Four 20-Year TE Network Anniversaries in August

As you may have already gleaned by reading the headline of this blog post, we have not one . . . not two . . . not three . . . but four recruiting agencies celebrating an anniversary in TE Network of more than 20 years!

(And we have two agencies celebrating an anniversary of 19 years. So close.)

Those four recruiting agencies are as follows:

• Welsh & Associates, Inc. in Kalamazoo, MI (24 years)
• MJ Recruiters, LLC in Tiffin, Ohio (21 years)

There is definitely something to be said about longevity in the recruiting profession. As Top Producer Maria Hemminger of MJ Recruiters said during her keynote presentation at TE Connect Spring 2026 earlier this year, “Recruiting is not for wimps.”

Therefore, you shall find no wimps below, only tough, resilient, battle-tested recruiters, all of whom are ready to keep fighting throughout the rest of this year to make more placements!
