Yes, Trey Cameron made 19 split placements in Top Echelon Network during the second quarter of 2014.  However, it’s not even the first time he’s made 19 splits in a single quarter!  He also accomplished the feat during the third quarter of 2013.

Steve Kohn of Affinity Executive Search was second with nine splits, and three recruiters followed him with five split placements apiece.  They were Bob Small of Carroll Technology Services, Inc.; Joan R. Walters, CPC of JR Walters Resources; and David M. Sgro, CPC of True North Consultants, Inc.

OUR CRITERIA FOR THESE RECRUITER AWARDS:

Top Echelon Network determines the monthly and quarterly recruiter award winners based upon two things, which are listed below in order of importance:

1.) The number of split placements made
2.) The amount of cash-in dollars earned as a result of those split placements

This explains why, when multiple recruiters are tied with the same number of split placements during a given month or quarter, the recruiter with the largest “cash-in” total for their placements is deemed the winner.

Yeah, Your Friendly Neighborhood Trey Cameron cleaned up again, making eight split placements last month.  (That was after he made eight Network split placements during the month of May.)  As you might imagine, that total was more than enough to claim the top spot for the 30 days that June contained.

Tied for second place with three split placements apiece were two recruiters: Ann Boland of The Boland Group and Nick Stoia of ASAP Search & Recruiters.  Making two split placements each were John Peterson of Sun Recruiting, Inc. and Steve Kohn of Affinity Executive Search.

The last few months, the race for Recruiter of the Month honors in Top Echelon Network has been close.  That was NOT the case for the month of May.

That’s because Trey Cameron made eight split placements in the Network during the month.  The next closest recruiter (and there were many of them) made two split placements in May.  Those recruiters included Joe Cotter of J.D. Cotter Search, Inc.; Jane H. Ko, CPC of DHG Search Advisors, LLC; Veronica Snyder of Career Professionals, Inc.; and Steve Kohn of Affinity Executive Search.

Kirby Butler, CPC is also a veteran of Top Echelon Network, and although he hasn’t made as many Network placements as Daum, his persistence and willingness to work the system has paid off for him—literally, in the form of the one of the largest split placement fees in the Network so far this year with new recruiter John Moskonas, who joined in 2012.  Congratulations to everybody!
