And, as you can see by the title of this article in The Pinnacle Newsletter Blog, that fee is the largest split placement fee of the week in TE Network!

But wait, there’s more. That’s because Mark Jensen of Upswing Talent Acquisition made his first split placement as a member of TE Network. Mark placed a Server Engineer with Veronica Snyder of Career Professionals, Inc. to generate a placement fee of $23,750.

As a friendly neighborhood reminder, here is the information that we publish with our split placements:

  • Names of the trading partners involved (with their profile photos, when available)
  • Job title
  • Overall placement fee (before TE Network’s 6% brokerage fee, of course)
  • Fee percentage

Please note that the placements listed below reflect deals finalized in TE Network for the period from August 10 through August 23, 2026.

Remember, if you don’t want information related to your split placements published in The Pinnacle, please send an email to marketing@topechelon.com to that effect.

Once again, congratulations to everybody below for the split placements they made in TE Network!

Recruiters know the frustration of finding a promising candidate in their database, only to discover that the record is missing important information. Maybe there is no current email address. Perhaps the phone number is outdated. The candidate’s employment history may be incomplete, or the record might be missing education details and social profiles.

Top Echelon Content and Communications Manager Matthew Deutsch

Matthew Deutsch

When that happens, the next step often involves leaving your recruiting software and searching LinkedIn, company websites, search engines, and other sources to fill in the gaps.

That takes time away from what recruiters should be doing: recruiting.

TE Recruit’s new Data Enrichment feature is designed to change that.

Data Enrichment is now available in TE Recruit, giving recruiters a faster and easier way to transform incomplete candidate records into more complete, actionable recruiting opportunities.

Turn Incomplete Records Into Recruiting Opportunities

Your recruiting database is one of your agency’s most important assets. However, its value depends heavily on the quality and completeness of the information it contains.

Think about the candidates you have accumulated over the years. Some records might have been created recently, while others could have been in your database for years. People change jobs, companies, email addresses, phone numbers, and locations. As a result, information that was accurate when a candidate entered your database might not be accurate today.

Data Enrichment helps recruiters address that challenge without spending excessive time conducting manual research.

With just a few clicks, recruiters can use Data Enrichment to find missing contact information, including email addresses and phone numbers. They can also add professional information such as work history, education, and social profiles.

Instead of moving between multiple websites and applications to research a candidate, recruiters can enrich their records while working inside TE Recruit.

The result is a more complete picture of the candidate and potentially a faster path to starting a conversation.

Spend Less Time Searching and More Time Recruiting

Time is one of a recruiter’s most valuable resources. Every minute spent searching for an email address, verifying employment information, or researching a candidate’s background is a minute that cannot be spent talking with candidates and clients.

Data Enrichment helps reduce that manual work.

Rather than searching LinkedIn, visiting company websites, and using multiple tools to piece together information, recruiters can access enrichment capabilities directly within their recruiting workflow.

Data Enrichment is available from People Datasheets, People Lists, and the TE Recruit Browser Extension, making it easier to use the feature wherever recruiters are already working.

That accessibility is especially useful when recruiters identify someone they want to contact quickly. Instead of putting the recruiting process on hold while they search for missing information, they can enrich the candidate record and continue working.

Over the course of a day, week, or month, the time saved can add up.

Improve the Quality of Your Recruiting Database

Data Enrichment is not only about finding a missing phone number or email address. It can also help recruiters improve the overall quality of their TE Recruit database.

A database filled with incomplete and outdated records makes it harder to identify, evaluate, and contact potential candidates. More complete candidate profiles can make existing records more useful and help recruiters get more value from information they’ve already collected.

That is particularly important because your next placement candidate might already be in your database. The problem is that you might not have enough current information to recognize the opportunity or contact that person efficiently. By adding professional insights such as employment history, education, and social profiles, Data Enrichment can provide additional context recruiters can use when reviewing candidates and deciding whom to contact.

It can also reduce the amount of manual data entry required to keep candidate records useful.

See Data Enrichment for Yourself

Reading about Data Enrichment is one thing. Seeing how it fits into an actual recruiting workflow is another.

That’s why we’re inviting you to schedule a 15-minute demo of TE Recruit’s Data Enrichment feature.

In just 15 minutes, you can see how Data Enrichment can help you find missing contact information, add professional insights, improve candidate profiles, and reduce the time you spend researching people outside TE Recruit.

You’ll also see how enrichment works from People Datasheets, People Lists, and the TE Recruit Browser Extension.

If you have candidate records that could be more complete, Data Enrichment could help you turn more of the information already in your database into recruiting opportunities.

Spend less time searching for information and more time recruiting.

Recruiting is built on communication. Every phone call, text message, voicemail, and follow-up can move a candidate closer to an opportunity or strengthen a relationship with a client.

Top Echelon Content and Communications Manager Matthew Deutsch

Matthew Deutsch

However, managing those conversations across multiple applications can create unnecessary friction. Recruiters may have to move between their recruiting software and phone system throughout the day, while also making sure important communication is documented in their database.

The RingCentral integration for TE Recruit brings those activities together by allowing recruiters to connect their RingCentral account directly to TE Recruit. Once connected, recruiters can make and receive phone calls, send and receive text messages, access voicemail, and receive missed call notifications without leaving the software.

The result is a more connected recruiting workflow that can help recruiters save time, maintain more complete records, and stay responsive to candidates, clients, and prospects.

Keep Recruiting Conversations in One Place

Recruiters communicate with people throughout the day, and those conversations often happen while they are already working inside TE Recruit. With the RingCentral integration, they no longer have to leave TE Recruit to initiate or manage many of those interactions.

A recruiter reviewing a candidate’s record, for example, can make a phone call or send a text message directly from TE Recruit. If the candidate responds, the recruiter can continue the conversation while remaining within the same recruiting environment.

The same applies to client and prospect communication. Instead of repeatedly moving between TE Recruit and a separate phone application, recruiters can manage more of their communication where they are already doing their recruiting work.

Reducing that context switching can make a meaningful difference over the course of a busy day. The less time recruiters spend navigating between applications, the more time they can devote to sourcing candidates, developing new business, following up with people, and building relationships.

Automatically Capture Communication History

Communication is valuable not only when it happens, but also when there is a reliable record of it afterward.

With the RingCentral integration, calls and text messages are automatically logged as Activities on the appropriate TE Recruit records. This helps recruiters maintain a more complete communication history without relying as heavily on manual data entry.

That automatic documentation can be especially useful when recruiters are managing numerous candidates, clients, and prospects simultaneously. Instead of trying to remember whether a conversation was recorded, recruiters can rely on TE Recruit to capture supported RingCentral communication as part of the record.

More complete records can also make future conversations easier. Before calling a candidate or client, a recruiter can review previous interactions and understand what has already been discussed. That context can help create a smoother and more personalized recruiting experience.

Follow Up Quickly on Missed Calls and Voicemails

Timing is important in recruiting. A missed call from a candidate could mean they have a question about an interview, want to discuss an offer, or are ready to consider a new opportunity. A voicemail from a client could involve a new job order or an important update about an existing search.

The RingCentral integration helps recruiters stay on top of these conversations by providing missed call and voicemail notifications within TE Recruit.

For example, a recruiter who receives a missed call notification can review the person’s TE Recruit record, look at previous communication, and follow up with the appropriate context. Because the information is available within the recruiting workflow, the recruiter can respond without having to piece together details from several applications.

That can help recruiters stay responsive at moments when speed and communication are especially important.

Give Your Team Greater Visibility

Recruiting is rarely an isolated activity. Candidates may interact with multiple people at an agency, and client relationships can involve recruiters, account managers, and other team members.

A centralized communication history can make collaboration easier.

If another recruiter needs to work with a candidate or client, they can review the Activities on the record to better understand recent interactions. Instead of starting without context or asking a teammate to recap every conversation, they can see the communication history that has been captured in TE Recruit.

This visibility can help teams coordinate their efforts and provide a more consistent experience for candidates and clients.

It can also be useful when someone is unavailable. If another team member needs to step in, having recent calls and text messages documented on the record provides valuable context for the next conversation.

Put the Integration to Work in Your Recruiting Workflow

The RingCentral integration can support several common recruiting situations.

For candidate and contact outreach, recruiters can call or text directly from TE Recruit while reviewing the person’s information. This makes it easier to move from research or database work directly into outreach.

For missed call follow-up, recruiters can see notifications within TE Recruit and quickly review previous interactions before returning the call.

For team collaboration, recruiters can review communication history to understand the latest interactions with a candidate or client before reaching out themselves.

And for overall recruiter productivity, keeping calls, texts, notifications, and recruiting information within a more connected workflow can reduce the amount of time spent moving between applications.

A More Connected TE Recruit Experience

The RingCentral integration is another way TE Recruit can serve as the central hub for recruiters’ daily activities.

Instead of treating phone calls and text messages as separate from the recruiting workflow, the integration brings those conversations closer to the candidate and client records where they belong. Automatic Activity logging helps keep the database current, while missed call and voicemail notifications help recruiters stay aware of conversations requiring attention.

There are some important requirements to keep in mind. Each RingCentral account and phone number can only be connected to one TE Recruit user at a time. An account or number cannot be shared across multiple TE Recruit users or agencies. In addition, the connected number must be a direct line assigned to the individual user. Shared numbers and company-wide main lines cannot be integrated.

For recruiters who already use RingCentral, connecting it with TE Recruit can create a more streamlined way to manage everyday communication. With fewer applications to navigate and more communication automatically captured, recruiters can spend less time managing their technology and more time doing what matters most: building relationships and making placements.

At Top Echelon, we’ve found that the best way to communicate the trading partner benefits associated with TE Network membership is to use real, live case studies.

Top Echelon Content and Communications Manager Matthew Deutsch

Matthew Deutsch

Recruiters love placements, and they love stories about recruiters making placements. (The only thing they would love more is a story about them making placements.)

With that being said, there is no case study in this blog post. Psych! Instead, what we’re going to do is draw upon past case studies to compile a list of the trading partner benefits that are available to TE Network recruiters.

Okay, no more fooling. Below is our list of four trading partner benefits in Top Echelon’s recruiting network:

#1—Quality candidates

This is what it’s all about, isn’t it? Highly qualified, quality candidates always seem to be in short supply.

That’s why companies are enlisting your services in the first place, but even you are having trouble finding these candidates. However, when you leverage the resources of your trading partners, you have access to quality candidates you could not access before.

Which reminds me: if you’re not using the Network Candidates sourcing tool, start doing so . . . NOW, I say!

#2—Smoother hiring and placement process

One of the best reasons to enlist the help of a trading partner is because you can’t seem to fill the position yourself, for whatever reason: a picky hiring manager, a bloated and convoluted hiring process, El Nino, you name it.

Your trading partners can help “smooth out the rough edges.”

#3—Enhanced onboarding

The placement is not done once the candidate accepts the offer of employment or even once they start work. They have to stay at work (usually until after the guarantee period has elapsed).

Once again, two heads are better than one, as your trading partners can assist in the onboarding process and offer advice and expertise based upon their experience.

#4—A more effective teamwork approach

This is more a culmination of #1 through #3. Being a recruiter is NOT an easy job, and for some searches, the job seems just about impossible.

However, when you work with another recruiter and tackle the search assignment as a team, you double your brainpower, double your resources, and Doublemint, Doublemint, Doublemint Gum. No, wait a minute. Scratch that last one.

Every successful partnership is built on trust. While technology, sourcing strategies, and market conditions continue to evolve, one competitive advantage remains constant: people choose to work with professionals they trust. That trust isn’t built through a single placement or conversation. It’s earned through consistent actions, clear communication, professional integrity, and a genuine commitment to serving others.

Top Echelon Network Membership Development Coordinator Drea Codispoti, CERS

Drea Codispoti, CPC/CERS

In this webinar video by Top Echelon Membership Director Drea Codispoti, CPC/CERS, you’ll discover how trust becomes one of your most valuable business assets, influencing everything from client retention and candidate loyalty to referrals, split partnerships, and long-term professional reputation. Whether you’re new to recruiting or have decades of experience, you’ll learn practical strategies for intentionally building the kind of trust that creates lasting business relationships.

During this video, Drea explores:

  • Why trust is a measurable business asset that drives referrals, repeat business, and long-term growth
  • The daily habits that build (or diminish) professional credibility with clients, candidates, and recruiting partners
  • How communication, consistency, and reliability create confidence that strengthens every relationship
  • Practical ways to develop a reputation that compounds over time, creating opportunities that no marketing campaign or technology can replicate
