It was another close race for the Largest Split Fee of the Quarter in Top Echelon Network!

That’s because there were four split placements during the quarter that generated fees of $50K or more. And the winner commanded a fee of $60K.

Larry Basilone of Basilone Executive Search and James R. Gettys of International Staffing Consultants, Inc. split that fee. Larry and James placed a Tax Director/Partner for the privilege of doing so.

As a reminder, Top Echelon determines the monthly and quarterly winners of its Network split fee recruiting awards in four distinct categories:

1.) Recruiter of the Month
2.) Largest Split Fee of the Month
3.) Recruiter of the Quarter
4.) Largest Split Fee of the Quarter

We only announce the winners of these awards in The Pinnacle Newsletter Blog. We do so usually (but not always) in the issue following the conclusion of each month and/or quarter.

Congratulations to everybody who made the largest split fees in Top Echelon Network during the first quarter of 2022!

If YOU want to make more money through Top Echelon’s recruiting network, then contact Director of Network Operations Drea Codispoti, CPC/CERS.

You can reach Drea by calling 330.455.1433, x156 or by sending an email to drea@topechelon.com.

Trey Cameron of Cameron Craig Group is the most productive recruiter in the history of Top Echelon Network. However, he scaled back his Network activity a couple of years ago, in part due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

But now? You could say that he’s officially back!

That’s because Trey Cameron is the Recruiter of the Quarter for the first quarter of 2022. He edged out perennial Top Producer Michael Stuck of Gables Search Group.

You can fully expect a battle for supremacy between Trey, Michael, and Steve Kohn of Affinity Executive Search, Inc. between now and the end of the year. And what a battle it should be!

Below is the information that we include with the Recruiters of the Quarter feature in Top Echelon Network:

  1. The top 10 recruiters for the quarter
  2. The “cash-in” total for each recruiter during the quarter. (We base the order of the recruiters on their amount of “cash-in” dollars, as opposed to the number of split placements they made during the quarter.)
  3. The number of splits that the recruiters made during the quarter
  4. The date that each recruiter’s agency joined Top Echelon Network
  5. The number of splits each recruiter has made during their Network career
  6. Each recruiter’s cash-in total for their Network career

Congratulations to the recruiters listed below . . . and congratulations to every Network member who made a split placement (or multiple splits) during the quarter!

What’s better than quantity without quality? For that matter, what’s better than quality without quantity?

Both quantity AND quality, that’s what!

And Top Echelon Network has both this week in terms of the split placements made by its members. Below are 26 such splits, five of which belong to Michael Stuck of Gables Search Group. That’s the quantity.

We also want to extend our congratulations to a pair of Network trading partners. That’s because Stuck and Holly Weber of Global Talent Resources Corp split a $27,500 fee, as did Chuck Cole of Cole Professional Search and Steve Kohn of Affinity Executive Search. That’s the quality.

As a friendly neighborhood reminder, here is the information that we publish with our weekly placements:

  • Names of the split recruiting partners involved (with their profile photos, when available)
  • Job title
  • Overall placement fee (before TE’s 6% brokerage fee, of course)
  • Fee percentage

Please note that the placements listed below reflect deals finalized in Top Echelon Network for a two-week period from Monday, April 4, through Sunday, April 17.

Remember, if you don’t want information related to your Network placements published in The Pinnacle, please send an email to marketing@topechelon.com to that effect.

Congratulations to everybody below for the split placements they made in Top Echelon Network!

If you’re a newer Network member and you’d like to enjoy more success in our recruiter network, then I encourage you to contact Top Echelon Director of Network Operations Drea Codispoti, CPC/CERS.

Save the date . . . for the 2022 Top Echelon Fall Conference that is!

Okay, yes: the National Convention was just last month. And yes, at that time, there were no plans to hold a Fall Conference this year. We were just going to have the National Convention (Top Echelon Connect 2022) this year and forego the Fall event.

However, because the National Convention in Las Vegas was so good and so many members asked about a Fall Conference, we’re going to have on this year, as well!

Below is some important logistical information regarding the upcoming conference:

Date: October 6-7, 2022
Location: Sheraton O’Hare Suites in Rosemont, Illinois
Speaker: To Be Determined (TBD)

No, I’m not asking you to register for the Fall Conference right now. Registration won’t even be available for another couple of months. However, I AM asking that you take out a calendar and circle the dates of October 6 and 7. Or, if you prefer, you can mark the dates on your Google Calendar. Or on whatever it is you use for a calendar. (You get the idea.)

A date with more placements

I’ve said it once, and I’ll say it again. There are tremendous benefits to attending recruiter networking events like the Fall Conference. However, all of these benefits boil down to making more split placements!

  • Meet new recruiters working in your niche.
  • Build new trading partner relationships.
  • Strengthen existing relationships.
  • Share hot job orders and candidates.

Every year, Top Echelon Network recruiters make millions of dollars’ worth of split placements. We want YOU to be part of that action.

In addition, anybody who’s attended one of our events knows how much fun they are. Not just a little bit of fun. A LOT of fun.

So you’re going to learn. You’re going to meet new people and build your business. And you’re going to have fun.

C’mon, what’s not to like about that equation? We’ll be releasing more information about the Fall Conference in future issues of The Pinnacle. Also check the Network Dashboard in the Top Echelon software and your email inbox for more announcements.

Save the date! And join us in Chicago this fall!
