December is traditionally a time of the year in which activity slows down for professional recruiters and search consultants, including those in Top Echelon Network.

However, that does not appear to be the case this year!

That’s because Network members notched 15 split placements last week. That doesn’t approach the 20 or more placements that TE recruiters churn out during their busiest time of the year, but double digits isn’t too shabby for the final month of 2022.

As a friendly neighborhood reminder, here is the information that we publish with our weekly placements:

  • Names of the split recruiting partners involved (with their profile photos, when available)
  • Job title
  • Overall placement fee (before TE’s 6% brokerage fee, of course)
  • Fee percentage

Please note that the placements listed below reflect deals finalized in Top Echelon Network for the period from December 5 through December 11, 2022.

Remember, if you don’t want information related to your Network placements published in The Pinnacle, please send an email to marketing@topechelon.com to that effect.

Congratulations to everybody below for the split placements they made in Top Echelon Network!

If you’re a newer Network member and you’d like to enjoy more success in our recruiter network, then I encourage you to contact Top Echelon Director of Network Operations Drea Codispoti, CPC/CERS.

November is the month to be thankful, and we at Top Echelon are thankful for the large recruiting fees that Network members scored in November!

At the top of the list are Steve Eller of Crabtree & Eller, LLC and Larry Gallin of Gallin Associates. Steve and Larry placed a Managing Director of Sales to earn a $50K fee at 20%.

In addition, there was a three-way tie for third place. As you can see below, three sets of split recruiting partners made a placement in November that generated a $37,500 fee. Not only that, but all of the placements listed below resulted in fees of at least $33,300.

A lot to be thankful for, indeed.

As a reminder, Top Echelon determines the monthly and quarterly winners of its Network split fee recruiting awards in four distinct categories:

1.) Recruiter of the Month
2.) Largest Split Fee of the Month
3.) Recruiter of the Quarter
4.) Largest Split Fee of the Quarter

We only announce the winners of these awards in The Pinnacle Newsletter Blog. We do so usually (but not always) in the issue following the conclusion of each month and/or quarter.

So congratulations to everybody on the list below for scoring some BIG placement fees during the month of November!

Winning the Recruiter of the Month Award in Top Echelon Network for November was twice as nice for Michael Stuck of Gables Search Group.

That’s because Michael surpassed the $3 million mark in terms of “cash-in” within Top Echelon at the same time!

Michael, the Network’s 2021 Recruiter of the Year, made 27 split placements during the month of November totaling nearly $148K. For his career, he’s now made 455 TE placements generating slightly more than $3 million. (See totals below.)

However, Michael was not the only recruiter to make a lot of placements and a lot of money in Top Echelon Network last month. All of the TE members below earned at least $23,500 in November.

Not a bad return on the investment they made in their monthly Top Echelon membership!

Below is the information that we include with the Recruiters of the Month feature in Top Echelon Network:

  1. The top 10 recruiters for the month.
  2. The “cash-in” total for each recruiter during the month. (We base the order of the recruiters on their amount of “cash-in” dollars, as opposed to the number of split placements they made.)
  3. The number of splits that the recruiters made during the month.
  4. The number of splits each recruiter has made during their Network career.
  5. Each recruiter’s “cash-in” total for their Network career.

With this format, there are more than likely going to be ties among recruiters, especially with those members who have made split placements with each other.

Congratulations to the recruiters listed below . . . and congratulations to every Network member who made a split placement (or multiple splits) during the month of November!

At Top Echelon, we’ve been excited about Network membership the past few years, as interest in membership is as high as it’s ever been in the nearly 35-year history of the company.

That interest remained high last month, as 19 recruiting agencies joined the ranks of Top Echelon Network members. As is the case every month, these agencies work in a variety of industries and niches, and they’re all ready to make split placements and generate more revenue!

These industries include Information Technology, Sales, Marketing, Healthcare, Engineering, Banking, Manufacturing, and Finance, among others.

With that in mind, I encourage you to look over the list of new member agencies below. And of course, reach out to any one of them (or more) if you believe that you can make splits together.

We run the names of recruiting agencies applying for membership in the Network Dashboard section of the Top Echelon software. We list the names of new Network agencies, as well.

However, we also list our new members in The Pinnacle Newsletter Blog. This list typically includes the:

  • Name of the agency
  • Industries and/or specialties in which the agency operates
  • Names of the recruiters working at the agency
  • Geographic location of the agency

So I’d like to take this moment to once again congratulate the agencies listed below and welcome them to the Network. I look forward to helping them make split placements!

(Note: If you have any questions about reaching out to new members or about your split recruiting membership in general, please contact me. My contact information is listed at the end of this blog post.)

It’s a big month for agency anniversaries in Top Echelon Network, especially for the three agencies that are celebrating their 28th anniversary as a member of the Network!

As you can see below, those three agencies are Alternate Route in San Diego, California; Systems Personnel in Southwick, Massachusetts; and The David Wood Company in Vancouver, Washington.

In addition to those three, we also have three other agencies that are celebrating a Network anniversary of 20 years or more. They include Engineering and Technical Assoc., Inc. in Walbridge, Ohio; LS Doll & Associates in Orland Park, Illinois; and Personnel Services Unlimited in Shelby, North Carolina.

Overall, there are 25 agencies celebrating a Network anniversary this month. When recognizing Network agencies for their anniversaries, Top Echelon includes the name of the agency; the length of the anniversary; and the location of the agency, including the city and state.

So congratulations to all of the agencies celebrating anniversaries in our split fee recruiting network during the month of December!
