Top Echelon’s Software Updates for June
At Top Echelon, we’re constantly upgrading both the Big Biller recruiting software and our split placement network software. So we’re pleased to announce the following updates:
1. New Browser Extension
The new Top Echelon Browser Extension introduces improved accuracy and additional features, including the ability to:
- Update existing records
- Add People to multiple Pipelines and/or Hotlists
- Designate Person Type
- Add profile images to Big Biller
2. Profile Images
You now have the ability to upload and display profile images on People and Company records through the Attachments tab.
3. New Print List Link
A new link has been added to the top right of Big Biller tables to allow for printing of corresponding list data.
4. New Print List Permission
A new user permission has been added to allow managers the flexibility to decide whether or not a user should have access to the new list printing option.
5. Change Priority from the Jobs Dashboard
This new option has been added to the action menu on the Open Jobs view of the Jobs Dashboard to help save time when reevaluating and reassigning your priorities.
6. Change to Free Monster Organic Postings
Monster Organic posts now expire after 90 days, unless the new option to “Repost Every 90 Days” is checked in the Free Services section of the Advertise card.
7. Company Chiclets in Lists
Linked Companies have been converted to chiclets in several lists for a clearer connection and more access to corresponding Company info (via hover) without having to leave the page. This update can be viewed on:
- My Agency view of the People Search Results
- Open Jobs view of the Jobs Dashboard
- My Agency view of Job Search Results
- Job Hotlists
8. Action Menu Added to Working Jobs
Selection checkboxes and an action menu were added to the Working Jobs table of the Jobs Dashboard to allow for mass actions to be taken on Network Jobs that you’re currently working.
