Every once in a while in our “Comments and Compliments” feature, we like to highlight a recruiter who’s “flying under the radar.”  In other words, they’re not a high-profile Preferred Member, but they’re unerringly consistent, year after year.

'Comments' and ComplimentsOne such recruiter is Georgette Sandifer of Gallman Consulting.  Sandifer has made 26 split placements since she joined the Network in 2005.  She made five split placements in 2011, and she’s already made two splits in 2012.  Speaking of two of Sandifer’s placements, there are two listed below.  We’re highlighting them because of the compliments that she paid her Trading Partners.

However, Sandifer also deserves kudos for the work that she does within the Network.  She’s made an investment of time and energy into her Preferred Membership, and that investment is paying off in the form of split placements—and more revenue for her firm!

If you’d like to recognize another recruiter for their efforts in a split placement situation, send your information to marketing@topechelon.com.  Your comments might be included in an upcoming issue of The Pinnacle Newsletter Blog.

Welcome to what might be the most scandalous edition of “‘Comments’ and Compliments” yet!  There’s talk of beer, dancing, and rock and roll!

Actually, we’re just exaggerating a bit—but it did get your attention.  As if splitting a hefty placement fee with another recruiter isn’t enough to grab your attention.  C’mon, who wouldn’t want to do that?

But of course, that’s not all (when IS it all?)  There’s also mention of the upcoming Top Echelon Network National Convention in this edition, and what a coincidence, since the convention will be held next week at the Gaylord Opryland Resort in Nashville, Tenn.

'Comments' and ComplimentsThat means Regular Registration for the convention is rapidly coming to an end.  You have until the end of the business day on Tuesday, March 13, to sign up for the convention at the Regular Registration price.  After that, you’ll have to pay the Late Registration fee.  Don’t do that.  Sign up now!

And as far as $9,000 in beer is concerned, we have no idea what you’re talking about.  Just know that if you do attend the convention, there’s a chance we might disavow knowledge of your existence.  You know, if it’s for the greater good and all.

Click here to register for the 2012 Top Echelon Network National Convention.  If you’d like  to recognize another recruiter for their efforts in a split placement situation (and maybe demand alcohol from them in the process), send your information to marketing@topechelon.com.  Your comments might be featured in an upcoming issue of The Pinnacle Newsletter Blog.

Remember, if you have compliments for a Trading Partner regarding a split placement, please email them to marketing@TopEchelon.com.

Nobody likes turndowns—they’re a major league bummer.  However, they’re an inevitable part of a recruiter’s existence.  If you work as a recruiter for any length of time and enjoy any measure of success, you’re going to experience the “joy of the turndown.”

'Comments' and ComplimentsBut you just can’t let turndowns get you down.  Instead, turn them around, like two of the Preferred Member recruiters featured in this installment of “‘Comments’ and Compliments.”  Persistence certainly paid off for this pair, as they recently made their second split placement within the past 12 months.

Armed with this new level of confidence, it’s a good bet that these recruiters will continue to make split placements together—no matter how many turndowns they encounter.  Because even though they ran into them before, they overcame them and reaped the financial benefits of doing so.

If YOU have reaped financial benefits with another recruiter in a split placement situation and you’d like to recognize them for their efforts, send your information to marketing@topechelon.com.  Your comments might be featured in an upcoming issue of The Pinnacle Newsletter Blog.

You’ve heard the old adage: TEAMwork = Together Everybody Achieves More.

'Comments' and ComplimentsDo Top Echelon Network Preferred Member recruiters want to achieve more?  Of course they do, and the way they want to achieve more is by earning more and billing more.  Since “Together Everybody Bills More” is the equivalent of TEBMwork, let’s go with “Together Everybody Earns More” instead.  (Just humor us for a minute.)

Okay, why the misspelling lesson?  Because in this week’s installment of “Comments and Compliments,” we’re featuring four Preferred Member recruiters who utilized TEAMwork (or TEEMwork) to close deals that might not have happened otherwise—and probably wouldn’t have happened as quickly, even if they did.

When members of Top Echelon’s recruiter network tag-team a placement situation, they bring twice the knowledge, twice the expertise, and twice the effort . . . and that’s an equation that often means the difference between a deal coming together and a deal falling through.

So we’d like to congratulate the recruiters featured in this week’s installment, and we’d love (yes, we mean love) to feature YOU in the future.  If you’d like to compliment a Trading Partner for a recent split fee recruiting placement, send an email to marketing@TopEchelon.com.  And we forgive all spelling errors.

At Top Echelon, we love when our Preferred Member recruiters reach milestones—especially when those milestones pertain to the number of split placements they’ve made within the Network!

'Comments' and ComplimentsWe have a Preferred Member recruiter who’s right on the cusp of reaching such a milestone.  That recruiter is David Kersey of Kersey & Associates, Inc., who recently made his 99th Network placement.

Not only that, but Kersey joined Top Echelon Network on March 6, 1992.  That means very soon, Kersey will be celebrating his 20th anniversary as a Preferred Member of the Network!

Let’s see, 99 placements in almost 20 years.  That comes out to five placements per year, and since the average cash-in for a split placement in Top Echelon Network is roughly $8,000 . . . well, you can do the math.  Needless to say, Kersey has received a substantial return on his Network Membership dues every year.

Regardless, we can’t wait until he makes his next Network placement, because that will be his 100th.  Then we can celebrate even more and present him with a certificate, as well.  If you’re close to a milestone in Top Echelon Network, one that’s related to split placements or not, we want to know about it.

We also want to know if you’d like to compliment a Trading Partner for a recent split placement.  Either way, send an email to marketing@TopEchelon.com.

We love when things go together in The Pinnacle Newsletter Blog—like chocolate and peanut butter!

Speaking of things that go together, the recruiter we’re featuring in this week’s installment of “Comments and Compliments” is also the “Recruiter of the Month” for January: Maria Hemminger of MJ Recruiters, LLC.

'Comments' and ComplimentsSpeaking of chocolate, Hemminger specifically mentions that delicious food in her comments regarding one of the recent split placements she made with a Trading Partner.  Did she mention peanut butter in her comments regarding the other split placement?  No, but now we’re hungry for a Reese’s Peanut Butter Cup.  Aren’t you?  We thought so.

If you’d like to compliment one of your Trading Partners for a recent split placement (and mention chocolate AND/OR peanut butter in the process), send your comments to marketing@TopEchelon.com, and they’ll appear in a future issue of The Pinnacle Newsletter Blog.

One recruiter makes a split placement with another recruiter, who makes a split placement with another recruiters, who makes a split placement with . . .

'Comments' and ComplimentsWell, you get the idea.

This week in “Comments and Compliments,” we’re presenting not two, but three placements, namely because they illustrate this “Triangle of Trust” rather well.  (After all, Trust is one of the Four Pillars of Top Echelon Network and one of the foundations upon which split placements are made.

There’s a thread in these three placements, as we move from one to the other to the other, with one recruiter serving as a bridge to subsequent split placements.  But that’s the way it works with networking, you never know where things are going to lead or what’s going to happen—although, invariably a split placement is made and a fee is shared.

Remember, if you’d like to compliment one of your Trading Partners for a recent split placement, send your comments to marketing@TopEchelon.com, and they’ll appear in a future issue of The Pinnacle Newsletter Blog.

'Comments' and Compliments

Here at Top Echelon Network, we love to highlight Preferred Member recruiters who have made their first split placement in the Network, and that’s exactly what we’re doing in this week’s edition of “‘Comments’ and Compliments.”

However, there’s a bit of a twist, because the two firms involved in the split placement are no stranger to one another.  Recruiters from each of the firms have made split placements together in the past.  It’s just that a new recruiter has entered the fray, which is good . . . since more recruiters mean more split placements.

That’s not the only split placement we’re highlighting, either.  Our other split involves a difficult job order that a Preferred Member recruiter filled with the help of one of their Trading Partners.  Those are the type of success stories that we love to hear!

We’d love to hear YOUR story, too!  If you’d like to compliment one of your Trading Partners for a recent split placement, send your comments to marketing@TopEchelon.com, and they’ll appear in a future issue of The Pinnacle Newsletter Blog.

Remember, if you have compliments for a Trading Partner regarding a split placement, please email them to marketing@TopEchelon.com.

The recruiters featured in this week’s installment of “‘Comments’ and Compliments” are veteran recruiters and long-time Preferred Members of Top Echelon Network.  However, they’ve just now made their first split fee recruiting placement with another Network recruiter.

'Comments' and Compliments

What does that mean?  It means there are always split placement opportunities in Top Echelon’s recruiting network—you just have to look for them.  These recruiters weren’t content to just keep making placements with the same recruiters they’ve been splitting with for years.  They made the conscious decision to entertain the possibility of making splits with new recruiters.  When that happens, to use the words of one of the recruiters below, it’s a “WIN-WIN” for everybody.

So no matter how long you’ve been a Preferred Member or how many split placements you’ve made in the Network or how many split placements you haven’t made in the Network, there could be money just around the corner in the form of a Preferred Member you’ve never worked with before.  So keep your eyes—and your mind—open, and keep sending us your “Compliments.”

If you’d like to compliment one of your Trading Partners for a recent split placement, send your comments to marketing@TopEchelon.com, and they’ll appear in a future issue of The Pinnacle Newsletter Blog.

Bob WylanBruce Widnes“Bruce saw my job order and called me.  His presentation of the candidate was powerful and right on target.  I kept him posted, and we established some ground rules.  If I needed help with his applicant, I would call him.  If not, Bruce would stay in the background.  I understood and had a good vision of my client’s position.  I presented only Bruce’s candidate, and we hit the bullseye.  Bruce, thanks again . . . it’s a WIN-WIN for all!”

Remember, if you have compliments for a Trading Partner regarding a split placement, please email them to marketing@TopEchelon.com.

'Comments' and ComplimentsAt Top Echelon, we love to recognize recruiters for making their first split placement as a Preferred Member of Top Echelon Network . . . and now is the perfect time to do it again!  That’s because it’s the first of the year, and what better time to make your first Network split placement than right now?  (Actually, ANY time is a great time . . .)

We have more than that this week, too.  We also have another example of what a Hiring Hook staffing agency website design can do for you.  Our other highlighted split placement involved a candidate who applied online for a Network Member’s open position, and that application eventually turned into a placement fee for two long-time Network recruiters.

So it doesn’t matter how long—or how little—you’ve been a Preferred Member recruiter.  You can make split placements in Top Echelon Network at any time and in a variety of different ways, and we hope that YOU make more Network split placements in 2012.

If you’d like to compliment one of your Trading Partners for a recent split placement, send your comments to marketing@TopEchelon.com, and they’ll appear in a future issue of The Pinnacle Newsletter Blog.
