Through Top Echelon Contracting’s Frequent Contract Placement (FCP) Program, you can earn up to 3% more in contract placement income. All you have to do is make contract placements. We automatically enroll recruiters who utilize TEC’s recruitment back office services into the program. The best part? You pay nothing to participate!

The FCP Program allows recruiters to earn “cash-back points” (dollars) based on the income (commission) they have earned while making contract placements through TEC each calendar year.
Below are the five award categories:

The FCP Program runs from January 1 through December 31 each year. If you are a Top Echelon Network member (which is NOT required), you will receive your award at the Top Echelon Network National Convention, which is held each spring. If you are not a member or don’t attend the National Convention, we will mail your award to you.
