made their first Network split together recently, and the reason they made the placement was . . . that’s right, communication.  Who knows?  Perhaps they’ll eventually make 17 split placements, too.

If you make a commitment to communication within Top Echelon Network—a serious commitment of time and energy—then you’ll be successful in Top Echelon Network.  The proof is not only below, but also in the over 20,000 placements that we’ve helped recruiters make during the past 25 years.

And communication will play a big role in the NEXT 20,000, as well.

Last week, we highlighted recruiters who attended the recent Top Echelon Network National Convention in The Pinnacle Newsletter Blog, specifically the fact that those attendees made a bunch of split placements recently.

Well, guess what?  We’re doing it again!

'Comments' and ComplimentsThis time, though, we’re highlighting convention attendees in our “‘Comments’ and Compliments” feature.  Some of the phrases included with these comments include “FANTASTIC to work with!” and “fabulous to work with!”  Here are three more quick facts:

  1. Three of the four recruiters below were at the National Convention.  (Once again, their names are italicized.)
  2. Since the first of the year, those three recruiters have made a total of eight Network split placements combined.
  3. Two of the three recruiters have only been in the Network for a little over a year.

You don’t have to be in the Network for a long time to enjoy success within it.  All you have to do is participate—and that, of course, includes attending conferences and conventions.

If you’d like to compliment another Network recruiter about a recent split placement, submit those comments with your Completed Placement Form, and they’ll appear in a future issue of The Pinnacle Newsletter Blog.

Top Echelon Network recruiter Michael Stuck of Gables Search Group, Inc. is moving up the Top Producer rankings (currently #4 overall), and he has plenty of great stories on the way up.

In fact, here are three that were recently published in The Pinnacle Newsletter Blog.

And guess what?  We have two more stories from Stuck about split placements that he’s made with other Network recruiters.

'Comments' and ComplimentsAs a bonus, the placements mark the first time that Stuck has closed a Network deal with these recruiters.  That means new Trading Partners, which means more split placements in the future.

Stuck is a recruiter who believes in the Network system, who works it every day with enthusiasm, and who attends Top Echelon’s networking events.  (He was at the National Convention this past weekend!)

That’s why he’s a Top Producer, why he’s made 14 Network placements in the past year, and why he has a ton of great recruiting stories.

Is your story next?

If YOU have a recruiting story about a recent split placement with another Network recruiter, send your comments to marketing@topechelon.com, and they’ll appear in a future issue of The Pinnacle Newsletter Blog.

These days, if you have the candidates, you’ll make the placements . . . and that statement pertains to Top Echelon Network, as well.

'Comments' and ComplimentsLet’s face it: within some industries and some niches (the majority of them, perhaps), superstar candidates are difficult to find—and superstar candidates are who your clients want.  If they’re going to make the leap of hiring a full-time employee, they want that candidate to be as close to perfect as they can possibly be.

Which, of course, means that you have to find candidates who are as close to perfect as they can possibly be.  The recruiters below were tasked with doing just that, and they turned to other recruiters in the Network for help.

They got the near-perfect candidate they were searching for, they presented that candidate to their client, their client made an offer to the candidate, the candidate accepted it, and now the recruiters involved are splitting a big placement fee.

And they lived happily ever after . . .

But split placements are no fairy tale. Quite the contrary: they’re real, and they’re alive and well in Top Echelon Network.

Now share every candidate you have with the rest of the Network.  There are more placements to be made!

If you’d like to compliment a Trading Partner for providing you with a near-perfect candidate for your client’s job order, then submit your comments with your Completed Placement Form or send them to marketing@topechelon.com.  The end.

It’s all about the candidates, isn’t it?

Your clients want the right candidates, so YOU want the right candidates, so you look for the right candidates, because that’s what you do.

'Comments' and ComplimentsBut sometimes, they’re just more difficult to find . . . and that’s why you rely upon the resources of other Top Echelon Network recruiters.  Because when you rely on their resources, they provide you with the candidates you’re looking for (and more importantly, the candidates your clients are looking for.)

The result is a filled position and a placement fee—a split placement fee, to be more precise.

The Network recruiters below relied upon one another, and that’s why they’re sharing a placement fee, as well as the spotlight in this issue of The Pinnacle Newsletter Blog.

If you’d like to be in the Pinnacle spotlight (along with a Trading Partner, of course), then submit your comments with your Completed Placement Form or send them to marketing@topechelon.com.
