Top-Producing RecruitersDuring the past few weeks, we’ve been publishing the names of our 2011 Network Award Winners, specifically the Top Ten Producing Recruiters and the Regional Award Winners.  These Preferred Members will receive an award for their accomplishments, and if they attend the upcoming National Convention in Nashville, Tenn., they’ll receive their award in person and in front of their peers.

In the meantime, though, we’re going to wrap up our series of blog posts regarding the 2011 Network Award Winners by presenting the names of those recruiters who won Special Awards.  (You’ll notice that the name of the Network’s Top-Producing Recruiter for 2011 is mentioned frequently.)

Without further adieu, below are our Special Award Winners for 2011.

Gail WilliamsHighest Split Placement Fee of the Year
Denise Milano Sprung of Joseph Associates and Gail Williams of Williams Recruiting, Inc.

This placement was for a Head of Cancer Biology.  Milano Sprung was the job order recruiter, and Williams was the candidate recruiter.  The action causing this split placement was listed as “Regular phone communication with a Top Echelon Network Preferred Member recruiter in my specialty area.”  Login to the Members’ Area to view the total fee associated with this placement.

Trey CameronExporter of the Year
Trey Cameron of the Cameron Craig Group

Trey Cameron100 Career Placements
Trey Cameron of the Cameron Craig Group

Cameron didn’t just eclipse the 100-placement mark, he shot past it in 2011.  In fact, he made a total of 26 Network placements during the calendar year.  Right now, his total stands at 116.  If he keeps making 26 placements per year, he’ll reach the 200-placement plateau fairly quickly.  Not only that, but he’s also closing in on $1 million cash-in for his Network career.  More awards await him.

— — —

Gene McQueenHighest Producing Agency
Cameron Craig Group

It’s probably not surprising that the Cameron Craig Group won this award, since this is Trey Cameron’s firm.  However, he wasn’t the only recruiter in the firm who generated revenue through the Network last year.  In addition to Cameron’s 26 placements, Gene McQueen made five placements.  The cash-in total from those 31 placements makes the Cameron Craig Group the Network’s Highest Producing Agency for 2011.

We’d like to congratulate ALL of our Special Award Winners, and we wish them continued success in Top Echelon Network in 2012!

Top-Producing Recruiters

We have a multiple winner in our “Recruiter of the Month” award!  Not that we haven’t had a multiple winner before.  We have, but that was back when The Pinnacle was in delivered via email in a PDF format.  The winner for the month of August: Trey Cameron of the Cameron Craig GroupCameron was also the “Recruiter of the Month” back in December of 2010, and the way he’s been churning out split placements lately, he might win the award again in the near future.  As it is, he’s currently the number-one recruiter in the Network in terms of cash-in.

As always, we recognize recruiters for achievement in two categories every month and quarter.  Those categories are “Recruiter of the Month” (as we’ve already mentioned) and “Highest Split Placement Fee of the Month.”  Below are the winners of these awards for August.  We’d like to congratulate the recruiters who earned them and thank them for their efforts.  Remember, for more information about the placements and cash-in totals associated with these awards, please login to the Members’ Area and view the profiles and placement details of the recruiters involved.

Cameron ran away from the field with five split placements, finishing ahead of two recruiters who had three placements each. Those recruiters were Russell Schutt, CSP of Progressive Executive, Inc., and Bob Small of Carroll Technology Services, Inc.  Schutt edged Small for second place by the smallest of margins—$140.  How close is that?  The closest two recruiters have been since the inception of these awards a few years ago.

Ross Causley, CTSSteve BrodyHighest Split Placement Fee of the Month
Steve Brody of Executive Resource Systems and Ross Causley, CTS of QCI Technical Staffing

This hefty fee was earned by placing an Audit Partner.  The action causing this placement was listed as “Regular phone communication with a Top Echelon Network Member in my specialty area.”

Our criteria for these awards:

Top Echelon Network is a split placement network.  As such, we place an emphasis on split placements, and that emphasis constitutes the basis of our criteria for these awards.  We determine the monthly and quarterly award winners based upon two factors, which are listed below in order of importance:

1.) The number of split placements made
2.) The amount of cash-in dollars earned as a result of those split placements

In other words, the number of split placements that recruiters make is our first consideration.  In the event of a tie, the cash-in total earned from those split placements is the deciding factor and serves to break the tie.  Obviously, the recruiter with more cash-in dollars in the event of a tie is the recruiter who wins the award.

Top-Producing RecruitersEverybody likes to be recognized for their accomplishments and achievements—and Top Echelon Network Preferred Member recruiters are no different.  This is why we like to recognize them, in as many ways as we can.  One way is here in The Pinnacle Newsletter Blog.  How do we recognize them?  For both monthly and quarterly performance in two categories—Recruiter of the Month and Highest Split Placement Fee of the Month.

Below are the winners of these awards for March of 2011, as well as the first quarter of the year.  We’d like to congratulate those recruiters who earned them and thank them for their efforts.  For more information about the placements and cash-in totals associated with these awards, please login to the Members’ Area and view the profiles and placement details of the recruiters involved.

Matt’s Keys to Success in Top Echelon Network:

Every month—and every quarter—we like to highlight the Top Producers in Top Echelon Network in The Pinnacle blog.  We now have two main categories of awards that we announce on a monthly and quarterly basis—Recruiter of the Month and Highest Split Fee of the Month.

Below are the winners of these awards for the month of November.  We’d like to congratulate those Preferred Members who earned them and thank them for their efforts.

— — —

Recruiter of the Month
Rich Connors of Vista Technology

Rich made two placements during the month of November, while a group of Preferred Members made one placement apiece.  The two recruiters at the top of the one-placement heap (due to their cash-in total for that placement) were Eric Berg of JN Adams & Associates, Inc. and Scott Riffle, CPC of SJR & Associates.

— — —

Scott Riffle, CPCEric BergHighest Split Fee of the Month–Scott Riffle, CPC of SJR & Associates and Eric Berg of JN Adams & Associates, Inc.

It makes sense that if Riffle and Berg had the highest cash-in totals for one placement during the month of November that they would be the recipients of this award, too.  This placement was for a General Manager of Operations, and Scott and Eric earned a 25% fee as a result of the placement.
