Big Biller Price Increase Reminder and FAQs

This is a reminder that there will be a $5 price increase for the Big Biller recruiting software effective on October 1, 2021.

As a result, the price of Big Biller will increase from $70 per user per month for the monthly plan to $75 per user per month.

FAQs about the Big Biller price increase

Below are some frequently asked questions (FAQs) about the upcoming price increase:

#1—What about the discounts that I have now?

The discounts that everybody currently has will remain the same in terms of the percentage saved. These discounts will now be based off the new retail price of $75 per user instead of $70. For example:

  • The annual pricing plan is still 15% off the monthly pricing plan. Previously, that price was $59.50 per user and now the price is $63.75 per user. (If you currently pay on the monthly plan and you would like to switch to the annual plan, you can do so within the software.)
  • The Top Echelon Network member discount for the monthly plan is still 5% off the monthly pricing plan. Previously, that price was $66.50 per user and now the price is $71.25 per user.

#2—What if I’m already prepaid for a year?

If you’re prepaid for a year, then the price increase will not affect you until your current subscription ends. However, a new user will always get the rate effective on the date of their signup. Your annual subscription only locks in your current users.

#3—If I switch to the annual subscription plan, am I locked in at the price NOW ($59.50) or the October price ($63.75)?

If you switch to the annual plan now, you can lock in the $59.50 price for the duration of your subscription.

#4—Are there going to be any price increases for other products?

None are planned. This price increase only impacts Big Biller. There is no price increase for Top Echelon Network membership or other Top Echelon services at this time.
