The 2015 Top Echelon Network National Convention is happening in Atlanta right now, and although next week will be our “Convention Edition” of The Pinnacle Newsletter Blog, this is a good time to talk about the event.

That’s because two of the recruiters in attendance, Maria Hemminger and Dave Sgro, have issued a joint challenge to the Network Membership. That challenge: take “split placement selfies” with one another!

You all know what a “selfie” is: a picture of yourself that you take with your smartphone.

A “split placement selfie,” by extension, is a picture of both yourself and the recruiter with whom you made a split placement!

As you can see by the picture at right, Sgro and Hemminger have already taken (and submitted to the Top Echelon offices) their first “selfie.”  Please note that you don’t have to physically be in the same place as your Trading Partner, as illustrated by this photo, so don’t think you can use that as an excuse not to submit one.

Hemminger and Sgro have made numerous splits already in the Network—12, to be exact, as you can see by the comments listed below. In fact, Sgro and Hemminger might have already taken a “split placement selfie” in Atlanta. If so, they’ll be sending it to us soon.

How about YOU? Can you meet one of your Trading Partners and take a “selfie”? The challenge has been issued!

Send your “selfies” to marketing@topechelon.com!

At Top Echelon Network, we recognize recruiters for both monthly and quarterly performance in four categories—Recruiter of the Month, Recruiter of the Quarter, Largest Split Fee of the Month, and Largest Split Fee of the Quarter.

In this issue of The Pinnacle Newsletter Blog, we’re back with our quarterly recruiter awards.  Last week, we published our monthly recruiter awards, and of course, there was a familiar face: Trey Cameron of the Cameron Craig Group.  (As you might imagine, Trey is both Recruiter of the Month and Recruiter of the Quarter, certainly not the first time he’s accomplished the feat.)

However, our Recruiter of the Week from last weekCatherine Bateman of Woods & Paolino Recruiting Solutions, is also making a return appearance.  That’s because she’s sharing in the Largest Split Fee of the Quarter Award.

We’re pleased to congratulate Catherine, Trey, and everybody mentioned in this edition of our quarterly recruiter awards!

For more information about the recruiting awards listed below, login to the Members’ Area and view the profiles and placement details of the Network recruiters who won them.

Trey Cameron made 19 split placements in Top Echelon Network during the first quarter of 2015.  That may seem impressive until you realize that he made 36 split placements during the fourth quarter of 2014.  Only 19?!  C’mon, Trey!

Meanwhile, Steve Kohn of Affinity Executive Search was second with eight split placements, while Steve Copeland of Albert Energy LLC/fulltimeGiGS was third with six splits and Bill Kubena of Kubena & Associates finished fourth with five splits.

Top Echelon Network determines the monthly and quarterly award winners based upon two criteria, which are listed below in order of importance:

1.) The number of split placements made
2.) The amount of “cash-in” dollars earned as a result of those split placements

This explains why, when multiple recruiters are tied with the same number of split placements during a given month or quarter, the recruiter with the largest “cash-in” total for their placements is deemed the winner.
