We love stories of quick success in Top Echelon’s recruiting network. And we happen to have another one.

Hugh Moran of MPC Partners, LLC joined the Network in February of 2017. By the end of May, he had made his first TE split.

However, Hugh, who works in the large-scale Construction industry, did not stop there. He went on to make five more Top Echelon split placements over the course of 2017.

Not only that, but Hugh is also poised to match his production of a year ago in 2018. That’s because he’s already made three Network splits this year.

These are some of the reasons that Hugh has earned Recruiter of the Week honors in Top Echelon Network!

Hugh Moran: in his words

However, we wanted Hugh to say a few words about the success that he’s enjoyed so far in TE. This is what he had to say:

“I joined TE in February of 2017, going on to have my best year ever, with the majority of my placements coming via TE member submittals. Instead of making cold call after cold call, I now make warm and hot calls, giving me more time to focus on qualifying candidates, setting up interviews, and closing deals.

“More placements and more income equals more time I can spend outdoors and with my family. Joining TE is one of the best business decisions I’ve made.”

We also wanted to highlight one of the placements that Hugh made recently. Hugh has been the importer for all nine of his splits in Top Echelon. (That means he has the job order and is an importer of candidates.)

Hugh routinely congratulates and compliments his split recruiting partners when submitting the Completed Placement Form after closing deals. The comments below reflect one of those recent deals.

So congratulations to Hugh for his production and success in the Network and for being named Recruiter of the Week!

(Editor’s note: This is the first Network split placement that Hugh and Eric have made together in Top Echelon.)

Every once in a while, we at Top Echelon like to spotlight Network agencies. After all, we have a “Recruiter of the Week” feature, but not an “Agency of the Week” feature. So where is the fairness in that?

It just so happens that we have an agency to spotlight this week. The agency in question, Automationtechies.com, was recently included in our anniversary feature for July. Automationtechies.com is celebrating its 15th anniversary this month.

However, the agency also hit another milestone: 100 Network placements. Automationtechies.com now has 101 TE placements.

Automationtechies.com: direct AND contract

The agency reached that milestone by virtue of a flurry of recent placements. As you can see below, Automationtechies.com is responsible for four split placements made by four different recruiters. Below is the career breakdown for recruiters within the agency that have made TE placements:

  • Alan Carty—42
  • Michelle Johnson—16
  • Kristy Fangman—11
  • Kristy Fitch—9
  • Megan Carty—4
  • Lisa Reitz—4

(Of course, recruiters have come and gone in 15 years. Some of the 101 placements made by Automationtechies.com are attached to recruiters who have since departed.)

Not only that, but Automationtechies.com has also earned a ton of money by offering contract staffing to its clients and using the recruitment back office services of Top Echelon Contracting. The agency is most definitely a full-service recruiting and staffing firm.

So congratulations to Automationtechies.com and everybody who made placements in the Network this week!

Boy, oh boy. Do we have some heavy hitters in this month’s anniversaries feature. In fact, I might be so bold as to say that some of our most successful members joined Top Echelon’s recruiter network during the month of July.

And when I say the month of July, I mean the month of July during the past 30 years. That’s how old Top Echelon Network is. Not only have the agencies and the recruiters listed below been racking up the years, but they’ve also been racking up the placements. (And the recruitment fees associated with said placements.)

The value of a recruiter network

As you can see, we have two firms celebrating 26-year anniversaries, two celebrating 25-year anniversaries, one celebrating 24 years in the Network, and another one celebrating 22 years. That’s nearly 200 collective years of Top Echelon Network experience.

And then there’s the production. The agencies below have combined to make the following in our recruiter network:

  • 903 placements
  • $7,802,756 cash-in

That’s a ridiculous amount of production. That’s nearly $8 million in billings from a handful of recruiting agencies making split placements. Anybody who questions whether or not there’s value in a recruiting network should contemplate these numbers.

So congratulations to everybody on the list below. You’ve made 900 TE placements, and here’s to 900 more!

(Editor’s note: Top Echelon recognizes agencies celebrating five, 10, 15, and 20-year Network anniversaries, plus any agency celebrating an anniversary in excess of 20 years.)

Everybody loves a story with a happy ending. Or at the very least, everybody should love a story with a happy ending. And any story that ends with the biggest deal is a happy story.

And we have such a story!

Biggest deal = “happy dance”

In fact, it’s such a good story that one of the people involved did the “happy dance” as a result of it. However, if you were part of a $45,000 placement, you’d probably dance, too. (I know that I would. But that might just mean I like to dance.)

Anyway, what we have is the biggest deal in Top Echelon’s recruiting network for the month of June. And as I’ve already mentioned, the placement fee involved was $45,000.

But wait, there’s more! This placement also marks the first split between Amylyn Kyler of Kyler Professional Search and Stephanie Jakubik of Bertram & Associates, Inc.

What’s better than making your first split with another Network member? Making your first split with another member that results in you receiving $21,150. (What, did you forget about our brokerage fee? We didn’t.)

So congratulations to Amylyn and Stephanie for making their first split together and for making one that earned the Largest Split Fee of the Month Award!

Top Echelon determines the monthly and quarterly winners of its Network split fee recruiting awards in four distinct categories:

1.) Recruiter of the Month
2.) Largest Split Fee of the Month
3.) Recruiter of the Quarter
4.) Largest Split Fee of the Quarter

We only announce the winners of these awards in The Pinnacle Newsletter Blog. We do so usually (but not always) in the issue following the conclusion of each month and/or quarter.
