This is a big week for TE Network split placements in The Pinnacle Newsletter Blog.

Top Echelon Content and Communications Manager Matthew Deutsch

Matthew Deutsch

Why? Thank you for asking. There are multiple reasons why, starting with the fact that two Network members recently generated the largest split fee in the history of Top Echelon!

Those two members are Clint Martz of A to Z Search Group and Sean Bonner of Intensiv, LLC. Clint and Sean placed a General Manager to earn a fee of $112,500 at 25%.

(Steve Brody of Executive Resource Systems and Trish Kuykendall of Source Financial Staffing held the record previously. That duo placed a Tax Partner in 2023 to earn a fee of $100,917.)

This is also a week of firsts in The Pinnacle, specifically first TE Network split placements. That’s because the following five recruiters recently notched their first splits as a member of the Network:

  • Joe Brown of Genesis
  • Joel Brown of Kace Premier Medical Talent, Inc.
  • Kevin St. Cyr of Saint Cyr Partners
  • Mack Moore of Redline Recruits
  • Carey Parks of Talent Kind Search

In fact, Joe and Joel made their first TE Network split . . . with each other. Not only that, but they also earned a $56K fee in the process. That makes it twice as special, not to mention twice as fun.

So while 2026 has been rough overall for recruiters (and the job market in general), there is much to celebrate in TE Network this week. So let’s celebrate!

As a friendly neighborhood reminder, here is the information that we publish with our split placements:

  • Names of the trading partners involved (with their profile photos, when available)
  • Job title
  • Overall placement fee (before TE Network’s 6% brokerage fee, of course)
  • Fee percentage

Please note that the placements listed below reflect deals finalized in TE Network for the period from July 21 through August 2, 2026.

Remember, if you don’t want information related to your split placements published in The Pinnacle, please send an email to marketing@topechelon.com to that effect.

Once again, congratulations to everybody below for the split placements they made in TE Network!

If you’re a newer TE Network member and you’d like to enjoy more success in our recruiter network, then I encourage you to contact Top Echelon Director of Network Operations Drea Codispoti, CPC/CERS.

You can do so by calling 330.595.1742 or by sending an email to drea@topechelon.com.

As you might imagine, the recruiters responsible for the biggest split placement fee in the history of Top Echelon are also counted among the recruiters of the month.

Top Echelon Content and Communications Manager Matthew Deutsch

Matthew Deutsch

That month: July. Those recruiters: Clint Martz of A to Z Search Group and Sean Bonner of Intensiv, LLC. However, their $112,500 placement fee was not enough to top the list.

Also as you might imagine, Brad Dodge of iLocatum Recruiting secured the top spot once again. Brad was part of six split placements during the month of July, and those six splits brought him a cash-in total of $66,246.

Also on the list are Joe Brown of Genesis and Joel Brown of Kace Premier Medical Talent, Inc. Not only did they both finalize their first TE Network split placement in July, but they also made that split with each other to the tune of a $56,000 fee.

Here is the information that we include with the Recruiter of the Month feature in TE Network:

  1. The top five (5) recruiters for the month.
  2. The cash-in total for each recruiter during the month. (We base the order of the recruiters on their amount of cash-in dollars, as opposed to the number of split placements they’ve made.)
  3. The number of splits that the recruiters made during the month.
  4. The number of splits each recruiter has made during their TE Network career.
  5. Each recruiter’s cash-in total for their TE Network career.

With this format, it’s more likely that there will be ties among recruiters, especially with those TE Network members who have made split placements with each other.

Once again, congratulations to the recruiters listed below . . . and congratulations to every TE Network member who made a split placement (or multiple splits) during the month!

I guess this is a bit anti-climactic . . .

Top Echelon Content and Communications Manager Matthew Deutsch

Matthew Deutsch

After all, if your split placement fee is the biggest one in the history of Top Echelon, then it’s probably good enough to be the Largest Split Fee of the Month.

And that is exactly the case, as Clint Martz of A to Z Search Group and Sean Bonner of Intensiv, LLC win another award for their recent placing of a General Manager and their subsequent earning of a $112,500 recruiting fee.

However, Joe Brown of Genesis and Joel Brown of Kace Premier Medical Talent, Inc. made their first split placement in the Network count, as they finished second in the monthly standings. Joe and Joel placed a Physician Director – Infectious Disease to split a placement fee of $56,000.

But there is certainly more, so feast your eyes on all of the large split recruiting fees listed below, and perhaps we’ll see your fees in The Pinnacle Newsletter Blog in the near future!

As a friendly reminder, Top Echelon determines the monthly and quarterly winners of its TE Network split fee recruiting awards in four distinct categories:

1.) Recruiter of the Month
2.) Largest Split Fee of the Month
3.) Recruiter of the Quarter
4.) Largest Split Fee of the Quarter

We only announce the winners of these awards in The Pinnacle Newsletter Blog. We do so usually (but not always) in the issue following the conclusion of each month and/or quarter.

So congratulations to everybody on the list below for scoring some BIG placement fees during the month!

Each addition strengthens the community by bringing new industry relationships, specialized recruiting knowledge, and the potential for successful split placements that benefit agencies across the Network.

Drea Codispoti, CPC/CERS

We’re pleased to welcome the agencies that became TE Network members during July. As they begin building relationships with fellow members, they also become valuable new trading partners for the entire Network. Their participation enhances the collaborative environment that has made TE Network a trusted resource for recruiters for decades.

Take a few moments to get acquainted with this month’s newest members. Your next split placement, new client relationship, or long-term trading partner could be just one introduction away. That’s the strength of TE Network: recruiters helping recruiters achieve greater success by sharing opportunities, working together, and growing their businesses.

As always, you can view both applicants and newly approved members in the Network Dashboard section within the software.

However, we also list our new members in The Pinnacle Newsletter Blog. This list typically includes the:

  • Name of the agency
  • Industries and/or specialties in which the agency operates
  • Names of the recruiters working at the agency
  • Geographic location of the agency

So I’d like to take this moment to congratulate the recruiting agencies listed below and publicly welcome them to TE Network. I look forward to helping them make split placements!

(Note: If you have any questions about reaching out to new members or about your membership in general, please contact me. My contact information is listed at the end of this blog post.)

As you may have already gleaned by reading the headline of this blog post, we have not one . . . not two . . . not three . . . but four recruiting agencies celebrating an anniversary in TE Network of more than 20 years!

Top Echelon Content and Communications Manager Matthew Deutsch

Matthew Deutsch

(And we have two agencies celebrating an anniversary of 19 years. So close.)

Those four recruiting agencies are as follows:

  • Career Search Associates in Des Moines, IA (28 years)
  • Knowhirematch, LLC in San Diego, CA (25 years)
  • Welsh & Associates, Inc. in Kalamazoo, MI (24 years)
  • MJ Recruiters, LLC in Tiffin, Ohio (21 years)

There is definitely something to be said about longevity in the recruiting profession. As Top Producer Maria Hemminger of MJ Recruiters said during her keynote presentation at TE Connect Spring 2026 earlier this year, “Recruiting is not for wimps.”

Therefore, you shall find no wimps below, only tough, resilient, battle-tested recruiters, all of whom are ready to keep fighting throughout the rest of this year to make more placements!

When recognizing Network agencies for their anniversaries, Top Echelon includes the name of the agency; the length of the anniversary; and the location of the agency, including the city and state.

So congratulations to all of the agencies celebrating anniversaries in our split fee recruiting network during the month of August!
