Explore ‘The Brilliance of Simplicity in Recruitment’

Top Echelon offers a free monthly webinar as part of its Expert Recruiter Coaching Series.

These webinars touch upon a variety of recruiter-related topics. These topics deal with both job candidates and clients. As always, our goal with these webinars is to help professional recruiters and executive search consultants just like YOU make more placements.

We record these webinars for those recruiters who can’t attend the live presentation, and we’re now pleased to offer the video from our most recent webinar by Bob Marshall of TBMG International.

The title of that webinar (and corresponding training video) is “The Brilliance of Simplicity in Recruitment.”

Below is the official description for this training video:

It was Confucius who said that “life is really simple, but we insist on making it complicated.”

Achieving simplicity in recruitment matters and can play a part in helping leaders and teams cut through the complexity that gets in the way of delivering on strategy, greater value, and a more fulfilling work experience. Humans need boundaries as much as they need sleep. Humans need meaning and connection. They need these things—as working people or consumers of business products or leaders of businesses themselves—as much as they need convenience, speed, or scale.

This is why Millennials are driving the change toward more purpose-driven corporations. They want two simple things: the mobility offered by technology and values they can relate to. And it is why the more we understand the work of psychologists and neuroscientists, the more clearly we understand that we simply cannot go on overloading people with systems and structures that are complex and anti-human.

In the video from our most recent Expert Recruiter Coaching Series webinar, Bob Marshall of TBMG International will discuss how people who adopt The Simplicity Principle live by six fundamentals:

  1. They have boundaries.
  2. They know how to reset and rest, as well as how to be “always on.”
  3. They treat their schedules like their bodies.
  4. They recognize and accept the human scale, the human dimension, and the neuroscientific research about human cognitive load and how it affects everyone.
  5. They apply action.
  6. They regard their organizations as superorganisms.

So don’t make life—and recruiting—more complicated than it already is. Watching this FREE training video and discover “The Brilliance of Simplicity in Recruitment”!
