All throughout 2014, new Network recruiters have been enjoying success in Top Echelon, and they’ve been doing so rather quickly.  This is good news, since we want new recruiters to enjoy success as quickly as they can and make split placements with other Preferred Members.

However, there’s one Network agency in particular where new recruiters had success this past year about as quickly as recruiters can in the Network.  That agency is Global Talent Resources Corp in North Canton, Ohio.

Global Talent Resources actually just celebrated its 11th anniversary in the Network, having joined on November 10, 2011.  Three of the recruiters at the agency made their first Network split placement soon after joining, and they all did so within the past three months.

Those recruiters are Kimberly Beers, Amy Hair, and Holly Weber.  In fact, Beers and Hair had verbal offers of acceptance on the same day, July 29.

Glenn Richards is the president of Global Talent Resources, which started operations in September of 2009.  With a full month left to go in the year, GTR has already set a fifth consecutive record year for sales/growth.  According to Richards, vice president Rob Dixon has been instrumental in the growth of the agency.

“A great deal of the firm’s success can be attributed to Rob Dixon’s mentorship, training, and development of the team,” said Richards.

Richards also had plenty to say about the recruiters in his office who have enjoyed success so quickly in Top Echelon Network:

Kimberly Beers of Global Talent Resources Corp.

“Kim started with Global Talent Resources on May 1, 2013 as a Research Recruiter.  She’s involved in research, sourcing, recruiting, and administrative support.

“Kim is our primary TE Trading Partner contact.  She enters candidates in Big Biller, looks for jobs actively that fit our markets, and is charged with creating new opportunities for our candidate inventory from retained and contingency searches.”

Amy Hair of Global Talent Resources Corp.

“Amy joined Global Talent Resources on May 22, 2013 and is a Corporate Recruiters.  She’s primarily recruiting on retained and contingency searches brought in by others.

“Amy has a heavy focus on research, sourcing, and direct Recruiting.  She began marketing this year and has successfully sold and completed her first retained search with a new client she developed.”

Holly Weber of Global Talent Resources Corp.

“Holly joined Global Talent Resources on April 1, 2014 as a Senior Account Manager.

She began recruiting on office retained and contingency searches and quickly got into marketing.  Holly has successfully been able to bring several new clients into the firm.”

Congratulations to everybody at GTR for their success in 2014, both inside and outside of the Network, and here’s to an even better 2015!

What’s even better than turkey and pumpkin pie on Thanksgiving?

Split placements, that’s what!

Oh, sure . . . some stuffing, mashed potatoes and gravy, and green beans would be good, too.  But split placements? THAT is the icing on the proverbial holiday cake.  (Cake? How about some chocolate cake?)

Well, plenty of Top Echelon Network recruiters received a nice split placement check in the mail recently, just in time to celebrate the holiday in style.  Those recruiters are listed below, along with all the juicy details of the placements they made.

But even if you didn’t make a Network split this month, here’s hoping that 2014 has been a good year for you and your firm.  There’s an excellent chance that 2015 will be just as good (or even) better for the recruiting industry, which means more placements . . . and turkey . . . and pumpkin pie.

Okay, who’s hungry?

Below are the split jobs that were filled recently by Network recruiters:

  • Performance Excellence Manager
  • Cardiology Clinical Sales Specialist
  • Customer Care/Inside Sales Support (Manufacturing)
  • Senior Web Developer/Programmer
  • Senior Accountant
  • Human Resources Manager
  • EH&S Manager

THE RECRUITING AWARDS:

At Top Echelon Network, we recognize recruiters for both monthly and quarterly performance in four categories—Recruiter of the Month, Recruiter of the Quarter, Largest Split Fee of the Month, and Largest Split Fee of the Quarter.

Once again, Trey Cameron of the Cameron Craig Group is being recognized for his ability to make a large volume of split placements.  As it stands, he will win the Recruiter of the Year Award for the fourth straight year in 2014.  He will also set a new Network record for the most split placements made during a calendar year.

On his way to achieving those goals, Trey has claimed the Recruiter of the Quarter Award yet again.  (However, I’d be willing to bet that the recruiters he split with during the third quarter don’t mind that much.)

For more information about the recruiting awards listed below, login to the Members’ Area and view the profiles and placement details of the Network recruiters who won them.

RECRUITER OF THE QUARTER:

Trey Cameron of the Cameron Craig Group

Trey Cameron of the Cameron Craig Group

Yes, Trey Cameron made 18 split placements in Top Echelon Network during the third quarter of 2014, and yes, that’s after he made 19 split placements in the Network during the second quarter.  And yes, he also made 16 split placements during October alone, making him all but a shoo-in to win the award for the fourth quarter.

Sean Napoles, CPC of Career Brokers, Inc. was second with eight split placements, and two recruiters followed him with seven splits apiece.  Those recruiters were Steve Copeland of fulltimeGiGS/Albert Energy, LLC and Gary Silver of The Shay Group.

LARGEST SPLIT FEE OF THE QUARTER:

OUR CRITERIA FOR THESE RECRUITING AWARDS:

Top Echelon Network determines the monthly and quarterly award winners based upon two criteria, which are listed below in order of importance:

1.) The number of split placements made
2.) The amount of “cash-in” dollars earned as a result of those split placements

This explains why, when multiple recruiters are tied with the same number of split placements during a given month or quarter, the recruiter with the largest “cash-in” total for their placements is deemed the winner.

For the past two years, we’ve compiled a rather impressive library of training videos for Top Echelon Network Preferred Member recruiters.

These videos, which are recorded versions of live training webinars, are designed to help Network recruiters enjoy more success.  In other words, they’re designed to help Network recruiters make more split placements.

These videos are located in the Top Echelon Help Center, but I’ll be highlighting one per week in The Pinnacle Newsletter Blog for the next several weeks.  Most of these videos are “evergreen,” meaning that they’re filled with information that is timeless in terms of what it takes to be successful in Top Echelon Network.

Below is the Network training video that I’m highlighting this week.

Webinar Video: “What Exactly IS Active Participation”

Live Webinar Date: August 20, 2013

Description: Active Participation is one of the Four Pillars of Top Echelon Network . . . but what the heck IS it?  What does it mean?  How does one “actively participate” in the Network, at least to the level that will reap benefits and result in placements?

Video Length: 15 minutes, 9 seconds
