We love a lot of things here at Top Echelon. Two of those things are top 10 lists and large placement fees.

So we thought, “Why not combine a top 10 list with large placement fees?” Genius! (Okay, it might not be as groundbreaking as Einstein’s Theory of General Relativity or Candy Crush Saga, but you understand.)

The result? “The Top 10 Largest Placement Fees in Top Echelon Network” . . . so far in 2015, that is. Yes, there are still four months left in the year, but why not see where the list stands now? That’s because another thing we love here at Top Echelon is immediate gratification.

So without further adieu, from the home office in Canton, Ohio, below are “The Top 10 Largest Placement Fees in Top Echelon Network” (so far in 2015):

Is there really a chance that anybody will beat Mary Anne Buckley and Rich Connors and claim the top spot before the end of the year? Probably not, but then again, you never know. We didn’t think we’d see a placement fee of THAT size in the Network. If that’s possible, then $80,000 is not out of the realm of possibility. Then $100,000. Then the world!

We revisit this list again, but in the meantime . . . remember that not only can you make split placements in Top Echelon Network, but you can also make split placements with BIG FEES.

(To find out how you can earn big fees in Top Echelon, contact Director of Network Operations Drea Codispoti, CPC/CERS at 330.455.1433, x156 or via email at drea@topechelon.com.)

At Top Echelon, we believe that it’s important to recognize milestones and achievements, and that includes recruiters who make (and share) large placement fees within the Network.

We have another such fee in this issue of The Pinnacle Newsletter Blog, and there are a number of great things about it. First, of course, is the amount of the fee: $46,500. However, there are many other interesting aspects associated with this split, which are listed below:

  • One of the recruiters involved with the placement, Veronica Snyder, has been a member of Top Echelon Network since 1999.
  • Veronica has made a total of 62 Network placements since joining Top Echelon.
  • The other recruiter involved Don Frederick, has been a member of Top Echelon since 2000.
  • This is Snyder and Fredrick’s first split placement together.

So as you can see, it doesn’t matter how long you’ve been in the Network. You CAN make splits with recruiters who haven’t made splits with before, AND you can earn large fees as a result of those splits . . . just like the Largest Split Fee of the Month for August of 2015.

Largest Split Fee of the Month:

Veronica Snyder of Career Professionals, Inc. and Don Fredrick of Executech, Inc.

The position for this split placement was a Global Product Manager. Snyder was the job order recruiter, and Fredrick was the candidate recruiter. The total fee that resulted from this placement was $46,500. After Top Echelon received its 6% brokerage fee, both recruiters received $21,855. The action that stimulated this split placement was listed as, “The job order or candidate was found by searching Top Echelon’s split databases.”

(Editor’s note: This is the first Network split placement that Snyder and Fredrick have made together in Top Echelon.)

“CHECK” OUT THIS SPLIT PLACEMENT SELFIE: True North Consultants and MJ Recruiters are blazing a trail through Top Echelon Network, making split placements and taking selfies along the way. As you can see, their latest deal led to smiles all around.)

— — —

The split placement exploits of Top Echelon Network member firms True North Consultants, Inc. and MJ Recruiters, LLC have filled the The Pinnacle Newsletter Blog in recent weeks and months.

After all, those firms were the first ones in the Network to devise the “split placement selfie” concept. Then they took it to the next level!

And now, the firms are back with yet another tale of split placement prowess. And yes, that means another “split placement selfie.”

As you can see by the photo above this blog post, Dave Sgro of True North Consultants and Maria Hemminger and Joanna Spaun of MJ Recruiters split a rather substantial placement fee. After all, True North’s portion of the fee was $14,100 (that was after Top Echelon received its customary 6% brokerage fee).

What you can also notice in the photo is how happy everybody is. And why is that?

  • Because recruiters love making placements.
  • Because Top Echelon recruiters love making split placements.
  • Because Top Echelon recruiters love celebrating those split placements.
  • And yes . . . Top Echelon recruiters love taking “selfies” after the fact. What of it?

If you’ve taken a “split placement selfie” (OR a “sales selfie”) with another Top Echelon Network recruiter and you’d like to share that “selfie” with the rest of the membership, send your photo and any accompanying information to marketing@topechelon.com!

As we’ve chronicled within the pages of The Pinnacle Newsletter Blog, the “Networking on the FARM” event was a huge success . . . and we have another regional core group meeting on the horizon.

For quite a few years, Top Echelon held a golf outing for Network recruiters. That outing was typically held in Ohio, namely because the majority of recruiters participating in the event worked and lived in the Buckeye State.

Well, now that outing is back!

To be honest, I have no idea how many this makes . . . five outings? Six? Seven? That’s not really important, though. What IS important is that recruiters have fun at these outings, they discuss business, and they close deals as a result of it.

Network recruiter Bill Kubena of Kubena & Associates is the coordinator of this year’s golf outing, and I’d like to thank him for his initiative, as well as his time and effort, in making the arrangements.

The Top Echelon Golf Outing is scheduled for Wednesday, September 23, and the location will be the Deer Ridge Golf Course in Bellville, Ohio. (Click here for more information about Deer Ridge.)

The start time for the outing is approximately 9:30 a.m., and there will be a scramble format with a shotgun start. A number of Top Echelon recruiters have already registered for the event, and we look forward to even more recruiters signing up . . . like YOU.

Here’s the really good news: yours truly AND Customer Success Manager Todd Bossler will also be on hand!

That’s right, Todd and I can hack with the best of them, and we would not miss the chance to hit the links with Network recruiters wanting to have some fun and do some networking.

If you want to join the fun and participate in this year’s Top Echelon Golf Outing, you can email me at drea@topechelon.com or you can contact Bill Kubena at kubenabill@gmail.com.

We’ll see you there!
