Sure, it was a short week because of the Labor Day holiday. And sure, some recruiters took more than one day off last week.

But Top Echelon Network recruiters still almost reached double digits in split placements!

In fact, as you can see below, they made nine splits. So while we might be a bit sad to see our streak of consecutive weeks with at least 10 splits get broken, the good times are still rolling in the Network in terms of placements.

And as we barrel toward the end of the third quarter, all signs are pointing to a great finish to the year for Network members. So let’s finish 2021 strong!

As a friendly neighborhood reminder, here is the information that we publish with our weekly placements:

  • Names of the split recruiting partners involved (with their profile photos, when available)
  • Job title
  • Overall placement fee (before TE’s 6% brokerage fee, of course)
  • Fee percentage

This is a reminder that there will be a $5 price increase for the Big Biller recruiting software effective on October 1, 2021.

As a result, the price of Big Biller will increase from $70 per user per month for the monthly plan to $75 per user per month.

FAQs about the Big Biller price increase

Below are some frequently asked questions (FAQs) about the upcoming price increase:

#1—What about the discounts that I have now?

The discounts that everybody currently has will remain the same in terms of the percentage saved. These discounts will now be based off the new retail price of $75 per user instead of $70. For example:

  • The annual pricing plan is still 15% off the monthly pricing plan. Previously, that price was $59.50 per user and now the price is $63.75 per user. (If you currently pay on the monthly plan and you would like to switch to the annual plan, you can do so within the software.)
  • The Top Echelon Network member discount for the monthly plan is still 5% off the monthly pricing plan. Previously, that price was $66.50 per user and now the price is $71.25 per user.

#2—What if I’m already prepaid for a year?

If you’re prepaid for a year, then the price increase will not affect you until your current subscription ends. However, a new user will always get the rate effective on the date of their signup. Your annual subscription only locks in your current users.

#3—If I switch to the annual subscription plan, am I locked in at the price NOW ($59.50) or the October price ($63.75)?

If you switch to the annual plan now, you can lock in the $59.50 price for the duration of your subscription.

#4—Are there going to be any price increases for other products?

None are planned. This price increase only impacts Big Biller. There is no price increase for Top Echelon Network membership or other Top Echelon services at this time.

Tip #1: Always Return the Call

Always return a Top Echelon Network member’s phone call!

As a professional courtesy, you should return all phone calls from your trading partners, regardless of whether you think it will be a waste of time or not. Any members who are unwilling to do this probably are not Top Echelon Network material.

Tip #2: Don’t Share with Non-Network Recruiters

Never send any Network resumes or job orders to non-Network recruiters without prior approval from the submitting agency.

This is a very serious Network offense!

Tip #3: Share THESE Candidates and Job Orders

Only submit “PLACE-ABLE” candidates and “FILL-ABLE” job orders to the Network! Anything else is a waste of everybody’s time and money.

It’s also your job to close out any of your Top Echelon Network candidates or job orders that are no longer viable.

We at Top Echelon are pleased to announce that the new referral bonus for both Top Echelon Network membership and the Big Biller recruiting software is $150!

Previously, the referral bonus was $130 for Network membership and $100 for Big Biller.

Below are the specifics of the Top Echelon Referral Program:

  • You can submit separate referrals for both Top Echelon Network membership and the Big Biller recruiting software and receive referral bonuses for both.
  • If you’re the main contact for your agency, then we will credit your agency’s account $150 per referral. On the other hand, if you’re NOT the main contact for your agency, then we will credit the account of the Network agency for which you work $150.
  • We are no longer waiting two months to hand out referral bonuses. (Or in this case, referral bonuses in the form of referral credits.) Instead, we’re crediting the referrer’s account immediately.
  • There’s no limit to the number of referrals that you can give us. For instance, let’s say that you submit 10 referrals that become Top Echelon Network members and/or Big Biller customers. That’s $1,000 in referral bonuses!
