At Top Echelon, we like to feature recruiters who are doing things the right way in the Network.  This, of course, means that we highlight a heck of a lot of recruiters.

After all, split placements in Top Echelon Network are up nearly 25% over this time a year ago.

The Trading Partner relationship that we’re featuring this week is comprised of one of the Network recruiters who started in the industry in 1991 and one who started in 2006.  One recruiter has made 181 Network placements, and the other has made 19 Network placements.

Together, they’ve made 14 split placements in Top Echelon Network during the past four years.  Not only that, but the fee for their most recent split placement (highlighted below) totaled $47,500!

Once again, it doesn’t matter how long you’ve been in the recruiting business, how long you’ve been in the Network, or what industry you work: you can make split placements with another recruiter, regardless of their tenure or their experience.  And not just a few splits, either—14 of them!

So congratulations to these two Top Echelon Network recruiters for splitting that large fee, for building and sustaining such an awesome Trading Partner relationship, and for doing things the right way.

It’s not often that we publicize the size of a split fee in Top Echelon Network . . . but this week, we just can help ourselves.

That’s because the split fee in question (the first one listed below) is over $50,000!

It might not surprise you that the driving force behind the split placement was listed as “Regular communication with another Top Echelon Network recruiter.”  That is the number-one way that Top Echelon Network recruiters make split placements—including placements with split fees of over $50,000!

Let’s see . . . both recruiters involved will pay $1,500 apiece in membership dues this year.  It appears they received a rather substantial return on their Top Echelon Network investment in 2013, and the year isn’t even halfway over yet.

Below are the positions that were recently filled by Top Echelon Network recruiters.

  • Split PlacementsVP of Global Claims
  • Quality Engineer – Automotive

What’s the definition of being on a “split recruiting roll”?  Going from zero split placements to two split placements in just two months!

Split Network RecruitingThat’s what the Top Echelon Network recruiters in this installment of “‘Comments’ and Compliments” have done, effectively setting themselves up to make even more split placements in the future.  (As opposed to the past, which would be, you know, impossible.)

You never know when “split placement lightning” will strike.  Unlike regular lightning, this type of lightning is likely to strike again . . . and again . . . and again.  And then maybe again.

The key, though, is to communicate with other Network recruiters, reach out to them, share your job orders and candidates, and keep networking.

Then YOU can be on a “split recruiting roll,” too!  (Yes, with a side of butter . . . and maybe throw in some mashed potatoes and gravy.  Mmmmm.)

Yes, Trey Cameron of the Cameron Craig Group is the Recruiter of the Month . . . again.  However, there’s another Network recruiter at the Cameron Craig Group who’s busy making placements.

That recruiter is Gene McQueen, who has a pair of placements to this credit in this week’s issue of The Pinnacle Newsletter Blog.

McQueen has been a steady producer in the Network, making four split placements in 2010, five in 2011, two last year, and two already this year.  Although he doesn’t match the production of Cameron, if every single recruiter in Top Echelon’s recruiting network made at least as many split fee recruiting placements as McQueen, we’d throw a party.  Seriously . . . we would . . . with cake and stuff.

So congratulations to McQueen, the Cameron Craig Group, and everybody who made a split placement this week in Top Echelon Network!
