We have a lot of recruiting rockstars in Top Echelon Network.

You know what I’m talking about because you see them in The Pinnacle Newsletter Blog on a consistent basis. These are the “movers and shakers,” those Network recruiters who have embraced the Network and its philosophy whole-heartedly and are reaping the benefits of their commitment.

(And when I say “reaping the benefits of their commitment,” I mean they’re making a bunch of money while also making friends and forming great relationships.)

Also as you probably already know, we at Top Echelon love to recognize and publicize our recruiting rockstars. We do so in this newsletter in our various features (Recruiter of the Week, “‘Comments’ and Compliments”), and we also strive to do it with our social media accounts, especially Facebook.

But guess what? We’ve found another way to do it!

That way also involves social media, specifically Twitter, and the hashtag #TERockstar.

In the coming weeks and months, Top Echelon Social Media and Communications Assistant Casey Stevens will be tweeting about the many, many rockstars that are members of Top Echelon Network. When she does, she’ll use the hashtag #TERockstar.

To take things a step further, if you believe that another recruiter in Top Echelon Network is worthy of “rockstar” status, we encourage you to tweet on their behalf, as well. All you have to do is include the hashtag “TERockstar” after your tweet.

Casey will see the tweet, and she’ll re-tweet it for you from the Top Echelon account! Of course, it would be better if you were following Top Echelon on Twitter:

Click here to follow Top Echelon on Twitter!

We’re looking for recruiters who exemplify the spirit of the network, who are split-placement-minded and believe in the benefits of networking with one another, and who are enthusiastic about their membership and the value that it offers them.

If that describes you, you just might be a #TERockstar!

Throughout Top Echelon Network’s history, there have been many recruiters who have quit the Network and/or the recruiting profession, only to come back to one or both later and continue enjoying the same level of success they did before they left.

One such individual is the Recruiter of the Week in the Network!

That recruiter is Philip Bartfield of Analytic Search. Philip rejoined the Network in October of 2014, and after a short reacclimation period, he made five placements in Top Echelon in 2015. (Prior to that, his most recent placement had occurred in 2010).

Recruiter of the Week: 13 years in the making

The placement listed below, the one with Sean Napoles of Career Brokers, is the 48th placement that Bartfield has made as a member of the Network. When Bartfield first joined Top Echelon Network, he made his first placement on July 10, 2003.

Who was the other recruiter in that split placement situation? Sean Napoles.

Not only did Philip make his first-ever placement in Top Echelon Network with Sean, but he also made his final placement of 2015 with him. And Philip already has a split on the books for 2016.

So, from everybody at Top Echelon, congratulations to Philip on his latest placement with Sean and for being named Recruiter of the Week. And of course, welcome back to the Network! We’re glad you’re back, and we’re looking forward to helping you make more placements.

(Oh, and your mad dash after the bus outside of the Wildhorse Saloon in Nashville in 2008 is still one of the most memorable moments in Top Echelon National Convention history. Here’s to more memories!)

Position Title—SENIOR SYSTEMS ADMINISTRATOR

Just like the Largest Split Fee of the Quarter looked familiar, the Recruiter of the Quarter also looks familiar.

Guess who? Well, there’s really no reason to even make you guess. In addition to Trey Cameron, there are some other familiar faces in the top five for the fourth quarter of 2015. These are all recruiters that were included on the Network’s Top 10 list for the year—names like Steve Kohn, Pam Copeland, Sean Napoles, and Bill Kubena.

All of this is yet another reminder that the Top Producers in Top Echelon Network are almost always its most consistent recruiters. The Network system is set up to help member recruiters make more placements and to make them more consistently, and when members work the system the way it was intended, they land on this list.

Recruiter of the Quarter qualifications

As we’ve mentioned before, we’re expanding the information that we typically include with the announcement of the Recruiter of the Quarter Award. That information is below:

  • The top five (5) recruiters in the Network for the quarter
  • The number of split placements those recruiters made during the quarter
  • The dollar amount of commission that the recruiters earned as a result of those split placements

So congratulations to everybody for the placements they made and the revenue they generated for their firms. When you consider that the monthly fee for Network membership is just $125, these recruiters received quite a return on their TE investment during the past three months.

Below are the complete standings for Recruiter of the Quarter in Top Echelon Network for the fourth quarter of 2015:

Top Echelon determines the monthly and quarterly winners of its recruiting awards based upon two criteria, which are listed below in order of importance:

1.) The number of split placements made
2.) The amount of “cash-in” dollars earned as a result of those split placements

This explains why, when multiple recruiters are tied with the same number of split placements during a given month or quarter, the recruiter with the largest “cash-in” total for their placements is deemed the winner.

We’ve already provided plenty of proof that Top Echelon Regional Core Groups (i.e., regional recruiting groups) work. Here’s some proof right here.

Not only that, but the case study we’re using for this week’s proof involves a recruiter, Mary Anne Buckley, who has been making split placements with huge fees. Here some proof of that here . . . and here.

This particular split placement resulted from the California Regional Core Group. We’ve also recently held the a Florida Regional Core Group meeting, and I would be remiss if I did not remind everybody that there is a Midwest Mid-Winter Regional Core Group meeting scheduled for later this month.

The formula is simple: meeting your trading partners face-to-face results in more activity, more business, and more placements.

Regional recruiting groups AND 21 placements

In addition to regional recruiting groups, we’re also profiling a very successful trading partner relationship this week. That partnership is between David M. Sgro, CPC of True North Consultants, Inc. and Bob Small of Carroll Technology Services, Inc., who have met each other face-to-face on numerous occasions.

The placement below represents the 21st split placement that they’ve made together during their time in the Network. Sgro has made 83 career placements in Top Echelon, while Small has made 79 career placements. It would not surprise me if they both made their 100th Network split at the same time—with each other.

Now THAT would be truly epic.

Position Title—WEB DESIGNER/DEVELOPER

The reason that the biggest split fee of the quarter in Top Echelon Network looks familiar is that it was also the biggest split fee of the month for December.

That makes sense, too, since the fee for that split was $68,600. In fact, it was the second-highest split fee in Top Echelon Network for all of 2015. And one of the recruiters involved with the second-highest fee, Mary Anne Buckley, was also involved with the highest fee.

Biggest split fee = “Hot Sheet” feature

You’ll be interested to know that we published a “Hot Sheet” feature about Buckley and Stephanie McGinty of Ives & Associates, Inc. back in June of 2014. In that feature, they discuss why they work so well together and why they make so much money in split placements.

Click here to read the “Hot Sheet” feature about Mary Anne Buckley and Stephanie McGinty.

We recently expanded the information that we typically include with the announcement of the Largest Split Fee of the Quarter Award. That information is below:

  • The top five (5) recruiters and/or trading partners
  • The position associated with the split placement
  • The fee percentage associated with the split placement
  • The dollar amount of commission that the recruiters earned as a result of their split placement

We want to congratulate Mary Anne and Stephanie, as well as everybody else who earned huge split fees in Top Echelon Network during the fourth quarter of 2015!

Top Echelon determines the monthly and quarterly winners of its Network recruiting awards in four distinct categories, which are listed below:

1.) Recruiter of the Month
2.) Largest Split Fee of the Month
3.) Recruiter of the Quarter
4.) Largest Split Fee of the Quarter

The winners of these awards are only announced in The Pinnacle Newsletter Blog, usually (but not always) in the issue following the conclusion of each month and/or quarter.
