What trend am I talking about exactly?

Well, the trend in which newer Top Echelon Network members split huge placement fees!

And yes, it’s happened again.

As you can see below, two newer Network members split a fee totaling $43,750 in September. And also as you can see, that total was big enough to earn the Largest Split Fee of the Month award!

Okay, I will admit that Mike Loftus, CPC of Beacon Professional Search has been a Network member since May of 2015. However, that’s still less than five years, and less than five years is still considered a newer member.

On the other hand, Nakita Gates of Executive Search, Recruit hasn’t even been a Network member for a year yet. She joined TE in December of 2018.

And get this: Nakita has already made three split placements since joining, with an average fee of nearly $40K associated with those placements. For Nakita, big recruiting fees are the rule for her in the Network, as opposed to the exception.

So congratulations to Nakita and Mike for making this placement and for earning the Largest Split Fee of the Month award for September!

Okay, let’s get one thing out of the way. The reference to age in the title of this blog post has nothing to do with actual age.

Instead, it’s a reference to how long a recruiter has been a member of Top Echelon Network.

For example, if you’ve been in the Network for many years, then you have “old blood.” If you haven’t, then you have “young blood.” Just humor me for now.

Trey Cameron of the Cameron Craig Group and Steve Kohn of Affinity Executive Search have been in Top Echelon’s recruiter network for a combined 41 years.

Meanwhile, Joe Cresci of Food Management Search; Nancy Hastings of The Hastings Group; and Bob White of Impact Solution, Inc. have been Network members for a combined 10 years.

Regardless, all five of these Network members represent the Recruiters of the Month in Top Echelon for September!

This is yet more proof that you don’t have be in the Network for years and years to make a bunch of split placements. You just have to be split-minded, motivated to build relationships, and adhere to The Four Pillars of Top Echelon Network.

No matter HOW you define age.

Top Echelon determines the monthly and quarterly winners of its split recruiting awards based upon two criteria, which are listed below in order of importance:

1.) The number of split placements made
2.) The amount of “cash-in” dollars earned as a result of those split placements

This explains why, when multiple recruiters are tied with the same number of TE placements during a given month or quarter, the recruiter with the largest “cash-in” total is ultimately deemed the winner.

A total of 16 recruiting agencies joined Top Echelon Network in August.

And guess what? Another 16 agencies joined Top Echelon’s recruiting network in September!

This year has been a strong one for TE membership. As mentioned previously, we’ve been averaging well into double digits in terms of the number of recruiting agencies joining the Network each month.

As always, please welcome these agencies and the recruiters who are part of these agencies to Top Echelon Network. At the very least, send them an email. If they work in your area of specialization, give them a call. You never know. You could make split placements with them!

We run the names of recruiting agencies applying for membership in the Members’ Area of the Top Echelon website. We list the names of new members in the Members’ Area, as well.

However, we also list our new members in The Pinnacle Newsletter Blog. This list typically includes the name of the agency, the date that it joined, the geographic location of the agency, the agency’s specialties, and the members of the agency. These agencies work in a variety of industries and niches.
