CAUSING SPLIT PLACEMENTS THIS WEEK:

Once again, Hiring Hook staffing firm and recruitment website design led the way!  Over half of the split placements made by Top Echelon Network recruiters this week were through their Hiring Hook website.

This underscores a trend that has been happening for quite some time, namely that more and more recruiters are making money from their agency’s website.  Specifically, they’re using the Hiring Hook Job Board to not only post their jobs on their site and to social media, but also on the websites of other recruiting agencies that are Preferred Members of the Network!

More job seekers are looking for jobs online (especially with mobile devices) with each passing day, meaning this is a trend that’s just beginning.

Top Echelon is pleased to announce that Hiring Hook websites for recruiters is now offering an ‘Apply with LinkedIn’ button that job seekers and candidates can use to apply for a job on a Hiring Hook website with their mobile device.

More and more candidates are applying for jobs through a smartphone or tablet, and that’s why Hiring Hook has added this button to simplify the nomination process.

Apply with LinkedInWhen job seekers and candidates apply for a job through their mobile device, filling out long forms can be rather cumbersome and sometimes aggravating.  Not only that, but uploading a standard resume file is almost impossible.

That’s why, effective immediately, when a candidate or job seeker connects to your website via a mobile device and applies for one of your positions, they’ll be asked to ‘Apply with LinkedIn.’  Please note the following three points about this new functionality:

  1. If the job seeker or candidate is not logged into LinkedIn when they apply for your job, they’ll first be prompted to do so.
  2. Hiring Hook will extract as much information as possible from the job seeker or candidate’s LinkedIn profile.
  3. At the present time, this functionality is ONLY available to job seekers and candidates who apply for a job through their mobile device.  For those applying for a job through a personal or laptop computer, the nomination process will remain the same.

This is just another way that Hiring Hook is making it easier for you to attract qualified candidates for your open job orders.

Way back in the day, it used to be that only a few Network recruiters made placements with their websites.  They were the “trailblazers,” so to speak, those who recognized the value that a website could bring to their recruiting firm.

Now, everybody’s making website placements!

Okay, not everybody . . . that’s a caffeine-fueled exaggeration.  However, more Network recruiters are making them now with the help of the Hiring Hook Job Board, which allows them to post their jobs to their website (and also to other Network recruiters’ websites).

The result?  More placements and more money, with over half of the placements listed below resulting from one of the Hiring Hook websites for recruiters.

We keep banging this drum, and that’s because recruiters are making more top placements with their website, and they’re making them more frequently.  Sounds like a good reason to bang the drum to us!
