Congratulations are in order once again for recruiter Steve Kohn of Affinity Executive Search, Inc. That’s because not only is Steve the Recruiter of the Month in Top Echelon Network for March, but he’s also part of the Largest Split Fee of the Month!

Steve made that split placement with Carol McBride of RCC Group, LLC. Steve and Carol placed a Controller – CFO to earn a recruiting fee of $37,500 at 25%.

Top TE Recruiters for the Month of March

Congratulations are in order for Steve Kohn of Affinity Executive Search, Inc. That’s because Steve is Recruiter of the Month in Top Echelon Network for the month of March!

Steve edged out Brad Dodge of iLocatum Recruiting for the top spot. Although Brad made four split placements to Steve’s three, Steve boasted the higher cash-in total for those three splits ($35,946.70 to $32,015.93).

And as you can see below, James Grayem of Jamie Graham, Michel Stuck of Gables Search Group, and Frank Caliguiri of Basilone Executive Search rounded out the top five recruiters for the month.

Below is the information that we include with the Recruiters of the Month feature in Top Echelon Network:

The top five (5) recruiters for the month.
The cash-in total for each recruiter during the month. (We base the order of the recruiters on their amount of cash-in dollars, as opposed to the number of split placements they made.)
The number of splits that the recruiters made during the month.
The number of splits each recruiter has made during their Network career.
Each recruiter’s cash-in total for their Network career.

With this format, it’s more likely there will be ties among recruiters, especially with those Network members who have made split placements with each other.
