It’s a New Year, but before we can turn our attention fully to 2023, let’s glance back at 2022. Specifically, let’s glance back at the fourth quarter of 2022 and the largest split fees that Top Echelon Network members made during the quarter.

However, instead of 10 placement fees listed below, there are 14. That’s an indication of the type of competition for high recruiting fees that existed in the Network during the last three months of the year.

When all was said and done, Steve Eller of Crabtree & Eller, LLC and Larry Gallin of Gallin Associates were responsible for the Largest Split Placement of the fourth quarter. Steve and Larry placed a Managing Director of Sales to generate a fee of $50,000 at 20%.

As a reminder, Top Echelon determines the monthly and quarterly winners of its Network split fee recruiting awards in four distinct categories:

1.) Recruiter of the Month
2.) Largest Split Fee of the Month
3.) Recruiter of the Quarter
4.) Largest Split Fee of the Quarter

We only announce the winners of these awards in The Pinnacle Newsletter Blog. We do so usually (but not always) in the issue following the conclusion of each month and/or quarter.

Congratulations to everybody who made the largest split fees in Top Echelon Network during the fourth quarter of 2022!

Michael Stuck of Gables Search Group finished 2022 on a strong note, ensuring that he will repeat as Recruiter of the Year in Top Echelon Network.

That’s because Michael is also Recruiter of the Quarter for the fourth quarter of 2022, edging Trey Cameron of Cameron Craig Group for the honor.

Nearly all of the recruiters listed below billed at least $50K through the Network during the quarter. And keep in mind, that’s in addition to the non-split business on their desks. Who wouldn’t want to bill an extra $200K per year, each and every year? (Don’t answer that. It’s a rhetorical question to which you already know the answer.)

Below is the information that we include with the Recruiter of the Quarter feature in Top Echelon Network:

  1. The top 10 recruiters for the quarter
  2. The “cash-in” total for each recruiter during the quarter. (We base the order of the recruiters on their amount of “cash-in” dollars, as opposed to the number of split placements they made during the quarter.)
  3. The number of splits that the recruiters made during the quarter
  4. The number of splits each recruiter has made during their Network career
  5. Each recruiter’s cash-in total for their Network career

Congratulations to the recruiters listed below . . . and congratulations to every Network member who made a split placement (or multiple splits) during the quarter!

I’m pleased to announce the Virtual Core Group (VCG) meeting schedule for the month of January!

For those of you who don’t know, Top Echelon Network recruiters share the following information during Virtual Core Group teleconference call meetings:

  • Hot job orders and candidates
  • Information about the activity they’re seeing in the marketplace and/or in their niche
  • Ideas for increased production on their desks and within their agencies

These are the activities that lead most directly to making more split placements in Top Echelon Network.

So that is why I’m inviting—or in other words, strongly encouraging—you to attend one of this month’s Virtual Core Group meetings. Below is the complete VCG schedule for January, including the industries involved and the time that each meeting will be held. (Note: all times are Eastern.)

Below is the agenda for each Virtual Core Group meeting:

  1. Welcome
  2. Roll call of the members
  3. I will share the newest software updates for both Top Echelon Network and the Top Echelon recruiting software.
  4. Members will share their hot jobs with corresponding group discussion.
  5. I will direct a software and Network protocol Q&A session to close the call.

It is my goal that this agenda will help you take away more from the meeting than just hot jobs and/or candidates. Hopefully, it will help make you more knowledgeable in terms of the Top Echelon community.

If you’d like to join one of the groups listed above or if you’d like to start a new group, please contact me.
