Recruiting firms join Top Echelon Network all the time. In fact, six firms officially joined the Network during the first 10 days of the month. These new TE members work within a number of different industries and niches, but there’s one thing that all of them have in common:

They want to make split placements with recruiters who are already in the Network.

In other words, they want to make split placements with YOU! Of course, not all of the firms work the same industries and/or niches that you do, but you won’t know that until you see for yourself. That’s why we’re listing those six firms in this issue of The Pinnacle.

Okay, there’s a good chance that nobody is going to beat the $95,000 placement fee by Top Echelon Network members Ron Sunshine of Ron Sunshine Associates, LLC and Norma Wallis of LME Resources, LLC. They played a Vice President of Sales during the month of May.

That split will probably end up being the Largest Split Placement of the Year in Top Echelon Network.

But we still have the Largest Split Fee of the Quarter . . . and that fee is nothing to sneeze at. Yes, it was less than half of the one made by Ron and Norma, but it was still $45,000.

The rest of the list is rather impressive, as well:

  • $42,000
  • $36,000
  • $35,530
  • $33,750

The fact of the matter that Network recruiters split large fees each and every week in Top Echelon Network. It’s not a once a quarter thing or a few times a year thing. So congratulations to everybody else who landed large fees as a result of split placements they made in Top Echelon Network during the third quarter!

The action that stimulated this split placement was listed as, “Regular communication with a Top Echelon Network member.”

Top Echelon determines the monthly and quarterly winners of its Network recruiting awards in four distinct categories, which are listed below:

1.) Recruiter of the Month
2.) Largest Split Fee of the Month
3.) Recruiter of the Quarter
4.) Largest Split Fee of the Quarter

The winners of these awards are only announced in The Pinnacle Newsletter Blog, usually (but not always) in the issue following the conclusion of each month and/or quarter.

Yes, it’s true: Steve Kohn of Affinity Executive Search knocked off Trey Cameron of the Cameron Craig Group when it came to Recruiter of the Month.

But Recruiter of the Quarter? Not so much. Trey scored 35 placements during the recently completed third quarter of the year, beating out Kohn by 13 placements.

In addition, one of our new faces from last quarter’s leader board, Melissa Truax of Premier Health Careers, Inc./Premier Paths, cracked the top five again during the quarter. She was third with six placements, illustrating how far Trey and Steve are in front of the pack.

Below is the information that we typically include with the announcement of the Recruiter of the Quarter Award:

  • The top five (5) recruiters in the Network for the quarter
  • The number of split placements those recruiters made during the quarter
  • The dollar amount of commission that the recruiters earned as a result of those split placements

Below are the Network winners for the Recruiter of the Quarter award in Top Echelon Network for the third quarter of 2016. Congratulations to these top recruiters for their accomplishments in our split placement network!

Top Echelon Network determines the monthly and quarterly winners of its recruiting awards based upon two criteria, which are listed below in order of importance:

1.) The number of split placements made
2.) The amount of “cash-in” dollars earned as a result of those split placements

This explains why, when multiple recruiters are tied with the same number of split placements during a given month or quarter, the recruiter with the largest “cash-in” total for their placements is deemed the winner.meron have made together in Top Echelon.)
