Who says a newer member can’t make a big placement fee in Top Echelon’s recruiting network? And who says you can’t make placements, including big placements, with the TE Alerts?

We didn’t say either of those things. In fact, we have proof that neither of those things is true.

That’s because a newer Network member recently made a $40K split by using the TE Alerts!

TE Alerts: they work

The member in question was Greg Fisher, CPC of Odell Medical Search. Fisher joined the Network in February of 2018, just a little over a year ago. Since that time, he’s made four Top Echelon split placements.

One of those splits was with trading partner Brian McMahon of Brian McMahon & Associates. As you can see below, it was the Largest Split Fee of the Month in the Network for March.

However, it seems like Greg and Brian are just getting warmed up. They also have a verbal in the works to the tune of over $43K. That’s a combined total of nearly $85K in split placement fees. Not bad for somebody who’s been a Network member for 14 months.

So congratulations to Greg and Brian for making their first placement together . . . and pre-congratulations for their second!

If you have questions about your Top Echelon Network split recruiting membership, including the TE Alerts, contact Director of Network Operations Drea Codispoti, CPC/CERS. You can do so by calling 330.455.1433, x156 or by sending an email to

Top Echelon determines the monthly and quarterly winners of its Network split fee recruiting awards in four distinct categories:

1.) Recruiter of the Month
2.) Largest Split Fee of the Month
3.) Recruiter of the Quarter
4.) Largest Split Fee of the Quarter

We only announce the winners of these awards in The Pinnacle Newsletter Blog. We do so usually (but not always) in the issue following the conclusion of each month and/or quarter.

Sure, Trey Cameron of the Cameron Craig Group is Recruiter of the Month in our split network. However, we want to give kudos to another recruiter. This recruiter:

  • Is a 40-year veteran of the profession, having started in 1979.
  • And his agency are celebrating their 20th anniversary in Top Echelon Network on April 7.
  • Has made 73 placements in the Network, which have earned him $583K cash-in.

This recruiter is . . . none other than Nick Stoia, CPC of ASAP Search & Recruiters!

Kudos: more than just a candy bar

Nick Stoia, CPC of ASAP Search & Recruiters

Nick Stoia, CPC

As you can see below, Nick was also one of the top five recruiters in the Network for the month of March. He made four split placements during the month, and his cash-in total for those four splits was nearly $24,000.

Considering the fact that his agency paid $130 in membership dues for the month, that represents a rather significant return on investment (ROI).

Nick has proven himself in every way possible as a recruiter during his 40-year career. He’s also proven himself in every way possible as a Top Echelon Network member during the past two decades.

So while Nick may not officially be the Recruiter of the Month, he certainly deserves all the kudos that we can shower upon him. Congratulations, Nick, and congratulations to everybody on the list below!

Top Echelon determines the monthly and quarterly winners of its split recruiting awards based upon two criteria, which are listed below in order of importance:

1.) The number of split placements made
2.) The amount of “cash-in” dollars earned as a result of those split placements

This explains why, when multiple recruiters are tied with the same number of TE placements during a given month or quarter, the recruiter with the largest “cash-in” total is ultimately deemed the winner.

As we celebrate agency anniversaries in Top Echelon Network for the month of March, one thing becomes apparent. KB Search Team, LLC is a powerhouse recruiting agency in our split network!

Don’t worry, we have plenty of data to back up that claim. Let’s start with the fact that KB Search Team is celebrating its 29th anniversary in Top Echelon Network this month. The agency joined on April 18, 1990, roughly two years after the Network was founded as Nationwide Interchange Service.

A powerhouse with placements

Then there’s all this:

  • The members of KB Search Team have made 261 placements since 1990.
  • The cash-in total those placements have generated is nearly $2 million. KB Search Team’s current cash-in total stands at $1.9 million.
  • KB Search Team boasts two members who have made 100 Network placements apiece. Pat McCombs, CPC has made 103 placements, while Brenda Wylie-Biggs, CPC has made 103 placements.
  • The members of KB Search Team are frequent attendees of Top Echelon’s recruiter networking events like the National Convention and the Fall Conference.

But while KB Search Team might be a powerhouse Network agency, we also have four other agencies that are celebrating TE anniversaries of at least 20 years. We certainly want to congratulate them and thank them for their loyalty and commitment as Top Echelon Network members.

(Editor’s note: Top Echelon recognizes agencies celebrating five, 10, 15, and 20-year Network anniversaries, plus any agency celebrating an anniversary in excess of 20 years.)

March was a good month for new member agencies in Top Echelon’s recruiting network! As you can see below (and from the title of this blog post), 14 new member agencies joined the Network during March.

That’s nearly one new Network member every two days, a pretty good clip, if I do say so myself. However, what’s more important is that these new member agencies made it through our rigorous four-stage screening process for Top Echelon Network membership.

Welcome our new member agencies!

Our 14 new member agencies are listed below. This list includes the name of the agency, the date that it joined, the geographic location of the agency, the agency’s specialties, and the members of the agency. These agencies work in a variety of industries and niches. Specifically, they specialize in the following areas, among others:

  • Manufacturing
  • Healthcare and Biomedical
  • Legal
  • Sales
  • Construction
  • Engineering

Please welcome these new member agencies and the recruiters who are part of these agencies to Top Echelon Network. You can give them a call or send them an email . . . or both! If they work in your area of specialization, you could end up making split placements with them.

If you have any questions about reaching out to new members or about your split network membership in general, please contact me. My contact information is at the end of this blog post.
