Okay, there’s a split placement party happening in Top Echelon Network, and if you’re not part of it right now, then you’re missing out. There are recruiters sharing hot job orders and hot candidates, recruiters communicating with each other every day, recruiters working together to take a job order and fill that order with the candidate that the company wants.
