There will be a $5 price increase for the Big Biller recruiting software effective on October 1, 2021.

As a result, the price of Big Biller will increase from $70 per user per month for the monthly plan to $75 per user per month.

For the annual subscription, in which you pay for a year of Big Biller in advance, the price will increase from $59.50 per user to $63.75 per user, which is still a 15% discount from the new monthly price.

If you currently pay on the monthly plan and you would like to switch to the annual plan, you can do so within the software.

Please note that if you’re currently on the annual pricing plan, the price increase will not affect your agency until your current subscription ends. In addition, if you switch to the yearly plan now, you can lock in the $59.50 price for the duration of your subscription.

This price increase is for the Big Biller recruiting software only and does NOT affect the price of monthly Network membership, which remains at $130.

At Top Echelon, we’re committed to constantly improving the Big Biller ATS and CRM. The increase helps us ensure our commitment to providing the very best products and services for our customers. See a comprehensive list of the updates and upgrades that we’ve made to Big Biller.

We thank you for your loyalty as a Top Echelon and Big Biller customer, and we hope to continue serving your needs and the needs of your company far into the future. If you have any questions regarding the price increase, please do not hesitate to reach out.

It’s been a “Summer of Plenty” for Top Echelon Network members, as TE recruiters continue to churn out the split placements week after week.

Two weeks ago, Network recruiters made 25 splits. Last week, they totaled 12. And this week? They’re in double digits once again with 14 split placements!

Not only that, but there were also some hefty fees associated with these placements. By way of illustration, five of them were more than $20K and two of them were more than $30K.

So when it comes to the activity in our recruiting network, you can’t beat more placements and you can’t beat bigger fees.

And we currently have both of those in Top Echelon!

As a friendly neighborhood reminder, here is the information that we publish with our weekly placements:

  • Names of the split recruiting partners involved (with their profile photos, when available)
  • Job title
  • Overall placement fee (before TE’s 6% brokerage fee, of course)
  • Fee percentage

Please note that the placements below reflect deals finalized in Top Echelon Network for the week of Monday, August 16, through Sunday, August 22.

Remember, if you don’t want information related to your Network placements published in The Pinnacle, please send an email to marketing@topechelon.com to that effect.

Congratulations to everybody below for the placements they made in Top Echelon Network!

If you’re a newer Network member and you want to enjoy more success in our recruiter network, then I encourage you to contact Top Echelon Director of Network Operations Drea Codispoti, CPC/CERS.

You can do so by calling 330.455.1433, x156 or by sending an email to drea@topechelon.com.

Top Echelon Network members Brad McMillan and John Ricciardi weren’t the only TE members to meet in person recently.

That’s because Nick Stoia of ASAP Search recently visited the Top Echelon headquarters in Canton, Ohio! And to prove that he isn’t superstitious in the least, he visited TE on Friday, August 13.

(Nick is pictured at right above, along with Top Echelon Director of Network Operations Drea Codispoti.)

Nick has been extremely successful as a member of Top Echelon’s recruiting network. In fact, since becoming a member in April of 1999, Nick has made a total of 97 split placements in Top Echelon, meaning that he’s closing in on the hallowed mark of 100 splits. In addition, those Network splits have brought him a cash-in total of just over $700K.

Nick, who started in the recruiting profession in 1979, is a prime example of how successful you can be by using Top Echelon’s tools, software, and services.

If you’d like more information about how you can experience more success as a Network members, contact Drea by calling  330.455.1433, x156 or by sending an email to drea@topechelon.com.

And of course, we encourage you to also make the trip to the Hall of Fame City and pay us a visit in person!

The COVID-19 pandemic has certainly forced a lot of people to practice social distancing during the past 18 months, but two Top Echelon Network trading partners recently found a way to meet in person!

Those Network members were Brad McMillan of RPM ReSearch (pictured at left above) and John Ricciardi of Afton Consulting Group (pictured at right).

Brad and John have made two split placements with each other as members of the Network, and both splits brought hefty fees. The two placed a Senior Director of Operations for a fee of $52,500 and a Bioanalytical Group Leader for a fee of $50,000.

So far, John has made 16 total split placements during his tenure in Top Echelon, and Brad has accounted for four. (He’s also made two splits with Steve Kohn of Affinity Executive Search, Inc.)

The Afton Consulting Group is located in Yardley, Pennsylvania. John and Brad spent time together in Philadelphia, attending a Phillies baseball game and enjoying a crab boil, as you can see by the above photo. In addition to emailing the photo to Top Echelon Director of Network Operations Drea Codispoti, Brad also remarked about the experience:

— — —

“Yuengling in Philly is a must!

“I agree with you that it is a great place to come together. We are in the same industry and work on some similar positions.

“We share candidates, but also recruiting tips and trends and we talk through client issues. We meet up on the phone for 15 minutes every Tuesday to discuss marketing and business development strategy.

“In my former life, I would have seen this as competition rather than collaboration. I think it is a fear that many people have.”

— — —

When you’re a member of Top Echelon Network, other recruiters aren’t your competition. Instead, they’re your comrades and working with them—instead of against them—can help you to make more placements and generate more revenue.

If you’ve met one of your trading partners in person, we want to know about it!

Send a photo of the meeting, along with any pertinent information, to drea@topechelon.com or to marketing@topechelon.com.
