And the “Recruiter of the Month” for the month of May is . . . Trey Cameron of the Cameron Craig Group.

Kind of anti-climactic, isn’t it?  Trey has won this award more often than not for the better part of the past two years.

Top-Producing RecruitersIn fact, he’s won it so often, we should probably just re-name the award.  We’ll call it the “Trey Cameron Recruiter of the Month Award.”  Or maybe just the “Trey Cameron Award.”

Regardless, until somebody can dethrone Trey, he’ll continue to win “Recruiter of the Month” honors month after month after month.  While he’s not unbeatable, he’s certainly been on a roll as of late.

In fact, if you check the list of the Network’s Top Producers in the Members’ Area, you’ll notice that not only is Trey the number-one recruiter on the list, but his cash-in total for the past 12 months is nearly twice as much as the total for the second recruiter on the list.  Although no official records have been kept for verification purposes, there’s a good chance that’s never happened before in Top Echelon Network.

We’ll see what happens in June.  Maybe somebody will unseat Trey as “Recruiter of the Month” . . . but there’s always “Recruiter of the Quarter.”

Trey made four split placements during the month of May.  Nobody else in the Network made four split placements during the month.  However, there were three recruiters who made three split placements apiece.

Those recruiters were Bob Millman of AutoPro Technical Recruiting; Sean Napoles, CPC of Career Brokers, Inc.; and Travis Jones of Career Development Partners.

Actually, it’s not that much of a surprise that Trey Cameron of the Cameron Craig Group is the “Recruiter of the Month.”  After all, he’s won that award more often than not over the course of the past 12 to 18 months.

Top-Producing RecruitersHowever, this time the margin of victory was far smaller for Trey, who had to edge out two other recruiters for the top honor.  Remember, the number of split placements that a Preferred Member recruiter makes is just one of the determining factors.

The second factor is the amount of cash-in that those split placements produce.  It just so happens that Trey’s cash-in total for the month is what pushed him over the top and garnered him yet another recognition award.

In addition, Trey currently sits atop the Network as the Top Producing Recruiter, with a sizeable lead on the rest of the Top 10.

We recognize recruiters for both monthly and quarterly performance in two categories—“Recruiter of the Month” and “Highest Split Placement Fee of the Month.”

Trey Cameron is NOT the “Recruiter of the Month”!  Why in the world is that significant?  Because he’s seemed to be the winner of the award nearly every month for the past year.

Top-Producing RecruitersIn fact, Cameron was the “Recruiter of the Quarter” for the first quarter, as we reported in The Pinnacle Newsletter Blog last week.  However, we have a new “Recruiter of the Month” for the month of March, and you’ve probably guessed by reading the headline to this blog post that the recruiter in question is David Wick, CPC of Career Center of Cincinnati, Inc.

Needless to say, Cameron was in the running for the award . . . and so was the other recruiter in his office, Gene McQueen.  McQueen was also part of the other recognition award for the month of March, which isn’t surprising, since that placement also garnered him the same award for the first quarter of the year.

Top-Producing RecruitersWhen it comes to recruiters who are model Preferred Members in Top Echelon Network, there might not be anybody who can top our most recent “Recruiter of the Month.”

Maria Hemminger of MJ Recruiters, LLC has been a Preferred Member recruiter since 2005, and since that time she’s made a total of 54 placements in the Network.  Hemminger attends Top Echelon Network conferences and conventions, she attends Regional Core Group meetings, and she participates in the Network in as many different ways as she can.

And that’s why she’s made 54 placements, why she’s a Top Producer in the Network, and why she’s the “Recruiter of the Month” for January.  Congratulations, Maria!  Here’s to 54 more Network placements (at least).

We recognize recruiters for both monthly and quarterly performance in two categories—”Recruiter of the Month” and “Highest Split Placement Fee of the Month.”  Remember, for more information about the placements and cash-in totals associated with these awards, please login to the Members’ Area and view the profiles and placement details of the recruiters involved.

Top-Producing RecruitersThe beginning of one year means . . . a bunch of Top Echelon Network awards need to be passed out for the previous year.  While we won’t be distributing any awards right now (we’ll do that at the upcoming 2012 National Convention instead), there are some accomplishments that we’d like to recognize for the month of December and the fourth quarter of 2011.

If it appears as though one picture keeps displaying below, that’s because it is—the picture of Trey Cameron of the Cameron Craig Group.  Cameron was part of three of the four recognition awards for December and the fourth quarter, including “Recruiter of the Month” and “Recruiter of the Quarter.”  As you might imagine, he’s in line to receive quite a bit of hardware at the National Convention, as well.  We’ll let you know exactly how much hardware Cameron—and other Preferred Member recruiters—won during 2011 in a future issue of The Pinnacle Newsletter Blog.

In the meantime, below are the winners of the recognition awards for December and the fourth quarter of the year.  We’d like to congratulate those recruiters who earned them and thank them for their efforts.  For more information about the placements and cash-in totals associated with these recognition awards, please login to the Members’ Area and view the profiles and placement details of the recruiters involved.

Top-Producing Recruiters

Last week, we highlighted Larry Radzely of Adel-Lawrence Associates for his consistent split placement production during his tenure as a Preferred Member recruiter in Top Echelon Network.  We also promised to highlight more recruiters just like him.  Well, this week, we are!

Actually, this recruiter—Jim Strickland of BioSource International—basically forced us to highlight him, mainly because he’s the “Recruiter of the Month” for the month of November.  Not only did he win that award, but he also earned a share of the “Highest Split Placement Fee of the Month” award.

Strickland has made a total of 77 Network placements since he became a Preferred Member recruiter in 2003.  Once again, he’s one of those recruiters who “flies beneath the radar” in the Network, but one who continues to churn out placements year after year.  Everybody at Top Echelon would like to congratulate Strickland on his accomplishments and also wish him many more split placements in the years to come!

Remember, for more information about the placements and cash-in totals associated with these awards, please login to the Members’ Area and view the profiles and placement details of the recruiters involved.  Peace.

Top-Producing Recruiters

The longer Top Echelon Network exists . . . the fewer Charter Members there are.  That’s just one of the unfortunate consequences of longevity.  However, there’s one Charter Member who’s still going strong in the Network, and that Preferred Member recruiter is Steve Brody of Executive Resource Systems.

Brody has been an extremely consistent producer in Top Echelon Network since he joined back at the very beginning—March 8, 1988.  During his 20-plus years in the Network, Brody has now made a total of 93 placements, with five of those placements occurring this year.

In addition, three of his placements for 2011 were made recently, which is the reason that Brody is the “Recruiter of the Month” for the month of October.  That’s just one of the two award winners we’re announcing in this Pinnacle Newsletter Blog post (actually, one of three, since the other award includes a pair of recruiters).

How in the world is it the fourth quarter of 2011 already?  We have no idea . . . but we do know that means it’s time for our award winners for the third quarter of the year, not to mention the month of September.

And wouldn’t you know it?  We have a familiar face among the winners.  That face belongs to none other than Trey Cameron of the Cameron Craig Group, who has been part of these monthly and quarterly awards quite a bit during the past year.

Below are the winners of the awards for September of 2011, as well as the third quarter of the year.  We’d like to congratulate those recruiters who earned them and thank them for their efforts.  For more information about the placements and cash-in totals associated with these awards, please login to the Members’ Area and view the profiles and placement details of the recruiters involved.
