Matt DeutschAs you’re probably already aware, this year marks the 25th anniversary of Top Echelon Network.

During those 25 years, there have been a TON of great stories that have happened because of this Network and the people who have been a part of it.

Some of these stories have been collected and published in The Pinnacle Newsletter Blog (and before that, The Pinnacle hardcopy newsletter).  However, the majority of have NOT, and that’s something that needs to be rectified.

That’s why we want your Top Echelon Network stories!

Why?  We want to share these stories with other Network Members.  We want to showcase them on our (soon-to-be-new) website.  We want to share them with other recruiters to emphasize that there are great people and great recruiters in this Network.

Now, keep in mind that these can be any type of stories, just so long as they pertain to your Network Membership.  Some examples are as follows:

  • A split placement you made under extraordinary circumstances
  • The beginning of a Trading Partner relationship
  • A memory from a Top Echelon networking event (National Convention, Fall Conference, etc.)

These are just some examples.  By no means does the story have to fall within these categories.  Our goal is to collect these stories and create a “scrapbook” of sorts, a collection of memories that emphasize the camaraderie and friendships that have transpired during the past 25 years.

How do you tell your story?  One of two ways:

  1. Email your story to Marketing@TopEchelon.com.
  2. Send an email to MDeutsch@TopEchelon.com indicating your desire to be interviewed for a story, and I’ll be glad to give you a call!

Recruiting is a “people business,” and there are many recruiters whose lives have been enriched by the relationships they’ve formed with other people in Top Echelon Network.

We want to hear—and tell—the story of those relationships!>

Another Network recruiter visited the new Top Echelon headquarters in Canton, Ohio recently, and it was none other than Charter Member Steve Brody of Executive Resource Systems!

Brody is among the recruiters who joined the Network during its first year of existence in 1988.  Since joining, he’s made a total of 99 placements in Top Echelon Network.  (No pressure, Steve . . . but 100 is a pretty big milestone.)

Anyway, we want to thank Brody for visiting us, especially since his firm is located in California!  Oh, and for being a Preferred Member recruiter for the past 25 years.  That, too.

A WHIRLWIND TOUR: Steve Brody is pictured with Top Echelon President Mark Demaree (left) and Membership Development Coordinator Drea Codispoti.  If the clouds in the distance look ominous, it’s because they are . . . a tornado warning was in effect for Canton when this photo was taken.

IN FOR THE LONG ‘HAUL’: Steve Brody shakes hands with Top Echelon Network founder Mike Kappel, the person responsible for “recruiting” Brody into the Network.  Behind them on the wall is the original U-Haul blanked that Kappel used to shield his office area while making cold calls in the basement of a factory building in 1988 . . . the first Top Echelon headquarters!

If you’re a Network recruiter and you find yourself in the Canton area, we’d love for you to visit!  Just give us a call at 330.455.1433, and we’ll set it up . . . including the photo op!

As always, don’t forget to visit our Facebook Fan Page.  (Oh, and “like” us, too.  We’d certainly appreciate it.)

You may have heard that we at Top Echelon have moved into a new building.  And since we’ve moved into a new building, we’d love for you to visit us!

In fact, two Network recruiters have already paid a visit to our “new digs” in Canton, Ohio.  Those recruiters are David M. Sgro, CPC of True North Consultants, Inc. and Bob Gabor of The Gabor Group.

Of course, they were also good enough to pose for a photo op while they were in town, and the photos from those ops are located below:

ONE TO SGRO ON: Dave Sgro is pictured with Top Echelon employees J.D. Fye (left) and Lori Elliott.  True North Consultants is located in North Ridgeville, Ohio, just north of Canton.

Network recruiter Bob Gabor of The Gabor Group

WHAT ABOUT BOB?: Bob Gabor is pictured with Top Echelon employees Drea Codispoti (left) and Mark Demaree (right). As an Ohio State University alumnus, you can see Bob is doing his best to “represent.” OH . . . IO!

If you’re a Network recruiter and you find yourself in the Canton area, we’d love for you to pay us a visit, too!  Just give us a call at 330.455.1433 and we’ll set it up . . . including the photo op!

Oh, and don’t forget to visit our Facebook Fan Page.

We’re back with more split network recruiting goodness!  How much?  A “2-pack” of split network recruiting goodness!

But that’s just the tip of the iceberg . . . below is the rest of the iceberg:

  • Our first set of recruiters recently made their second split placement together after making their first split just a couple of months ago.
  • One of those two recruiters joined Top Echelon Network only seven months ago, and she’s already made three split placements.
  • The split fees associated with both of the placements these recruiters have made together are quite substantial.  (Check out their profiles in the Top Echelon recruiting network Members’ Area to see just how substantial.)
  • The second set of recruiters made their sixth split placement together, proving that split recruiter relationships continue to reap benefits year after year . . . after year.

So this is no ordinary “2-pack” . . . it’s a “2-pack” bursting with multiple placements, hefty split fees, and every indication that these recruiters will close more deals together in the future.
