We have more good news to report. And we’re glad to report it, namely because we like good news. Split placements in Top Echelon’s recruiting network have now risen four straight months over last year’s numbers. That’s quite an increase.

But let me tell you a secret. Come closer.

We have a chance for an increase in split placements during the final three months of the year, as well.

An increase in confidence, too

If you’ve been reading The Pinnacle lately (and I hope you have), you may know that placements have been on the increase. However, you might not have known we’re in the midst of a streak. Specifically, below are the percent increases that we’ve enjoyed during the past four months in terms of split placements as compared to the same months in 2017:

  • June—17.5%
  • July—2.3%
  • August—62.2%
  • September—28.9%

What’s the matter with you, July? Too much vacationing for you? Regardless, we’re confident that we can continue this streak. One of the reasons we’re confident is the increase in the number of offers accepted during the same four-month stretch, as detailed below:

  • June—71.9%
  • July—96.6%
  • August—56.8%
  • September—27.5%

In fact, we’ve had an increase in offers for the past six months, going all the way back to April. Add it all up, and it looks as though Top Echelon recruiters are in for an enjoyable fourth quarter of the year. At least as far as their Network production is concerned, that is.
