RECRUITER OF THE WEEK:

Ann Boland of The Boland Group

Ann Boland

Ann Boland of The Boland Group

Agency Join Date: November 14, 2001

Started Recruiting: 1999

Accomplishments:

Ann Boland is proof of the value that Top Echelon Network Membership provides and how you NEVER know when that value will pay off.

In 2005, Boland made 13 placements in Top Echelon Network.  She then made three in 2006, two apiece in both 2007 and 2008, three in 2009, and one in 2010.

Unfortunately, Boland did not make a placement in the Network in 2011.  Then, after making one in October of 2012, she again went placement-less in Top Echelon last year.

However, Boland did NOT stop trying to make placements in the Network . . . and she has been rewarded for her persistence and patience.  How has she been rewarded?

With three placements in the month of June!

And not just any placements, either.  We’re talking about placements with substantial fees.  (One of them is over—cough, cough—$50,000.)

So despite not making a placement in the Network in two of the past three years, with one fell swoop Boland paid for her Network Membership for the next 16 years.

So . . . for her commitment, her patience, her perseverance, and her unwavering belief in the value that split placements and Top Echelon Network provides (not to mention one of the best and most detailed Recruiter Profiles in the Network), Ann Boland is the Recruiter of the Week.

Congratulations to Ann Boland from everybody at Top Echelon!

If you’d like to nominate somebody as the Recruiter of the Week, please send their name and agency name to marketing@topechelon.com.

In our Recruiter of the Week feature, we highlight one Network recruiter for their contributions as a Preferred Member of Top Echelon Network.

And when we say “contributions,” we mean what they’ve done to grow not only their own recruiting business in the Network, but also grow the business of other Network recruiters.  This encompasses a wide range of recruiters who have varying business models and methods for maximizing their Network Membership.

Without further adieu, we’re pleased to announce this week’s Recruiter of the Week!

Ken Nunley

Recruiter of the Week:

Ken Nunley of 7 Solutions USA in Kingston Springs, Tennessee

Agency Join Date: March 13, 2002

Started Recruiting: 1994

Accomplishments:

Nunley is a case study in perseverance, making just one Network placement in both 2010 and 2011.  However, he made five Network splits last year, and he topped that total by making seven Network splits so far in 2013.

For his efforts, Nunley is now the number-seven recruiter in Top Echelon Network, a ranking which reflects the last 12 months of production.

What’s more, Nunley has made those seven splits with six different Trading Partners, illustrating his versatility and the degree to which he’s invested in forming relationships with other Preferred Members.  Something else which illustrates his investment in relationships is his frequent attendance at the Top Echelon Network National Convention and Fall Conference.

Ken Nunley is proof that if you a desire to make split placements, you WILL make split placements . . . and you’ll make more money in the process.

7 Solutions USA works in HR, Supply Chain, Accounting, CFO, Controller, Sales/Marketing
SIx Sigma, Quality, and Lean.

Congratulations to Ken from everybody at Top Echelon!

If you’d like to nominate somebody as the Recruiter of the Week, please send their name and agency name to marketing@topechelon.com.  You can even nominate yourself, if you’d like.  (It’s happened before.)

Last week, we announced our inaugural Recruiter of the Week award, which went to Lloyd Shoemaker of TriVista Professional Placement Services in Troy, Ohio.

Even though this week is a short work week due to the Thanksgiving Day holiday, we’d like to recognize another recruiter for their hard work and commitment.

In this feature, we highlight one Network recruiter for their contributions as a Preferred Member of Top Echelon Network.  And when we say “contributions,” we mean what they’ve done to grow not only their own recruiting business in the Network, but also grow the business of other Network recruiters.

Without further adieu, we’re pleased to announce this week’s Recruiter of the Week!

Mark UdulutchRecruiter of the Week:

Mark Udulutch of Markent Personnel in Portage, Wisconsin

Agency Join Date:

January 20, 1989

Accomplishments:

Mark works with his father, Tom, at Markent Personnel.  Tom joined Top Echelon Network in 1989, just missing out on being a Charter Member of the Network.  Mark became a recruiter five years later, which means that next year will be his 20th in the business.

Mark has nearly caught his father in terms of Network placements (88 to 81) by displaying unerring consistency during the past decade.  In fact, Mark has made at least one Network placement every year for the past 10 years.

Mark has made six split placements in Top Echelon so far in 2013, and one of the reasons for his success is his desire to network with other Preferred Member.  He attends at least one Top Echelon Network conference or convention every year.  Mark invests in his Network Membership, and that investment definitely pays off.

Markent Personnel works in the Manufacturing industry, specializing in Plastics, Consumer Products, Electronics, Food Processing and Industrial Equipment, and Pharmaceuticals.

Congratulations to Mark from everybody at Top Echelon!

If you’d like to nominate somebody as the Recruiter of the Week, please send their name and agency name to marketing@topechelon.com.  You can even nominate yourself, if you’d like.  (It’s happened before.)

Okay, not everybody can be Recruiter of the Month . . . or Recruiter of the Quarter . . . OR have one of the largest split placement fees in Top Echelon Network over the course of a calendar year.

However, that doesn’t mean there are plenty of hard-working, split-minded recruiters in Top Echelon who are committed to making placements with their Trading Partners and leveraging the resources of the Network to generate more revenue for their firms.

And we want to recognize them, too!

That’s why we’re unveiling the Recruiter of the Week feature.  In this feature, we’ll highlight one Network recruiter for their contributions as a Preferred Member of Top Echelon Network.  And when we say “contributions,” we mean what they’ve done to grow not only their own recruiting business in the Network, but also grow the business of other Network recruiters.

With that in mind, we’re pleased to identify the first-ever Recruiter of the Week!

Network Recruiter Lloyd ShoemakerRecruiter of the Week:

Lloyd E. Shoemaker TriVista Professional Placement Services in Troy, Ohio

Joined the Network:

July 21, 1994

Accomplishments:

With the two placements he has in The Pinnacle this week, as well as the six he’s made so far in 2013, Lloyd has now made a total of 37 Network placements since joining Top Echelon.  He’s been a model of consistency as a Preferred Member recruiter, making at least one placement in the Network every year since 2003.  In addition, Lloyd is a staunch believer in the value that Top Echelon Network conferences and conventions offers.  That’s why he makes it a priority to attend as many of them as he possibly can . . . which is just one of the reasons why he’s been successful as a Preferred Member of the Network.

Congratulations to Lloyd from everybody at Top Echelon!

If you’d like to nominate somebody as the Recruiter of the Week, please send their name and firm name to marketing@topechelon.com.  You can even recommend yourself, if you’d like.  (Don’t worry, we won’t tell anybody.)
