An “All in the Family” Recruiting Firm with the Kohns!

Affinity Executive Search has been a highly successful recruiting firm in Top Echelon since joining the Network on July 28, 1994. (Happy 21st anniversary, Affinity Executive Search!)

The recruiting firm has accounted for a total of 165 Network placements during the past 21 years, with Steve Kohn making 141 of those placements. Steve is also a member of Top Echelon’s exclusive $1 Million Cash-In Club, a plateau he reached recently.

However, Affinity Executive Search is about more than just Steve Kohn. Three of his daughers have also been active in Top Echelon Network—Rebecca, Hannah, and Sara. In fact, as you can see below, Hannah just made a contract split with Hani Mussa.

There have been father-daughter and mother-son arrangments in Top Echelon Network before, but rare is the “all in the family” recruiting firm that has a father-daughter-daughter-daughter arrangement.
