Another month in Top Echelon Network means another month of anniversaries and Network recruiting agencies that we’d like to honor for their longevity!

And there are some very successful recruiting firms and individual recruiters included in our acknowledgement of anniversaries this month.  Some of the recruiters listed below have made quite a few placements and a LOT of money through Top Echelon Network, and we are certainly glad that we’ve been able to contribute to the success of their firms.

As we’ve stated, we don’t recognize every agency that’s celebrating an anniversary.  Instead, we focus on the “big” ones—five, 10, 15, 20, and 25-year anniversaries.

This month, we have two Network recruiting agencies celebrating their 20-year anniversary and three more Network recruiting agencies that are celebrating their 10-year anniversary.

Every month in The Pinnacle Newsletter Blog, we like to recognize and congratulate those Preferred Member agencies that are celebrating anniversaries in Top Echelon Network.

Of course, we don’t recognize every agency that’s celebrating an anniversary.  Instead, we focus on the “big” ones—five, 10, 15, 20, and 25-year anniversaries.

(And of course, we also celebrate every anniversary of the Charter Members . . . because we have a soft spot for them and all.)

This month, Stephens International Recruiting, Inc. is celebrating its 15-year anniversary in Top Echelon Network!  We’d like to congratulate everybody who’s part of that Preferred Member agency and thank them for their commitment and dedication to the Network:

Stephens International Recruiting, Inc. officially joined the Network on June 30, 1999.  Consequently, the agency’s official anniversary hasn’t arrived yet, but we thought we’d go ahead and celebrate it, anyway.  We’re zany like that.

Stephens International Recruiting has enjoyed a tremendous amount of success making split placements in Top Echelon Network and also making contract placements through Top Echelon Contracting, the recruiter’s back-office solution.  Tim Hopkins has made 42 Network placements, Cindy Stephens has made 37 Network placements, and Doug Stephens has added four.

However, the business they’ve generated through Top Echelon Contracting has been tremendous.  They recognize the value of offering both direct-hire and contract staffing services to their clients, and they’ve certainly reaped the benefits.  In fact, Stephens International received an award for being a $1 Million Producer through Top Echelon Contracting at the Network’s 2013 National Convention in St. Petersburg, Florida.

Speaking of which, the recruiters of Stephens International are regular attendees of Top Echelon Network conferences and conventions, so they also recognize the value of networking.  Their willingness to invest time, energy, and resources into their Network Membership has paid dividends, and we’re more than happy to congratulate them on their success and their anniversary.

Longevity in the recruiting profession is nothing to sneeze at (or cough at, for that matter).  Recruiting is not an easy profession, and every year, firms go out of business as a direct result.

Longevity in Top Echelon Network is nothing to sneeze at, either, and that’s why we want to recognize those Preferred Member firms that are celebrating a Network anniversary during the month of June.  At the top of the list is Career Professionals, Inc. in Morristown, Pa., which is celebrating its 21st anniversary this month.

At Top Echelon Network, we like to recognize our Preferred Member recruiters for a number of different things—namely making split placements.  However, we also recognize them for longevity . . . in other words, how long they’ve been with us.  If it wasn’t for the commitment and dedication of these long-standing Members—to both split placements and also Top Echelon Network—we wouldn’t be where we are today.

In this issue of The Pinnacle Newsletter Blog, we’re recognizing Debra Stitt, CPC of Quality Source Inc. of Ohio.  Debra is celebrating her 10th anniversary in Top Echelon Network.  Congratulations, Debra!  Below is a description of Debra’s experience with the Network during these past 10 years.

“Little did I know when I found Top Echelon all those years ago what a blessing I had been handed!  At that time, there were different levels of membership; I started with the Affiliate Membership and later migrated to Preferred Membership.  I’ve seen TE go through many changes, and people have come and gone, but the value of the relationships and how those relationships have impacted my life and my business has remained constant.
