Believe it or not, 2018 is drawing quickly to a close. In fact, there’s less than two months left. In fact, Thanksgiving is next week.

Not to worry, though. Because in terms of split placements, Top Echelon Network recruiters are looking to finish this year in a BIG way.

Photo finish? Not so much . . .

As we look ahead to the future, we recognize the present, as well as the past. Top Echelon Charter Member Steve Brody of Executive Resource Systems made a split this week. It’s his third Network split of 2018. During his career, Steve has made 117 placements in Top Echelon, generating over $774K cash-in.

Steve has been a member of Top Echelon Network since it started as Nationwide Interchange Service (NIS) on March 8, 1988.

Placements have been trending up in Top Echelon Network for the past several months. In fact, placements are up 8.5% as compared to a year ago at this time. If Network recruiters do, indeed, finish the year in a BIG way, that increase could reach double digits by the time 2019 arrives.

So congratulations to everybody who made placements in Top Echelon’s recruiting network this week. Here’s to many more during the final weeks of 2018!

Teddi Remer of DTR Executive Solutions has only been a member of Top Echelon Network for a little over two years. Meanwhile, Jill Kohler Easley of Easley Resource Group, Inc. has been part of the Network since the year 2000.

However, these two recruiters came together recently to make the largest split recruiting fee of the month!

This placement underscores the fact that it doesn’t matter how long you’ve been a member of the Network. You can make a BIG split recruiting fee. (In fact, you can make multiple BIG split recruiting fees.)

This is yet more evidence that if you’re a tenured member of Top Echelon Network, then it’s worth your while to work with newer members in your niche. These newer members bring value of their own, and that value translates into split placements.

And if you are one of those newer members, don’t hesitate to reach out to more tenured members of our recruiting network. They “know the ropes” of Network membership and would be happy to work with you.

And it doesn’t matter if you’re a tenured member or a new member, if you have questions about your membership, I urge you to contact Director of Network Operations Drea Codispoti, CPC/CERS. You can do so by calling 330.455.1433, x156 or by sending an email to drea@topechelon.com.

And congratulations to Teddi and Jill for making the largest split recruiting fee of the month!

Top Echelon determines the monthly and quarterly winners of its Network split fee recruiting awards in four distinct categories:

1.) Recruiter of the Month
2.) Largest Split Fee of the Month
3.) Recruiter of the Quarter
4.) Largest Split Fee of the Quarter

We only announce the winners of these awards in The Pinnacle Newsletter Blog. We do so usually (but not always) in the issue following the conclusion of each month and/or quarter.

Top Echelon Network member Robert Alexander of Systems Technology International, Inc. has earned Recruiter of the Week honors already this year. However, his name just keeps popping up in Completed Placement Forms. That’s because, according to his split recruiting partners, he makes their lives easier.

Don’t take it from me, though. Check out the comments provided below by Robert’s trading partners.

Easier = patience + flexibility

Second, he exhibits both patience and flexibility. Both of those things are needed during the hiring process, since that process can become so convoluted and complicated.

Bob has been rising up the ranks of TE recruiters this year. He’s currently #4 on our list of Top Producers, as determined by cash-in dollars during the past 12 months rolling.

In addition, Bob has made 22 Network split placements this year, giving him 48 for his Network career. Two more splits to go to reach a milestone! At the rate Bob is making splits, he should hit that number before the end of the year.

If you want to compliment your trading partner for a job well done, be sure to do so while filling out the Completed Placement Form. If you have questions about your Top Echelon split network membership, please contact Director of Network Operations Drea Codispoti, CPC/CERS. You can do so by calling 330.455.1433, x156 or by sending an email to drea@topechelon.com.

Times are good in Top Echelon’s recruiting network. As we’ve been chronicling lately, placements are up in the Network. And once again, we have a dozen recruiting agencies that have decided to join Top Echelon Network!

A total of 11 agencies joined Top Echelon in August. Then another 11 joined the Network in September. And then we surpassed that with 12 new Network agencies in October.

A dozen new TE members!

As you can see, our new dozen agencies are listed below. That list includes the name of the agency, the date that it joined, the geographic location of the agency, the agency’s specialties, and the members of the agency. These agencies work in a variety of industries and niches. Specifically, they specialize in the following areas, among others:

  • Healthcare
  • Accounting & Finance
  • Human Resources
  • Banking
  • Engineering

Please welcome these agencies and the recruiters who are part of these agencies to Top Echelon Network. At the very least, send them an email. If they work in your area of specialization, give them a call. You never know. You could make split placements with them!

If you have any questions about reaching out to new members or about your split network membership in general, please contact me. My contact information is at the end of this blog post.

It doesn’t matter if you’re a newer Network recruiter or an established member. If you want help making split placements with other Top Echelon members, then I encourage you to contact me.

You can do so by calling 330.455.1433, x156 or by sending an email to drea@topechelon.com.

In recent weeks, we’ve discussed why recruiters fear contract staffing. We’ve also addressed contract staffing fears that are false.

Basically, there’s nothing to fear with contract staffing. The recruiters on the list below certainly know that to be the case. That’s because they represent the top contract staffing recruiters in Top Echelon Network through October 31.

That is an important distinction. That’s because there are also placements made through Top Echelon’s recruitment back office every month by non-members.

There are recruiters making thousands of dollars every single month because they offer contract staffing solutions to their clients. As you can see, some are making tens of thousands of dollars.

So the question is an easy one: if these recruiters can do it, why can’t you?

Congratulations to the top contract staffing recruiters listed below!

(Editor’s note: This report lists the Top 10 Top Echelon Network members by contract placement earnings through Top Echelon Contracting. The report is provided to Network members for informational purposes.)

Top Contract Staffing Recruiters: October 31, 2018

Recruiter and Agency2018 Earnings
Jim Brown of Galileo Search, LLC$726,406
Keith Adams of PediaStaff$719,916
Cindy Stephens, CPC/CTS of Stephens International Recruiting, Inc.$116,252

Maria Hemminger of MJ Recruiters, LLC$28,800
Donna Carroll, CPC of Systems Personnel$27,406
Katy Moses of Top Hire Recruitment$16,378

All of the top contract staffing recruiters on the list above are direct hire recruiters. You do NOT have to stop making direct hire placements to offer contract staffing services to your existing base of clients. All you have to do is two things:

#1—Ask your clients if they have contract job orders. (If they do, then there’s a good chance they’ll give them to YOU.)

#2—Use Top Echelon’s recruitment back office solutions. We’ll take care of all the financial, legal, and administrative details associated with employing the contractors.

If you have any questions about this whole process, we have answers. We invite you to contact us at 888.627.3678.
