Here’s the good news: the Top Echelon Network Fall Conference is next month, specifically on Tuesday, September 23, and Wednesday, September 24!

Here’s the even better news: the conference will NOT interfere with the Virtual Core Group (VCG) teleconference call schedule for the month of September!

As a lover of both good news and better news, I thought I’d communicate that to you, along with the VCG schedule for September.

There will be recruiting Core Groups through the first three weeks of the month.  There are none during the fourth week, which is fortuitous (good word), since the Fall Conference is scheduled for that week.

Top Echelon Network recruiters share the following during Virtual Core Group meetings:

  • Hot job orders and candidates
  • Information about the activity they’re seeing
  • Ideas for increased production on their desks and within their firms

These are the activities that lead most directly to making more placements in this Network.

If you’re a new Preferred Member recruiter in Top Echelon, I strongly encourage you to join one of these existing recruiting Core Groups.  Not only that, but you could also start a new one, should the mood strike you.

We at Top Echelon Network are continually emphasizing that Preferred Member recruiters should meet one another on a face-to-face basis.  That’s one of the many reasons we hold a National Convention and Fall Conference every year.  But we also like to encourage Members to meet outside of those events, as well, and as often as possible.

In another example of how “the great circle of life” operates within Top Echelon Network, O’Neil took over Enterprise Search from long-time recruiter Jeff Linck, who retired from recruiting earlier this year.  The twist?  Cindy Andrew Cordell originally got Linck started in the profession.  We are all connected . . .

THE SPLIT PLACEMENTS (CONFERENCE PLACEMENTS):

What’s a good reason to attend the upcoming Top Echelon Network Fall Conference?  To make conference placements, of course!
