Top Echelon Network recruiters have made a lot of placements with a lot of big fees during the past several weeks. If you want proof, you only have to look below at the largest split fees of the quarter!

And the Largest Split Fee of the Quarter was a doozy. That’s because Mark Rowbottom of Rowbottom Partners and Maggie Wolgamot of Ridgeback Management Services, LLC placed a Director of Data Center Engineering to earn a fee totaling $83,625.

If past years are any indication, Mark and Maggie will be in the running for the Largest Split Fee of the Year Award at the end of 2023.

However, many other recruiters made many other split placements resulting in many other large fees. So we invite you to feast your eyes on the largest split fees of the quarter in Top Echelon Network!

As a reminder, Top Echelon determines the monthly and quarterly winners of its Network split fee recruiting awards in four distinct categories:

1.) Recruiter of the Month
2.) Largest Split Fee of the Month
3.) Recruiter of the Quarter
4.) Largest Split Fee of the Quarter

We only announce the winners of these awards in The Pinnacle Newsletter Blog. We do so usually (but not always) in the issue following the conclusion of each month and/or quarter.

Congratulations to everybody who made the largest split fees in Top Echelon Network during the quarter!

If the first quarter is any indication, Michael Stuck of Gables Search Group is on pace for another million dollar year in Top Echelon Network.

That’s because Michael billed nearly $261K through the Network during the first quarter of the year. As you can see below, that means he’s the Recruiter of the Quarter!

However, he was not only the one who made quite a bit of money through Top Echelon during the quarter. Five recruiters made at least $100K, and almost every Preferred Member in the top 10 collected at least $50K in the first three months of 2023.

Below is the information that we include with the Recruiter of the Quarter feature in Top Echelon Network:

  1. The top 10 recruiters for the quarter
  2. The “cash-in” total for each recruiter during the quarter. (We base the order of the recruiters on their amount of “cash-in” dollars, as opposed to the number of split placements they made during the quarter.)
  3. The number of splits that the recruiters made during the quarter
  4. The number of splits each recruiter has made during their Network career
  5. Each recruiter’s cash-in total for their Network career

Congratulations to the recruiters listed below . . . and congratulations to every Network member who made a split placement (or multiple splits) during the quarter!

We have another stack of split placements this week for you, hot off the griddle!

(And yes, you may enjoy them with butter and syrup, if you’d like. Who are we to judge?)

In the meantime, please note that there are 14 splits listed below. In addition, Mark Shemroske of Tri-S Recruiters, Inc. and Haira Omanan of Raymond Search Group placed a Manufacturing Engineering Manager to generate a $30,375 fee at 22.5%.

So congratulations to Mark and Haira for making the largest split fee of the week in TE!

And also a special shout-out to two recruiters who recently made their first split placement in Top Echelon Network. Those recruiters are Chris Harder of Harder Recruiting and Amanda Peterson of RiverLink Staffing.

As a friendly neighborhood reminder, here is the information that we publish with our weekly placements:

  • Names of the split recruiting partners involved (with their profile photos, when available)
  • Job title
  • Overall placement fee (before TE’s 6% brokerage fee, of course)
  • Fee percentage

Please note that the placements listed below reflect deals finalized in Top Echelon Network for the period from April 10 through April 16, 2023.

Remember, if you don’t want information related to your Network placements published in The Pinnacle, please send an email to marketing@topechelon.com to that effect.

Congratulations to everybody below for the split placements they made in Top Echelon Network!
