Sometimes the stars align and interesting things happen with our weekly feature regarding split placements made in Top Echelon Network—like this week, for instance!

What interesting thing has happened?  There are three Million Dollar Producers included in this week’s edition of our most recent split placements.  Those three are as follows:

If there was a Top Echelon Network “Hall of Fame” for Preferred Members, these recruiters would most definitely be enshrined (on the first ballot, no less).  But you don’t have to be a Million Dollar Producer or a “Hall of Fame” candidate to be featured in The Pinnacle Newsletter Blog.  All you have do is make sweet split placements . . . we’ll do the rest.

THIS WEEK’S COMPLETED SPLIT PLACEMENTS!

The recruiters featured in this week’s installment of “‘Comments’ and Compliments” are veteran recruiters and long-time Preferred Members of Top Echelon Network.  However, they’ve just now made their first split fee recruiting placement with another Network recruiter.

'Comments' and Compliments

What does that mean?  It means there are always split placement opportunities in Top Echelon’s recruiting network—you just have to look for them.  These recruiters weren’t content to just keep making placements with the same recruiters they’ve been splitting with for years.  They made the conscious decision to entertain the possibility of making splits with new recruiters.  When that happens, to use the words of one of the recruiters below, it’s a “WIN-WIN” for everybody.

So no matter how long you’ve been a Preferred Member or how many split placements you’ve made in the Network or how many split placements you haven’t made in the Network, there could be money just around the corner in the form of a Preferred Member you’ve never worked with before.  So keep your eyes—and your mind—open, and keep sending us your “Compliments.”

If you’d like to compliment one of your Trading Partners for a recent split placement, send your comments to marketing@TopEchelon.com, and they’ll appear in a future issue of The Pinnacle Newsletter Blog.

Bob WylanBruce Widnes“Bruce saw my job order and called me.  His presentation of the candidate was powerful and right on target.  I kept him posted, and we established some ground rules.  If I needed help with his applicant, I would call him.  If not, Bruce would stay in the background.  I understood and had a good vision of my client’s position.  I presented only Bruce’s candidate, and we hit the bullseye.  Bruce, thanks again . . . it’s a WIN-WIN for all!”

Top Echelon Network Preferred Member recruiters started the year with a “split placement bang” last week, and now they’re keeping the “split placement ball’ rolling this week.  (How many more split placement analogies can we make?  How many weeks are there in a year?)

As always, communication holds the key to making split placements in Top Echelon Network.  Communication is one of the Four Pillars of the Network for good reason (with an emphasis on quality communication).  The more recruiters communicate with one another, the more information they share, the more they learn, the more split placements they make, and the more revenue they generate.

The recruiters below are making split placements, and in some cases, they’re making a lot of them.  This coming year could hold even more splits, and we’d love to include your photo and placement information in a future issue of the newsletter!

What’s the best way to start a new year?  Making placements, that’s what, and there are a number of Top Echelon Network Preferred Member recruiters who are starting 2012 with a “split placement bang.”

December was a rather slow month for hiring and also for recruiters, but now that January is here, companies are starting to address their hiring needs more quickly.  That should result in more placements—and specifically, more split placements—for Preferred Member recruiters.

Some of the recruiters below have only been in the Network for a short amount of time, while others have been in the Network for years.  What they all share is the desire to make split placements, and desire precedes everything.  In order to make split placements, you have to want to make split placements and you have to be willing to do what is necessary to make those placements happen.

The recruiters below have met those requirements, which is why they’re already cashing placement checks in January.  We hope that you join their ranks soon, so we can see your face in this regular feature of The Pinnacle Newsletter Blog!

Top-Producing RecruitersThe beginning of one year means . . . a bunch of Top Echelon Network awards need to be passed out for the previous year.  While we won’t be distributing any awards right now (we’ll do that at the upcoming 2012 National Convention instead), there are some accomplishments that we’d like to recognize for the month of December and the fourth quarter of 2011.

If it appears as though one picture keeps displaying below, that’s because it is—the picture of Trey Cameron of the Cameron Craig Group.  Cameron was part of three of the four recognition awards for December and the fourth quarter, including “Recruiter of the Month” and “Recruiter of the Quarter.”  As you might imagine, he’s in line to receive quite a bit of hardware at the National Convention, as well.  We’ll let you know exactly how much hardware Cameron—and other Preferred Member recruiters—won during 2011 in a future issue of The Pinnacle Newsletter Blog.

In the meantime, below are the winners of the recognition awards for December and the fourth quarter of the year.  We’d like to congratulate those recruiters who earned them and thank them for their efforts.  For more information about the placements and cash-in totals associated with these recognition awards, please login to the Members’ Area and view the profiles and placement details of the recruiters involved.

Trey CameronRecruiter of the Month
Trey Cameron of the Cameron Craig Group

Cameron was the only recruiter in the Network to make three split placements during the month of December.

A number of recruiters made one split placement.  Leading the charge were Jim Hipskind, CPC of Continental Search & Outplacement, Inc.; Ron Sunshine of Ron Sunshine Associates; and Frank Gregg of Gregg & Associates.

Trey CameronRecruiter of the Quarter

Trey Cameron of the Cameron Craig Group

Cameron, who also won this award for the third quarter of 2011, made a total of eight split placements during the recently completed fourth quarter.  Four recuiters made three split placements each.  They were Jim Strickland of BioSource International; Sean Napoles of Career Brokers, Inc.; Rebecca Kohn of Affinity Executive Search; and Steve Brody of Executive Resource Systems.

Trey CameronJim Hipskind, CPCHighest Split Placement Fee of the Month
Jim Hipskind, CPC of Continental Search & Outplacement, Inc. and Trey Cameron of the Cameron Craig Group

This placement was for a Corporate Controller.  Hipskind was the job order recruiter, and Cameron was the candidate recruiter.  The action causing this placement was listed as “Regular phone communication with a Top Echelon Network Preferred Member recruiter in my specialty area.”

— — —

Denise Milano SprungJim StricklandHighest Split Placement Fee of the Quarter
Denise Milano Sprung of JA Pharma, Inc. and Jim Strickland of BioSource International

This placement was for a Lead Neurologist.  Milano Sprung was the job order recruiter, and Strickland was the candidate recruiter.  The action causing this placement was a collaborative effort between Milano Sprung and Strickland to close the candidate, who applied for the position through Strickland’s Hiring Hook website.

Our criteria for these recognition awards:

Top Echelon Network is a split placement network.  As such, we place an emphasis on split placements, and that emphasis constitutes the basis of our criteria for these recognition awards.  We determine the monthly and quarterly award winners based upon two factors, which are listed below in order of importance:

1.) The number of split placements made
2.) The amount of cash-in dollars earned as a result of those split placements

In other words, the number of split placements that recruiters make is our first consideration.  In the event of a tie, the cash-in total earned from those split placements is the deciding factor and serves to break the tie.  Obviously, the recruiter with more cash-in dollars in the event of a tie is the recruiter who wins the recognition award.

'Comments' and ComplimentsAt Top Echelon, we love to recognize recruiters for making their first split placement as a Preferred Member of Top Echelon Network . . . and now is the perfect time to do it again!  That’s because it’s the first of the year, and what better time to make your first Network split placement than right now?  (Actually, ANY time is a great time . . .)

We have more than that this week, too.  We also have another example of what a Hiring Hook staffing agency website design can do for you.  Our other highlighted split placement involved a candidate who applied online for a Network Member’s open position, and that application eventually turned into a placement fee for two long-time Network recruiters.

So it doesn’t matter how long—or how little—you’ve been a Preferred Member recruiter.  You can make split placements in Top Echelon Network at any time and in a variety of different ways, and we hope that YOU make more Network split placements in 2012.

If you’d like to compliment one of your Trading Partners for a recent split placement, send your comments to marketing@TopEchelon.com, and they’ll appear in a future issue of The Pinnacle Newsletter Blog.

Remember, if you have compliments for a Trading Partner regarding a split placement, please email them to marketing@TopEchelon.com.

Some recruiters are out of the office for the last week of the year . . . and some are cashing placement checks.

Take, for instance, the Preferred Member recruiters below, who recently made split placements through Top Echelon recruiter network. For some of these recruiters, this is the first time that they’ve made a split placement with this particular Trading Partner.  For other recruiters, they’ve made numerous splits with these recruiters.

Whatever the case may be, they’re happy to be Preferred Members and they’re happy to be closing out 2011 with a split placement.  But this more than just a happy ending; it’s also a new beginning.  That’s because 2012 is just around the corner.  That means more opportunities to network and more chances to make split placements.

Don’t let the New Year pass you by.  Make 2012 your best year ever in the Network!

Welcome to a unique edition of our popular feature, “‘Comments’ and Compliments.”  (But then again, aren’t they all unique?)

'Comments' and Compliments

This week, we have a quartet of veteran Preferred Members, recruiters who have been in the business a long time and who have the placements (and battle scars) to prove it.  In fact, the four recruiters featured have made a combined 203 placements within Top Echelon Network during their time as Preferred Members.

And here’s the unique twist: this marks the first split placement that each recruiter has made with the other.  Despite their tenure in the Network, they haven’t made a split together until now.  Of course, now that they have made a split placement, the chances that they will make more in the future is much greater.

If you’d like to compliment one of your Trading Partners for a recent split placement (whether it’s your first, second, or ninth), send your comments to marketing@TopEchelon.com, and they’ll appear in a future issue of The Pinnacle Newsletter Blog.

— — —

Remember, if you have compliments for a Trading Partner regarding a split placement, please email them to marketing@TopEchelon.com.

Making split placements with other recruiters is something that just never gets old.  It doesn’t matter if it’s your first split placement together or your ninth.

'Comments' and Compliments

Why use those numbers to illustrate the fact?  Well, because those numbers pertain directly to this week’s installment of “Comments and Compliments,” that’s why!  Two of the recruiters featured recently made their first split, while the second pair made their ninth.  The latter relationship further shows that once you make one split placement with another Preferred Member recruiter, more split placements are sure to follow.

If you’d like to compliment one of your Trading Partners for a recent split placement (whether it’s your first, second, or ninth), send your comments to marketing@TopEchelon.com, and they’ll appear in a future issue of The Pinnacle Newsletter Blog.

Bob Long“Ken provided an outstanding candidate that followed all of the instructions, showed excitement and enthusiasm, and started very quickly through his desire and eagerness to get the job.  Excellent referral!  Ken, I look forward to doing more splits with you.  Round peg in a round hole . . . works every time.”

Submitted by Bob Long of Executive Personnel Services regarding his split placement with Kenneth Lowry, CPC of Lowry Personnel Services

Position Title—CORPORATE FACILITIES COORDINATOR
Fee Percentage—20%

(Editor’s note: this is the first split placement that Long and Lowry have made together in Top Echelon Network.)

Submitted by Janet Miller of Computer Management, Inc. regarding her split placement with Jeff Gilbert of Kingfish Technology, LLC

Position Title—PROGRAM ANALYST
Fee Percentage—20%

(Editor’s note: This is the ninth split placement that Miller and Gilbert have made together in Top Echelon Network.)

Remember, if you have compliments for a Trading Partner regarding a split placement, please email them to marketing@TopEchelon.com.

A while back, we profiled Larry Radzeley of Adel-Lawrence Associate, Inc. in a blog post regarding the split placements made in Top Echelon Network during that particular week.  Now we’re going to highlight Radzely again—namely because his Trading Partners want to do so!

'Comments' and Compliments

That’s right, Radzely is the common thread that runs through this week’s installment of “Comments and Compliments.”  We mentioned in our previous blog post that Radzely is one of those Preferred Member recruiters who “flies beneath the radar.”  However, with six placements in 2011—and two recent posts in The Pinnacle Newsletter Blog—he might not be flying beneath it for much longer.

If you’d like to compliment one of your Trading Partners for a recent split placement, send your comments to marketing@TopEchelon.com, and they’ll appear in a future issue of The Pinnacle Newsletter Blog.
