Every once in a while, we have a shameless plug in The Pinnacle Newsletter Blog.  However, in all actuality, the reason we have one this week is because recruiters are making money because of our shameless plug.

The plug in question is for Hiring Hook, websites for recruiters.

'Comments' and ComplimentsMore and more in 2012, Preferred Member recruiters are making split placements in the Network because of Hiring Hook websites.  They’ve been directly responsible for providing the candidates that recruiters need for their open job orders.

Hiring Hook not only offers website design and re-design services for recruiters, but also offers a Job Board that recruiters can use to post jobs to their website.  (And as you’ve probably guessed, they can use to post other recruiters’ jobs to their website, allowing them to make split placements.)

Click here for more information about website services for recruiters, or just give us a call at (330) 455-1433.  (We like to talk; it’s our thing.)  In the meantime, below are comments that recruiters recently submitted regarding split placements they’ve made because of a Hiring Hook website.

And to top it all off, it’s the first split placement they’ve made with one another!

If you’d like to thank another recruiter for their efforts in a split placement situation), send your information to marketing@topechelon.com.  Your comments might be included in an upcoming issue of The Pinnacle Newsletter Blog!

In our “‘Comments’ and Compliments” feature in The Pinnacle Newsletter Blog, Preferred Member recruiters praise each other for the split placements they make.  In this week’s installment, one of those Members pinpoints the value of Top Echelon Network Membership.

That Member is Georgette Sandifer of Gallman Consulting, who stated that the Network is “great” because it’s filled with quality recruiters who provide quality candidates.

'Comments' and ComplimentsSandifer’s production in the Network is a testament to the value that she finds in it.  She’s already made five split placements in 2012 after making five splits in 2011.  Those placements represent a significant return on the investment of time, money, and energy she’s made in her Network Membership.

To make this installment of “‘Comments’ and Compliments” even better this week, both pair of recruiters highlighted made their first split placement with one another.  Where lightning has struck once, it can strike again!

If you’d like to thank another recruiter for their efforts in a split placement situation (or tell us how great the Network is, because we kind of like that), send your information to marketing@topechelon.com.  Your comments might be included in an upcoming issue of The Pinnacle Newsletter Blog!

There have always been Trading Partners in Top Echelon Network who have worked extremely well together and made a lot of split placements . . . but none of them can approach the individual and combined production of Donna Carroll, CPC of Systems Personnel and Gary Silver of The Shay Group.

First of all, the two of them have now made a total of 40 split placements together.

'Comments' and ComplimentsBut that’s just the beginning.  In addition, Silver is a member of the Network’s exclusive “200 Placement Club,” having now made 223 placements during his tenure as a Preferred Member recruiter.  Carroll, meanwhile, has made 121 placements in the Network.

As luck (and hard work would have it), Silver made his 200th Network placement with Carroll, and that happened to be her 100th placement.  Coincidence?  Maybe . . . but maybe not.

Here’s the interesting aspect of this great Trading Partner relationship: Carroll and Silver have earned a ton of money making contract split placements, one after another after another after another.  If you don’t think there’s money in contract placements, then check out what these two have done.

And then visit Top Echelon’s page for contract staffing recruiters, the recruiter’s back-office solution.  They’ll handle all the complicated back-office duties, so you can sip exotic drinks on the beach.  Because who doesn’t want to do THAT?  (I know I do.)

It might be an understatement to say that the first two recruiters featured in this installment of “‘Comments’ and Compliments” are on a roll.

These two recruiters have made four split placements in the past 12 months.

They’ve made seven split placements since March of last year.

In all likelihood, they’re going to make even more split placements before the end of 2012.

'Comments' and ComplimentsThese recruiters underscore the beauty of Trading Partner relationships in Top Echelon Network.  Once you form a relationship with another recruiter and make a split placement, it becomes easier to make another . . . and another . . . and another.

That’s because the process has been created, proven, and repeated—and there’s no limit to how many split placements two recruiters can make.  They’re like Doritos.  They’ll “just make more.”

So grab a bag of Cool Ranch and enjoy this week’s “‘Comments’ and Compliments.”

Just a little over 45 years ago, the musical group The Doors released its debut album (named, as might have guessed, The Doors).  On that album—sadly, there were no iPods back then—was a song by the title of “Break on Through (to the Other Side).”

What the heck does this have to do with anything, much less our “‘Comments’ and Compliments” feature?

'Comments' and ComplimentsWell, plenty, since the recruiters we’re featuring this week are making their first split placements with each other.  In fact, one of the recruiters involved made her first placement as a Preferred Member recruiter in Top Echelon Network.  Congratulations, Jeri Bartunek!

Why link split placements to a Doors song?  Because we want you humming the song all day, that’s why.  No, actually, because recruiters are making split placements with new Trading Partners all the time, on an almost weekly basis.

They’re “breaking on through to the other side” and as a result, cashing placement checks they probably wouldn’t be cashing otherwise . . . and of course, they’re complimenting one another for it.

If you’d like to thank another recruiter for their efforts in a split placement situation, send your information to marketing@topechelon.com. Your comments might be included in an upcoming issue of The Pinnacle Newsletter Blog!

There aren’t many recruiters in the Network who have been enjoying as much success together recently as the ones highlighted in this week’s installment of “‘Comments and Compliments.'”

Those recruiters are Steve Kane of Bio-Partners Search Group, LLC and Stephanie McGinty of Ives & Associates, Inc.

'Comments' and ComplimentsKane and Ives made yet another split placement together recently, their second of 2012.  Their first placement this year was an Associate Director of Market Research, while their most recent split was for an Associate Director of Global Market Research.

So far, Kane and Ives have made five split placements together in the Network.  The really good news: the average fee for those five splits is well over $30,000.  It might be accurate to say that these two recruiters are “on fire” . . . though not literally.

That’s not all we have this week, either!  That’s because David Kersey of Kersey & Associates, Inc. made his 101st placement as a Preferred Member recruiter in Top Echelon Network.  Congratulations to Dave, Steve, Stephanie, and everybody else who made placements this week

It doesn’t matter how long you’ve been a recruiter.

It doesn’t matter how long you’ve been a Preferred Member of Top Echelon Network.

'Comments' and ComplimentsYou can still make split placements with recruiters you haven’t made split placements with before.  Take, for instance, the recruiters featured in this week’s installments of “‘Comments’ and Compliments.”

These recruiters have been highly successful, both inside and outside of the Network.  However, they haven’t made a split placement with one another.  Up until now.

The fact of the matter is that you just never know where your next split placement in Top Echelon Network is going to come from.  It could be the result of a new Trading Partner relationship . . . and where there’s one split placement, there could be many!

What does the book The Three Musketeers and Top Echelon Network have in common?  Nothing, really.

But that’s not going to stop ME from making a connection.

The slogan of the Three Musketeers, of course, was “All for one, and one for all.”  Well, I’m going to tweak that slogan slightly for Network purposes.  Why?  Why not?

'Comments' and ComplimentsNot only that, but the recruiters in this week’s installment of “‘Comments’ and Compliments” are making their first split placement with one another, proving that once again, it doesn’t matter how long you’ve been in the Network: you can still make splits with new recruiters.

So let’s change the slogan to “One for all, and all for one” . . . split placement, that is.  The truth be told, though, these recruiters probably won’t stop at one split—and of course, that’s a good thing.

They’ll make as many split placements together as they can, because once you make one, it’s easier to make more.

If you’d like to thank another recruiter for their efforts in a split placement situation, send your information to marketing@topechelon.com.  Your comments might be included in an upcoming issue of The Pinnacle Newsletter Blog!

There are a lot of great things about split placements.

One of them is this: it doesn’t matter if you’ve made your fifth split placement with another recruiter or your first, it’s still just as sweet.

'Comments' and ComplimentsIt’s just as sweet working together during the process.  It’s just as sweet making the placement.  It’s just as sweet receiving your portion of the placement check.  And of course, it’s just as sweet spending your portion of the placement check.

In this installment of “‘Comments’ and Compliments,” we highlight two pairs of recruiters.  One pair just made their fifth split placement together, while the other pair just made their first.

And the recruiters who made their first split placement?  They’ve been in Top Echelon Network for a total of 34 years and they’ve made a combined total of 145 Network placements, proving that it’s never too late to form new Trading Partner relationships.

The proof?  It’s in the placement.

If you’d like to thank another one of the Network’s job placement recruiters for their efforts in a split placement situation, send your information to marketing@topechelon.com.  Your comments might be included in an upcoming issue of The Pinnacle Newsletter Blog!

Yes, The Avengers is well on its way to becoming one of the most financially successful movies of all-time.  But in Top Echelon Network, it’s the “super recruiter heroes” who save the day.

'Comments' and ComplimentsThese network recruiters don’t have a cape.  That’s not what makes them heroes.  They have the candidates—and that’s far more important than a cape, at least as far as their grateful Trading Partners are concerned.

In this installment of “‘Comments’ and Compliments,” we highlight two recent split placements in which a recruiter presented a candidate to their Trading Partner, a candidate that the Trading Partner’s client loved and eventually hired.

When it comes to fighting bad guys and saving the universe, you can leave that job up to The Avengers.

However, when it comes to filling a job order with a hard-to-find candidate in a short amount of time, you can leave that job up to your Top Echelon Network Trading Partners.
